• FYihc (10/5): Es war großartig - We absolutely loved this villa. 10/10. It not only blends seamlessly with the local culture and lifestyle but also offers a unique level of holiday luxury. The villa has a very local feel, and there are even three clean cats that often roam the courtyard. The host was also incredibly kind! They even brought us a complimentary snack late in the evening. It happened to be one of their biggest family gatherings that day, and they invited us to join in. I was able to experience the most authentic side of Egypt here. When I first came to Luxor, I was quite apprehensive. I kept hearing online about scammers, but when I arrived at this villa, everyone I met was so kind! Children in this community will greet you warmly in the street and offer you sweets, and the grocers will give you extra discounts or snacks at no extra charge. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Without a doubt, it was the best experience we had in all of Egypt. Before arriving, we read all the glowing reviews and honestly wondered if they might be exaggerated but they were completely accurate. Momo is incredibly kind, genuine, and fair, which made a huge difference for us. He knows everyone in town and can help organize tours and experiences that are smooth, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for when visiting Luxor. We actually made the mistake of booking one tour without him, and we regretted it immediately, it really showed us how valuable his help is. We'd strongly recommend arranging everything through Momo. If we come back to Egypt, we would only stay here again. Highly, highly recommended. Nothing. Everything was amazing!

• RONZIERE (10/5): Superbe. On s'est promis d'y revenir. - Emplacement au calme. Notre hôte a organisé notre venue depuis notre lieu de prise en charge . C'est captain Abdullah sur son bateau qui nous a permis de franchir le Nil. Les chambres, le jardin la piscine et l'aménagement de la villa sont tout simplement magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon. La rue pour accéder à la villa qui est encore en terre mais celé ne nuit aucunement au plaisir que l'on peut trouver dans ce beau lieu.

He also managed all our tours in Luxor which was very helpful! He is a wonderful host! Everything was good, but the bathroom could have some more toiletries. Also, the wifi was a bit sporadic.

Great to have a washing machine, close to restaurants, felucca, ATM, and market. Simple area with dirt roads, but the property was fabulous. Momo was an exceptional host, very warm and friendly, went out of his way to help us have a nice stay - welcome basket, organising drivers/guides/tours, recommended restaurants and took us on his felucca and also on a motorbike ride to see the sunset in the desert. Highly recommend if you would like a quieter, more traditional village stay.

Villa Kemet was exceptionally clean, had all the facilities you could want with a fantastic private pool set in lovely gardens. The kitchen, bedroom, and living room were spotless and comfortable, but the pool was the real highlight. I spent hours there, especially during the heatwave. It was the most peaceful five days I’ve had in a long time. Momo, the host, went above and beyond. He picked me up from the ferry when I arrived early and invited me to his home for tea. We talked like old friends. He gave me solid advice and helped me plan my itinerary, which made navigating Luxor way easier. I’ve never had a place I felt drawn to return to—until now. Villa Kemet changed that. I’ll be coming back. No question. None - everything was perfect!

Momo our host was so kind & accommodating he made our experience at the villa truly memorable. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Very easy to arrange a boat taxi directly across the nile to Luxor temple and other attractions and it was only about $2.50 USD. My only regret was not booking longer!

It is like a paradise ! The interior is also a great place to relax with a big living room and a spacious kitchen with big windows . The location is good if you plan to visit the Valley of the kings and to have a ride in hot air balloon ! What we likes most , is the host Momo ! We felt like we had a friend in Luxor . Always kind and willing to help us with many things , such as arranging our journey to the airport , our trip to Valley of Kings and our boat ride to Temple Karnak ! He also let as to have our baggages let in the property until the time we had our flight ! He is the best host you can ask for ! Thank you Momo !!!!

Staying in a private pool villa allowed us to enjoy both the swimming pool and the entire house exclusively. The interior and exterior of the property are beautifully maintained with great care. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Momo even provided us with a felucca ride at a very reasonable price with his own boat, and the airport transfer was excellent. Beyond that, he took care of so many little conveniences, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here. There’s no need to go to Hurghada—this place is truly a paradise on Earth!

• Bb (10/5): Stay here!!!! - We don't often give a 10 rating but Momo's Villa Kemet exceeded our expectations. If we could give a higher score we would. It was definitely the best place we've stayed in during our month long tour of Egypt. From the moment we arrived we felt we found an oasis within the West Bank of Luxor. The house and property are more stunning than the photos. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is plenty of room to relax whether it's in the living room, kitchen or patio. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook our meals. The patio and garden are beautiful and relaxing. The location is very quiet yet close to local restaurants on the promenade and in town. The ferry to Luxor is about a 15 minute walk from the house although Momo is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you. Momo's hospitality and generosity made us feel welcomed from the moment we met. We enjoyed our motorbike ride to the desert and walks around the town with him. He truly is a wonderful host. We only stayed four nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Google maps will send you one street over from the villa. Instead, the villa is located on the street between the House of Light and Adam & Eve guest houses. Just head down that street and the villa will be on the left hand side with the white metal gate.

• Carlota (10/5): The best of Egypt! Thanks Momo! - We stayed 2 days at Villa Kemet. The place is wonderful, the photos look beautiful but the reality is much better. The location is the best we could ask for, located on the West Bank, a quiet and authentic area. The villa in perfect condition, clean, super comfortable and everything ready to spend some incredible days. But the best without a doubt, has been Momo, from the first day he took care of us. He treated us like friends, he took us to see the most authentic Egypt and the best sunset in the desert. He even helped me prepare a surprise cake for my boyfriend for his birthday upon our arrival. And once we left Luxor, we kept in touch and he helped us with the rest of our trip. THANK YOU MOMO YOU ARE THE BEST. We are very grateful to have met you!

• 77emre (10/5): Villa for couples/family in a more secluded area in Ramla - We enjoyed once again our stay in this villa in a more peaceful area in the end part of Ramla. Great place for a family, as it has a master bedroom and also a 2nd one with two beds for kids. Kitchen has what is necessary if you like to cook some small meals.There is Wifi, Washing machine, AC's and also a fan. Sitting area to relax and watch TV with a view to the garden. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and it's nice with a pool during hot summer months. One will find coffee, tea and some snacks on arrival.
• Jingxuan (10/5): Definitely exceed out expectations and worth for the money. - It’s very clean and comfortable to stay. The best place we stayed in Egypt so far. Has everything we need. The host is so nice and responds in real time. The best way to the valley is the kings is by taxi, convenient. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Luxor again. Nothing.

It’s within 2 blocks of the Nile and so centrally located. I loved the privacy, the location and the beauty of the space Nothing. I loved my stay!
• Giovanni (10/5): Exceptional - If you want a peaceful stay in luxor this is your place, the house is full equipped and very clean, the swimming pool is stunning, the area is very quiet, Momo was super friendly and helpful, we had an amazing time there. All perfect.
• Andrea (10/5): Bliss - The whole property had an immediate feeling of peace and quiet, which I love , everything is of the highest quality and fully equipped with anything you need. It’s just on the outskirts of Ramla and little did I know when I booked that it has the same owner as Luxor Rose Villa (check the reviews) Momo the owner can organise tuk tuk into central Ramla or as he did for us bring us an excellent meal .. it was the-best Mashi . Little things can mean a lot and the fact that tea , coffee and water was there when we arrived as well as pool and shower towels (of excellent quality) provided. The swimming pool is most probably the biggest private swimming pool in Ramla and the shade at both ends was very welcome. At about 4pm the family of Hoopee birds come to the lawn and they are a joy to watch. Good air conditioning, sofa and TV . An adequate bathroom which didn’t effect our stay at all , It just wasn’t wow like the rest of the villa . I would have liked a BBQ but that’s me .
