• Olivieri (5/5): - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, tra i quartieri spagnoli e piazza plebiscito, quindi molto centrale, pochi passi e si è in via toledo. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, il box doccia rotto (nessuno ci aveva informato della situazione) e la pulizia generale non era il massimo. Al nostro arrivo, avvenuto dopo l’orario minimo per effettuare il check-in e avendo già avvisato l’host con anticipo sull’orario di arrivo, l’appartamento era ancora da pulire, quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere.
• Natalia (6/5): Think twice before booking - From anice things the apartment was really clean,beds comfortable and localisation is nice, close to a lot of nice restaurants and cute little streets. The bathroom is a disaster,shower is broken and so small You barely can take a shower. The broken part was amateurishly tied with tape. Our second day of stay wather start to come out from the back od the toilet and it looks like it's also broken from longer time. When we informed the owner about that she said we will get half of the price of our stay back. I was like ok, fair enough, I will not write anything negative then in comments.I was waiting couple of days and there was no information about return. So I contacted owner one more time and she said that it will be 10 days and done by booking. After this time-still no money back and the owner just stop answering at all. If bathroom would be in normal condition and the owner keeps her word about giving the money back which se propose herself, I would be more than happy to write only positive comment.
