• Juan (3/5): It worked but I would prefer another one. - Is center Prague. You had to pickup keys in specific hours, they don’t answer you properly. I had to go pickup keys in a different place, they shows a fireplace in photos but you can’t use it. Apt smelled bad, hot water went out.
• Sophie (8/5): Great cosy apartment for 2 - Great location, close to the the old town square and the train station. Everything in walkable distance. Lovely cosy apartment with a comfy bed, kitchen was nicely sized too. Bath tub was in the dining area but doesn't bother us. Perfect besides the walls are a bit thin as we could hear next door but not a huge inconvenience to us. Also, the bathtub could do with a step to make it easier getting in and out as it's quite high up.
• Felix (5/5): Für den Preis nicht mehr. Um die Hälfte wärs gegangen. - Es gab ein gutes Bett. Die Optik der Unterkunft war schön. Der Kamin konnte nicht betrieben werden. Nichtmal elektrisch. Der steht im Schlafzimmer. Die Badewanne steht ohne Türen in der Küche. Für das Klo gibt es keine Schlüssel. Die Eingangstür der Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das TV Gerät spielt nichts in deutsch und noch nichtmal Englisch. Außerdem hören selbst Fledermäuse den Ton nicht.
• Joseph (1/5): Terrible experience. - We could not get into the property. The people involved in this scheme wanted 26 euros to deliver the keys and an additional 250 euros for damage deposit. We did not give them a deposit or key money. We could not get into the property so we couldn’t stay there. We request a refund. Booking.com should do a better job vetting their clients. The people involved in this scheme.
• Iris Erika (6/5): - L’appartamento é molto carino, accogliente e abbastanza pulito La vasca inserita in un ambiente ampio come la cucina rende lo spazio piuttosto freddo e poco confortevole. Inoltre, per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno (5 giorni) non era disponibile l’acqua calda; abbiamo segnalato il problema alla struttura, ma purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto risposta…

• Christiane (4/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft, die allerdings saniert werden müsste - in diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - sehr zentral gelegen - allerdings aufgrund der angrenzenden Nachbarn mitunter recht laut - lautstarke Streitereien, laute TVs, laute Telefonate, die im Hof geführt wurden und nach oben schallten Der Schlüssel musste bei einem 1,5 KM entfernten Service Point abgeholt werden - zu Beginn werden 250€ Kaution verlangt, die Unterkunft war aber zur Ankunft nicht gereinigt- es dauerte eine 3/4 h, bis eine Servicekraft die recht verschmutzten Zimmer gereinigt hat. Zudem roch es extrem nach Schimmel aus der Spülmaschine und sichtbar hinter dem Waschbecken. Wir wiesen den Vermieter darauf in, baten um ein neues App. woraufhin man uns mitteilte, dass man sich darum bemühe, das war es dann auch. Bis zu unserer Abreise nach 3 Nächten erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Gottseidank waren es warme Temp. , sodass wir mit ausreichender Lüftung durch die Tür, einen Ventilator und Fenster den Geruch einigermaßen verdrängen konnten. Zudem ist die Küche mehr als minimalistisch ausgestattet. Weder eine einfache Kaffeemaschine noch ausreichend Geschirr stehen für 2 Personen zur Verfügung - katastrophal das Bett. Es wurde einfach eine neue Matratze über die alte gelegt. Dadurch ist diese viel zu weich. Wer Wasserbetten mag, ist damit allerdings sehr gut bedient......... Schade!! -

• Beatriz (8/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, se puede ir andando al centro sin problemas. Es una zona muy tranquila y se está muy bien. Estaba limpio y es bastante cómodo. El tener que recoger las llaves en una ubicación y luego tener que ir a otra diferente que es donde está el alojamiento nos pareció un poco lioso, porque no estaban muy cerca una de la otra. También echamos en falta algunos utensilios más para poder cocinar, era todo muy básico.
• Karin (8/5): God beliggenhed og veludstyret køkken kompenserer for manglerne - God beliggenhed roligt kvarter Lejligheden er meget mørk og inde i en baggård. Fremstår slidt og F eks er klinker i gulvet gået i stykker og ikke repareret efter noget arbejde i lejligheden. Ingen flugtvej udover hovedtrappen, en brandalarm udenfor lejligheden kaldte på nye batterier uden at nogen reagerede på det.

• Yurii (9/5): Good place to stay! - Extravagant apartment in an old building with the bath in the middle of kitchen and a fireplace - what else to add? Location is great, all the city center is in walkable distance. A bit dark during the day as there are only two windows facing the inside yard, but this is an extremely minor inconvenience for tourist who are out for the biggest part of the day anyway.
• Arda (8/5): a clean well-lighted olace - it looked gothic. neighbors were loud. the bathtub has a separator it is impossible to hop in and out of the shower.

• Ocaña (10/5): Lovely christmas stay - I liked the cleanliness and also the location. Everything was walking distance. Also the recomendations were great! I would definitely stay again. Nothing could have been better. Except for the deposit refund. Its been more than a week and still on hold. I cant use that money from my bank account.
