- Samantha (10/5): A beautiful and very comfortable retreat - A lovely studio in a lovely garden with lovely hosts. Suffolk Park is a delightful enclave just south of Byron Bay, much quieter yet with a great bakery, restaurants etc in easy walking distance from the accommodation. Would happily stay here again.
- Olivia (10/5): Gorgeous place in beautiful Suffolk - Everything was perfect - such good value for the location and how beautiful the space was! Gorgeous outdoor area that was perfect for relaxing as the sun went down. The room is beautiful and clean, with great aircon and well equipped with absolutely everything you need. 2 min walk to Suffolk shops and beach. Nina was so responsive, kind and interesting to talk to. Couldn’t recommend more!
- Farr (10/5): - I liked the combination of being close to everything but pri ate and quiet. Everything was clean and presented very well. The hosts were lovely, very kind and welcoming. Nothing, I would book again for my next visit.
- Petra (9/5): - De locatie, de tuin, airco, badkamer Zit mogelijkheid binnen

- Pauline Ann (10/5): - The hosts, Nina and John, were very friendly and helpful. The bed was large and very comfortable. The garden setting was beautiful. The Spanish theme decor and adobe style to the home were divine. And..... the location was GREAT! Thank you!! Nothing

- Lesley (10/5): - Gorgeous place. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great location. Comfy bed. Fab shower.
- klaus (4/5): We would not go back to Byron Bay - We liked the courtyard and he quite surroundings, walk to the beach less than 5 min and to bakery and pub,. restaurants No Tv and bathroom very small.
Nothing to do with accommodation:
Byron Bay is a tourist trap pay parking anywhere with $5 an hour, restaurants expensive and not that good,
Driving from accommodation to Byron can take up to 30 min for 6.5km roadworks and insufficient Old infrastructure!
- Danielle (10/5): - Beautiful place to stay. It is comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. The private terrace is really lovely. The location is fantastic, a 5min walk to the beach, bakery and local shops.
- Teele (10/5): - We loved the patio and the vibes of this place. Totally would recommend! 🌸 beautiful peaceful location, close walk to the beach, would totally come again :)
- Judith (10/5): Very cosy loved the art - Cosy walking distance from beach and shopping Nothing
- Gillian (9/5): Great little place just outside of Byron Bay - Great little place in super location, Suffolk Park (just 10mins bus ride out of Byron). Super beach just down the road. Nina was a great host, easy to communicate with and gorgeous outside space. Love Nina's arty taste. Good value for money. Great little place - not massive but perfect for a 3 night stay.
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, close to beach and fabulous bakery just down the road. Great property with a lovely outdoor area with exclusive use. Hosts were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
- Jodi (8/5): Perfect studio accommodation, close to beach, bakery and cafes…. We’ll be back! - Perfect position!! So close to the beach, bakery and cafes. The property itself was perfect for my friend and I. Very comfortable and very clean. Loved sitting out in the courtyard among the trees and bird life. We had no complaints really.
- Natalie (10/5): Relaxing and tranquil time with the sound of the surfnearby - Loved the beautiful space, artistic touches and private garden patio
- Lucy (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): Lovely room , great location , friendly hosts - The location , and the informality of it all .
And the lack of a TV ! Nothing , I enjoyed everything..
- Jan (9/5): Lovely quiet and private room and outside space close to a beautiful beach. - Closeness to beach. Lovely private room and outside space to relax in. The room didn't have a television.
- Tracy (9/5): Peaceful place and great location - Awesome location and quiet neighbourhood. Nina was very helpful and it was a lovely space to relax in.
- Rebecca (9/5): Great stay over all - We totally enjoyed this accommodations, the position and styling is fantastic ! We just didn't realize that there is no TV. After a busy, active day, we enjoy an hour of TV before bed time and it's something that I feel most people would expect as part of the accommodation.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): The room was very comfortable and clean with added touches like sparking water, plunger coffee, snacks and a toaster . - a tranquil setting close to beach ,shops and dining options .
- Stefanie (10/5): Great stay in Suffolk Park - Nina and John were wonderful hosts! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and the property itself is beautiful, surrounded by lots of plants and trees. It’s also very close to the beach and amenities, with easy access to Byron Bay. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area! :)
- Jean (7/5): Good place for a couple of nights - Nice area close to beach. Friendly host. Off road parking Very small shower room
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - A picture says a thousand words. It was also clean, very quiet and peaceful Spanish themed room and courtyard.
- Daisy (10/5): So loved it - Idyllic and peaceful .
- Mike (9/5): Great Place to Stay - This place is amazing and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. We had full and sole use of the outdoor area shown in the photos which made for peaceful afternoons after being at the beach for the mornings. You can walk to the beach in about 5mins and the shops and pub in about 10mins. Jimmy's coffee just before the shops was a welcome start to each day. Nina and John were great hosts and we will certainly be back in the future. The bed was a bit hard for me but bed firmness is a personal thing and I would not let it stop me staying here again 😀.
- Susan (9/5): Very Good Indeed. - Close to best bakery & very good beach. Need a TV to lift the standard. AFL finals were on.
- Sabine (9/5): Superb - We were very content and everything was great and clean. The room was cute and had everything you needed and even more. Glad we booked it. Also it's really close to the beach.
- Paola (9/5): Superb -
- Leonie (7/5): Lovely trouble free stay. Milk in fridge and a couple of biscuits would be a plusx - The location and appearance
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
