- Ranul (9/5): - You can get the japanese apartment experience and its very close to a 7 eleven and a big supermarket which makes things easier. And the surrounding area is calm and peaceful. Cleanliness is on the poor side because i found that theres some stuff in the square pillows. And its definitely not cleaned for months which is disgusting.

- SHUHEI (5/5): - ホストとの連絡はしっかりとれた。部屋は2部屋あったので快適に過ごせた。シャンプー等のアメニティは充実してた。使い切り 洗濯洗剤も2つは置いてあった。 4階の部屋だったが、エレベーターが無いので荷物を運ぶのが大変だった。1階の入口は2つあり、コード入力して入るようになってるが、片方は入力してもなぜか入れない。おまけに清掃員が出入りしていたのか、ドアが開けっ放しになっていたので意味が無い感じがした。 部屋の玄関の外に清掃員が交換したシーツやタオルが大きな袋に入って置いてあり、部屋の中にも大きな袋に入ったシーツ等が置いてある。(これは使えるらしいが、綺麗に畳まれてるわけではないので使うのに抵抗ある) 2日間滞在したがタオルは1枚ずつしか無く、洗わないと使えない。トイレットペーパーも備え付けの1個しかなく補充用は無い。自身で追加するしかない。 地上波のテレビは観れない。 ソファーの下に依然滞在していた客のレシートが残っていたので、清掃に疑問がある。

Staub unter der Bett (richtige Staubschicht). Geruch nach Rauch in der Wohnung. Toilettentüre hat nicht mehr richtig geschlossen und laute Geräusche beim Schließen gemacht.

- Youngsik (1/5): Cockroach found on the refrigerator door on the first night I checked in - Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE — Serious hygiene failure, irresponsible response, and insulting handling. On the first night immediately after check-in, when I opened the refrigerator to store food, I found a cockroach hiding in the refrigerator door hinge / rubber gasket area (outside structural part). The next morning, I found the same cockroach again in the exact same spot. The photo I uploaded was taken the following morning, confirming that the issue was not incidental. I reported this immediately on the first day, provided photo evidence, and repeatedly contacted the property. During this time, I had to make more than three international phone calls to complain, and I even contacted the local health authority due to the seriousness of the hygiene concern. Despite charging a very high cleaning fee that was added at the final step before payment, the property admitted that: • hygiene cannot be perfectly maintained, • insects are unavoidable, • and their response capability is limited. The handling of this situation was unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to: • buy insecticide myself, • use it personally, • and then attach a receipt so they would reimburse the insecticide cost. This felt insulting and almost mocking, given that the issue was a cockroach found in a food-related appliance area from the beginning of my stay. Throughout this process, the property repeatedly responded as if they had done nothing wrong, delayed meaningful action, and ultimately offered only a partial refund for unused nights, placing all stress, inconvenience, and loss on the guest. I experienced significant stress, discomfort, and completely lost trust in the cleanliness of this place. If hygiene, accountability, and basic respect for guests matter to you, do not book this property.

- arschala (1/5): - There were a number of issues that significantly affected our visit. Upon arrival, we discovered that the unit was on the 4th floor without an elevator (not mentioned in listing), which made it extremely difficult for our party of five, including a baby & toddler, to manage our heavy luggages and strollers. Moreover, the space did not match the spaciousness portrayed in the listing. We found the entire house to be very dusty, with both bedrooms and closets needing a thorough cleaning. The curtains and areas behind them appear to have had years without proper maintenance, and it was concerning to see that the vacuum filter had never been changed, leaving us with no choice but to purchase a vacuum ourselves to tidy up. Additionally, the air conditioning unit filter had not been cleaned or changed ever, which caused a dust cloud to spread throughout the house upon activation. This significantly affected my entire family's health, particularly causing breathing difficulties for my children. This ruined our whole vacation. We were also disappointed to find no Wi-Fi available during our stay. For cooking, provided with burned dishes and there were no convenient outlets nor extension provided for plugging in the electric cooktop or kettle. Given all these issues, I regret to say that I would not consider staying in this property again, even if it were offered for free.

- Adnan (4/5): Nichts für Familien mit kleinen Kindern - Direkt in der Nähe gab es ein Größeren Supermarkt, der Sehr gutes und Günstiges Essen hatte. Nächster Bahnhof war 5 min weit Weg. Getränke Automat direkt davor. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, wir sind richtig erschrocken als wir im Treppenhaus waren, leider war die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung auch nicht wirklich gut, Staubige Klimaanlage, Fensterbank Staubig, Flecken auf der Wand, Badezimmer hatte Schimmel und Toiletten Wand war voller Flecken. Toilette war eine Normal, Ohne Reinigungs Funktion, nicht wie auf dem Bild. Wohnung war im Vierten Stock ohne Lift. Eine Steckdose war nicht Fest in der Wand.

- Bendzius (5/5): It is a good choice if you plan to "just pass few nights" - It is in a good location. Nearby Kyobashi station has good connectivity. The layout of the flat is functional. All of the amenities were working properly. Cleanliness. The staff reacted to our comments so the following guests should not face the same issues. I would have preferred having some glass dishes and cups instead of plastic ones.

House can fit for 4 member. it's best if owner can give clear instruction from station to the house. 10am need to check out, it is really not friendly. Although it is noticed during booking, but it does not mean this rules are comply right. Ops, no lift, only staircase.

- Bennedict (8/5): We had a good stay, reasonable price. - Next to a supermarket, close to Izakaya Toyo. Walking distance to train station. It’s at a fourth floor, if you have a lot of luggage it will be a challenge. No elevator.

- Sumathi (2/5): Do not book from this property - Walking distance retail shops such as 7- eleven, AEON MaxValu Host was not accomodative at all. We arrive the location by using the provided map given in booking.com 1. The map directed us to a property that was not under Alia Mansion but it wss actually a hair saloon shop (this was according to by passer) 2. Called host numerous time but number is not reachable. This number was provided in booking.com 3. Texted host via booking.com message but did not get respond 4. Open the m2m check in instruction and found that the address is not same as in booking.com. My family googled the new address and it directed us to the correct location (with the help of by passer too) We spent almost an hour stranded at road side trying to get into the homestay. It was so chill at outside as it was winter period. Host only responded message by giving house number only. I did ask host to call us but he/she did not even bother to call and asisst. Finally managed get into the house. Was looking for futon mattress. It was wrapped in a plastic bag. The bag was quite dusty. When open the bag we found the futon is dirty. It has stains and hair. I told host about it and host asked to email by providing the picture. There were no hair dryer too at the house. Told host about this too but he/she said sorry and couldn't provide it during guest stay period. The service is provided by 3rd party which engaged by the host This house is an apartment located at 3rd floor and bear in mind there is no lift. So we were basically suprised and have no choice but to bring all heavy weight luggages carefully and step by step through staircase. There is also no WiFi password provided at the homestay (which in the guide book stated there is wifi but no password provided in premise)You will need ask the host manually via booking.com message My advise to others is avoid booking from this host for all the inconvenience they have caused and definitely they are not reliable at all. How could a host has not even have an active number to contact? Booking.
- Hamdan (9/5): A great apartment with great amenities. Abt 7mins from train stations. No lifts. - The given instructions were clear. Location is easy enough to find with google maps The Kyobashi station on the Nagahori Tsurumi (green line)line was a little bit further away than Osaka Loop. That surprised us a little. And the waste management is a little unfamiliar. Hopefully we grouped the right type of rubbish correctly.

- Elad (9/5): Superb - The apartment was quite small but very clean and cozy. At the beginning it took us a while to understand how to get in and didn’t have a local phone to call. But thanks to our taxi driver me managed to get in. It’s 7 minutea walk to the train, and 30 minutes from the busy center. But there are amazing restaurants near by and the lovely Izakaya Toyo just down the street. We loved it. The area is very quiet and peaceful. A 7 eleven just a minute walk, and two big supermarkets near by(Max Valu and Ed-On) which we got great sushi and things for the apartment. I recommend trying the local Sento in the Street (the local baths with sauna and nice people). All and all we had a great stay! There was no dinning table, and as a family it was missed. Also we were in 4rh floor with no elevator- which was no problem for us, but I think for people who find it hard to climb- make sure you take lower floor
- Akhil (9/5): Superb - I booked a one bedroom apartment and the house was spacious to accommodate 8 people. Facilities like washing machine,cooking and toiletries made our stay comfortable. The hotel is accessible to JR stations and Supermarkets are close by. Location was quite and peaceful A bit bigger cooking utensils are required , if the house accomates 10 people
- Far (9/5): Superb - it is very clean and only around 7 minutes walk from station! also aeon is only in front of the house so it’s very convenient! the toilet doesnt has bidet. only got flush and they provide tissues… so it was quite troublesome…
- Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - The place was adequate to our needs (2+2, two bedrooms) we sorted out all we needed. We got an old instruction for the check-in which was very misleading and caused us an additional stress. It was tricky to connect to the wi-fi.
- Anh (1/5): Dissapointed - Near the convenience store. They did not clean the room before we checked in. Even though they let us temporarily use another room for 1 night, they did not make any effort to clean the room we booked. Furthermore, they made us take all our luggage and leave the room at 10am even though our original room was not cleaned. Is it right that I paid for 2 nights and still had to wander outside for 6 hours with my luggage on the 2nd day. When we tried to contact the hotel, their staff just said they did not know anything, they could not fix it until the cleaning company opened. Not only that, not even an apology until we became upset. They were also extremely unclear about the number of keys in their lockbox, making us very insecure about the safety of the hotel.
- Hung (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really good for our itenary of places to visit Suggestion of some hooks and towel rail in bathroom would make it a better experience.

- Megane (6/5): Basic. - It was clean and the bed was comfortable Some photos on the proprety are false and not correct. There is only 2 floor like the map shows and one bedroom with 4 big beds. It’d be good to update the photos. The place is a bit far from the center, but easily accessible by metro. The staff is not helpful at all. Late check in and early check out does not make it easy for tourists with 3 suitcases and we got a “no” to just drop the suitcases at the place and start our visit. You have to pay for it. The price is too high to check in that late and check out that early.
