• Marlen (7/5): - Spontan gebucht, sehr nette und sofortige Antwort und Hilfe (wg. einer Baustelle war die Tiefgarage komplizierter zu erreichen, der Vermieter hat uns telefonisch gelotst). Gute zentrale Lage. Wohnung ist „etwas in die Jahre“ gekommen, aber es ist alles da, funktioniert alles, helle Wohnung, ruhig. Es waren wirklich schöne Tage. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz war perfekt!
• Sven (10/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Der Kühlschrank ist leise genug, um ihn nachts nicht zu hören. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert.
• MARIA (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Ότι έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες ταίριαζε. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε διαφορετικό σημείο από το πάρκινγκ. Πολύ δύσκολη η κατανόηση για το που ήταν η είσοδος του διαμερίσματος. Γενικά μέχρι να βρει κάποιος πως να μπει στο διαμέρισμα και να παρκάρει ήταν μια Οδύσσεια.
• Heinrich (9/5): - Super sauber, top Lage sehr günstig! Der Weg zum Appartment ist dank Wegbeschreibung gut zu finden. Zu späten Abendstunden sollte man sich bewusst sein dass es in Bahnhofsnähe ist.
• Konstantin (10/5): - Es war alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, Tee. Sehr nah zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Ich komme beim nächsten Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder her.

• Claudia (9/5): - Perfekte Lage zu meinem Tagungsort. Erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Kontakte beim Aus- und Einchecken sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum zufrieden. Von der Straße aus nicht beschildert, macht es nicht leicht, das Appartement zu finden.
• Kim (8/5): Ik heb een paar mooie uitstapjes kunnen maken naar het Teutoburger Wald. - Praktisch ingericht en de rust. De magnetronoven werkte niet goed. De kamer was zeer warm, maar dat zal aan het weer gelegen hebben.
• Sergey (7/5): Добро място с трудно настаняване заради недостиг на информация в сайта Booking или email от домакина - Функционално, уютно и тихо с добро местоположение. В сградата има няколко входа /някои недостъпни/, но няма указание точно кой е правилния и на кой асансьор да се качиш. Сейфа за ключа е между колона от сградата и релса на гаражна врата и не се вижда. Намирането му е като в ескейп стая. Хладилника е шумен и няма врата, която да спира бръмченето.

• Andrea (7/5): - Die zentrale Lage ist super. Schlüsselübergabe ohne Personenkontakt. Mussten etwas suchen bis wir die Wohnung gefunden haben. Es gibt nur 2 Einzelbetten. Einfach eingerichtet, aber für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung
• Henning (8/5): Top Wohnung für ein Wochenende zu zweit! - Super zentrale Lage, ruhiger Hinterhof, modern eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr ! Neben den typischen Sachen (Kaffeemaschine, Fön, Fernseher) gab es noch einen Eierkocher, Bügeleisen und -brett, Elektrogrill, Mikrowelle… Besonders toll war der persönliche und sehr freundliche Empfang und ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, die Wohnung liegt immerhin mitten im Zentrum und ist trotzdem super zu erreichen! Wer in Bielefeld ist sollte unbedingt die Kunsthalle besuchen !! Ist in Laufweite und absolut beeindruckend!

• Barbara (8/5): Wir würden die Unterkunft beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen. - Die Kommunikation hat über WhatsApp tadellos funktioniert, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, gut beschrieben und mit Fotos unterlegt, Anmerkungen wurden sofort aufgenommen und beantwortet, unserem besonderen Wunsch, den Parkplatz etwas länger als die eigentliche Aufenthaltszeit zu nutzen, wurde uns ohne weitere Bedingungen erfüllt...ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.

• mogens (9/5): - Stor hyggelig et værelses lejlighed. Alt fungerede. Da vi havde problemer med at modtage mail med anvisning til check in, fra Booking, blev vi både modtaget, anvist parkeringsgaragen, og vist rundt i lejligheden, af ejeren, Joseph?, en meget, meget flink mand. Kl. 21 aften, konstaterede vi at alle TV programmer var væk. Kontaktede Joseph, som straks kom, og fik alle programmer installeret igen. Der er et fint, kæmpe indkøbscenter, med alle slags butikker, næsten lige overfor. Mogens og Annette. Danmark

• Harald (8/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden bei ähnlichem Bedarf gern wiederkommen. - Meine Frau und ich nahmen an einem 3-tägigen Kongress in Bielefeld teil, und wir benötigten eine passende Unterkunft. Sie sollte möglichst nah am Veranstaltungsort sein, damit wir ohne Nutzung unseres Autos oder öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel dorthin gelangen. Deshalb war diese FeWo - nur 5 Gehminuten vom Kongressort entfernt - ideal für uns. Die Wohnung enthielt alles, was für einen Kurzurlaub als Selbstversorger erforderlich ist. Wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Und trotz der Lage im Zentrum von Bielefeld waren die Umgebungsgeräusche erstaunlich gering. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Die Informationen im Vorfeld der Reise waren ausführlich und gut verständlich. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und flexibel. Selbst unser Sonderwunsch bezüglich der Nutzung des zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatzes wurde dankenswerterweise berücksichtigt.
• MA (9/5): - Es ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft, in der alles Notwendige und noch mehr vorhanden ist, sauber und hygienisch. Die Lage sehr zentral zum Bahnhof und zur Stadthalle. Toll ist außerdem der Tiefgaragenplatz in der Nähe. Die Betreuung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ein freundlicher Empfang, es wurde sogar am Abreisetag die Möglichkeit geboten, das Auto noch etwas länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen zu können.
• N.R. (9/5): Wir sind sehr begeistert ☺️ - Die Wohnung ist schön sauber und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Toaster, Mikrowelle, Senseo, 2 Kaffeesorten, 2 Teesorten, 2 Herdplatten, Fritteuse, Wasserkocher und Miniofen. Ein Bett mit fester Matratze, ein Bett mit softer Matratze. Wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Auch je zwei verschiedene Kopfkissen. Genug Steckdosen überall im Raum. Dank Ventilator ist es auch in warmen Nächten schnell wieder kühl. Trotz der Lage nahe Bahnhof hat man sich dank Tor in der Einfahrt (zu Wohnung und zu Parkplatz) sicher gefühlt. Wir brauchten für unser Auto einen Parkplatz schon vor dem eigentlichen Check-in und länger als der eigentliche Check-out. Auch da wurde uns von dem zuvorkommenden Team von CA Platinum geholfen. Alles war wirklich zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher, doch den haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt.

• Svilen (9/5): A great apartment at a central location. - Very large room, very comfortable quality beds! Excellent location, within walking distance to both railway station and main shopping area and central square! Next to the apartment is a large shopping mall and not far away are other major grocery discounter shops. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one may need, including complimentary coffee pads and teabags, The host Josef was constantly at standby, willing to help resolve issues - an excellent, efficient and friendly guy! immaculately clean! Shower cabin rather narrow for a more corpulent guy like myself! If weather is hot, room may get somewhat warm before noon as it faces East. Apart from that all is perfect!

• Giacomo (8/5): Very good - Close to the train station, the outside of the place looked a bit dejected but the room was absolutely lovely, comfortable and with all amenities included.

• Tamara (6/5): A decent studio apartment with a washing machine in the basement in another building. - The host was extremely kind and helpful. He was always available. Always answered the phone calls. The size of the apartment was great. It's about a five minute walk to the apartment from the train station. Very easy to find if you read and follow the directions given by the host. I was surprised that the washing machine is located in another building down in a basement. No where in the apartment description is this mentioned. One needs to have a flashlight, because the lights turn off automatically after a few minutes in the basement. Also, the whole apartment is not carpeted, only a large area rug which was very nice. The 'view' is looking out at apartment roofs, so don't be disappointed by the 'view'. The 'oven' is a very small electric oven, about the size of a small microwave, so one cannot bake a large pizza in it. I did not see a 'minimarket on site' but there is one on the street around the corner. The wifi had many momentarily disruptions.

• Linda (9/5): Very enjoyable holiday - It was clean and tidy and we felt safe. It was very close to the railway station. There was a fan in the apartment to keep us cool . There was also a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and egg steamer in the small kitchen . There was a shower in the bathroom. It could be a bit noisy at times during the night from people shouting outside but not sure if that was due to the football. Not too much of a problem.

• Keith (8/5): Situated in a mixed business and private accomodation block close to ammenities and town centre. - comfortable clean rooms within easy location to city area shops and restaurants. Rooms very bright and airy due to extensive window glass but would probably be quite hot in warmer summer months with strong sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the small kitchenette was useful for preparing small snacks.. Good communication from the representative and a face to face welcome on site. Train station close by. There is a Super market in the shopping mall basement about five minutes walk in order for you to purchase groceries if required. The rooms lacked air conditioning , which was ok for spring time but may be a little too warm in warmer months. The wifi was quite weak on floor number 2, but was ok on floor 3, The permanently based tenants next to us were extremely loud throughout the night/ early hours. Granted that it was NOT the fault of the owners of our apartment but nonetheless less it became an issue for us. We reported the incident which was responded too with a sympathetic response by the Apartment representative via the whats-app number.
