• María (6/5): Buena ubicación pero falta limpieza. - La ubicación es muy buena, está al lado del paseo y la playa. Las toallas estaban sucias, había minicucarachas por todo el piso, incluyendo dentro de la nevera. La persiana rota y varios desperfectos. Parecía que hubieran limpiado muy por encima y a prisa.

• Antonio (1/5): NO RESERVESIS!! HORRIBLE - NADA HORRIBLE. EL sitio no hay nadie, te dejan las llaves fuera y no está adaptado para minusválidos, Además hay escaleras. La propiedad se desatendió, y tuve que buscarme otro sitio y pagarlo de mi bolsillo. Además de sucio, envié a un amigo a ver si podía ayudarme y encontró cucarachas. tengo las fotos.

• LARA (1/5): - Muy bien ubicado, y bonito espacio! La limpieza no me gustó para nada, había muchas cucarachas y nos tocó lavar las sábanas y toallas la misma noche que llegamos! Olía super mal el lugar!

• Cristian camilo (2/5): No recomiendo - Lo único era la ubicación Alojamiento demasiado sucio poco aseo cero ropa de cama y juegos de toallas para 4 personas solo 2 am dejado y en cuanto al aseo pésimo por donde te movías encontrabas cucarachas dentro de los muebles de la cocina el baño todo lado

Aire acondicionado Trato personal por teléfono con sus explicaciones 2 televisores Suficientes enchufes Toallas y sábanas no parecían muy " limpias" Esquina del armario del baño incómodo al sentarte en la taza. Almohadas muy blandas Cama más baja de lo normal Banco, funda, salón de estar, no muy " limpia" La puerta del apartamento no se podía cerrar con llave por dentro y no tenía nada extra para la seguridad y poder cerrar por dentro
• Matt (1/5): CUCARACHAS, SUCIO Y PROPIETARIO NO CONTESTA LOS MENSAJES, NO DEVUELVE EL DINERO - Todo mal, solo me gustó la ubicación Apartamento sucio con cucarachas, le escribí al dueño del alojamiento adjuntándole fotos y jamás me contestó, ni pidió disculpas. Solicité el reembolso ya que me tocó irme a dormir a un hotel porque no tenía condiciones higiénicas (pagándolo yo). Fué booking quien me reembolsó una parte del importe, cuando el propietario es quien debería pagarme el precio de la estancia completa, porque es fallo suyo el tener mal la estancia, no mía, no tengo porque perder dinero por algo así. Este apartamento tendría que dejar de alquilarse porque no cumple las CONDICIONES HIGIÉNICAS.

• Volodymyr (4/5): - Наша присутність . Столик у вітальні та WI FI. Протікає вота в душі в кімнату. Кондиціонер дуже слабо працює. Дуже шумно вночі. Ліжко продавлене , не зручний матрац. Вимикачі світла працюють через один. Є кукарачі в кухні.

Right where everything is - best for people that want to be involved in parties Smelt of mould and damp, there’s an open wall with leaking pipe exposed causing the mould and damp. Memory foam mattress remembers one too many people 🤣

• Yonathan (1/5): Habían cucarachas.. - Con respecto a la ubicación esta justo alado de la playa En primera instancia encontramos cucarachas en todo el apartamento,las sábanas no estaban cambiadas, no había pilas en ninguno de los mandos tanto de la TV como del aire acondicionado y la plancha no logramos encontrarla.

• Judith (5/5): Departamento con potencial no aprovechado - La ubicación, a pocos metros de la playa. La limpieza del departamento ( hemos encontrado algunas cucarachas), la falta de mantenimiento del mobiliario. La falta de productos de baño ( papel higienico, jabón de manos, etc). Nos dejaron medio rollo de papel higienico para 4 personas.

• Pallero (3/5): - La localizacion es muy buena, cerca de las playas y de la zona de fiesta Cuando entramos (pasadas las 3pm que es la hora de check in) estaba toda la casa sucia, suelos, cama deshecha, cocina llena de basura, el baño olia mal... Llamamos a nuestro contacto y rapidamente vino el personal de limpieza pero tuvimos que irnos del apartamento 1h para que pudieran limpiar... A lo largo de nuestra estancia aparecieron multiples cucarachas, en el cajon de los cubiertos, en el baño, en la cocina etc, resulta que detras de la nevera estaban montando una fiesta... Además, el sofá cama era de lo mas inestable, dormias con los pies a la altura del suelo y la cabeza a la altura de las rodillas...

• Karen (9/5): Superb - Lovely location. Very close to bars and shops. The apartment itself was okay. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Only just that the door for bathroom was hard to close.

• Vanja (8/5): Very good - Apartment is on great location. the apartment was not cleaned very well, the kitchen is not well equipped and the sofa bed still does not work very well.

• Narinder (6/5): I mean, it was as expected, let’s just say that. - The location is excellent. The sofa bed doesn’t work and the sofa before converting it is way too stained for it to be viable for use in a rental. The renter also enforced a 60€ deposit that I had to get a Spanish family member transfer using Bizum (which has not been returned) but when we arrived the place was acceptably clean but the towel rail in the bathroom was broken and, as previously mentioned, the sofa bed was not stable. The WiFi code was for a bar downstairs that no longer exists.

• Connor (2/5): Not ideal for anyone but party goers who won’t need sleep. - It was central to the main part of the old town so it is an excellent quick stay location and ideal for party goers Kitchen facilities are everything you could need however bathroom and other facilities need some more love as a lot of rust on taps and other parts. Firstly the information on the website needs to change as there was no WIFI as the bar below is shut which is where the WiFi was supposed to come from. Beds were rock hard and not a comfortable sleep at all hurt my back sleeping on it. Sofa bed isn’t comfortable either and feels like it could break at any moment as it didn’t lay fully down correctly. There is a club opposite that is open from 9 to 4:30 am so don’t expect sleep as the shutters don’t have any sound proofing. Overall not ideal for anyone unless you are going to be out all night long.

• Debbie (7/5): Good for a place to put your head down in the centre of the old town, Location and price on point! - Good price and very central location. The aparrtment was adequate for what was needed... It was clean and had everything needed for our quick stay Bed was comfy and the fan and aircon both worked with no problems The apartment is directly above a bar ( as most are in benidorm centre) this did not bother me, as although you could hear the noise, with windows closed etc it would be no diffrent from most places in the centre of benidorm. The stairwell to the apartment is extreemly cramped, my partner is 6"4 (193cm) and he had difficulty as the stairway was so low and cramped, BUT for most people this would likely not be a big issue. The towels although I believe they were clean, they had stains on them, and I just didnt want to use them...... They appeared to be clean but just stained, but still I dont want to be using stained towels.

• Eduard (7/5): Many items to fix - Location of the facility, the process of check-in and check-out. Balance between quality and price. Sofa´s leg is sliding, when you put it in a position for sleeping, it falls. Little bit suitable for children. No additional toilet paper rolls and paper towels - for 4 persons within 3 days, giving the one paper roll seems rather bad. One soup plate. Horrible state of kettle.
