• Nicole (8/5): Easy - Great location Needed more living room furniture For accomodation that sleeps 6, we would expect 6 seater couch and dining.
• Debbie (9/5): This townhouse is in a great location in Kirra, walkable distance to everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very resp - Location location location The only thing is that the Front door electronic lock is very glitchy, a garage remote can be used to enter and exit property as an alternative. A door bell would be useful.
• Christien (6/5): - De locatie was perfect. En de lift vanuit de garage was fijn, want het is een appartement op de 1e en 2e etage, geen huis, maar ingebouwd tussen andere gebouwen. Wel ruime kamers. Er was geen koffie machine, geen strijkbout/plank. Communicatie met de eigenaar was slecht, hij zei dat het apparaat door een vorige huurder kapot was gemaakt en hij geen tijd had om een te vervangen, daarna zei hij het niet bij de inboedel van t appartement hoort? Kortom ook erg respectloos aan de telefoon voor de huurprijs die hij vraagt is het een kleine moeite een pluncher oid te plaatsen Verder moet je met heel veel codes het appartement in. De remote van de garage werkte niet goed en in het appartement ben je totaal afgesloten, geen enkel uitzicht alleen muren. Het is alleen een geld object, kaal en basic. Vlekken op de bank en in dekbed. De fotos geven niet de werkelijkheud weer.

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - The townhouse was impeccable and absolutely amazing to stay at. Everything was clean and tidy. The only negative is how uncomfortable the beds were (all three). Some of our group resorted to the pull out sofa bed and an air mattress. Other than that the location was great and overall stay was even better!

• Jasmine (10/5): Amazing stay!!! - The location was absolutely perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, shopping centre is walking distance, the airport is no more than five minutes drive. The town house had ample facilities that were of a high quality. Nothing to not like about it.
• Rob (7/5): Good - Size and location Cleanliness of the floors and garage floor. Dryer lint catcher was dangerously full, hadn't been cleaned for some time. Couldn't access the communal rubbish bins.
• Jack (7/5): Happy cool and comfortable - Clean. Aircon in bedrooms. Lock up garage. Codes for doors rather than keys. Mattresses uncomfortable. Lack of dishwashing equipment - dish brush or sponge. Could do with another couch for an apartment that can sleep 6. Only 2 teaspoons.

• Hilary (8/5): perfect town house in kirra!! - I liked the size of the townhouse for my family and the kitchen was perfect. the large garage was an added bonus and perfect walking distance (2min) to the beach! I liked everything about Unique Kirra but the bed mattresses might be a bit outdated, otherwise the perfect holiday place.

• Hannah (9/5): Superb - Amazing location and really nice modern apartment. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. I would highly recommend upgrading them.
• Martine (7/5): Enjoyable stay. - Location was great, modern finishes, nice and quiet The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All the guests complained about this. The property was a little sparse. Could do with some soft furnishings and an indoor dining table. It was raining so we couldnt eat outside. There also wasn’t enough cooking utensils and glasses.

The only point of feedback could be around the sleeping arrangement, 3 fantastic rooms to fit 6 people. The fold out/futon was the only bed we didn’t love.

• Jade (6/5): Don’t think it’s worth the money for very basic facilities. - Nice and modern The property clearly stays there is a hot tub which is one of the reasons we booked. However it turned out to be just a regular bath - and on top of that the plug didn’t even fit so the water just ran out and we had to go and purchase one. for the price we paid the facilities were not very good. There was only one tv - no second tv in the bedrooms and the layout is quite strange. There was also a lot of building works going on which were very noisy.
• Claire (9/5): Nice accommodation which was great for kids, in a perfect location - Getting into the property was simple. Very clean, had great kitchen supplies. Great amenities such as air con, and lift - which made getting our luggage really easy which was a big help. Bath products were also ample. And the laundry/laundry supplies were very welcomed, perfect for a family stay. The main bed was quite small/uncomfortable. No coffee machine salt/pepper - these additions would be great
• Nelson (8/5): Very good - The place was very nice and was exactly like the photos. For an expensive villa I believe your mattresses should be a lot better quality as two nights sleeping on those beds has made 6 people's backs sore - recommend buying koala mattresses online and replacing all beds.

• Joanne (5/5): Passable - The property was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very adequate with everything included. We asked for a porta cot to be supplied and said yes that they would supply but they didnt understand what a porta cot was. Got to the property and there was not one supplied so had to try and find one from a friend. The lift was not working. Other than that it was a nice experience.

• Peta (4/5): Not value for money - Location Very cheap quality mattresses and bedding, no top sheets provided.It is advertised to sleep 8 people but there is only 1 x 3 seater lounge nowhere for group to relax . Only 1 x TV and the 2 x built in desks have no power points so not able to charge laptops and work. There was no kitchen sponges left or plug for bath, contacted owner and was told to go buy one and keep receipt.
• Edwina (9/5): Great weekend getaway for a family - The townhouse was great. It is very modern, spacious and in an excellent location. It was a short walk to Kirra beach or around the corner to the main area in Coolangatta. It was spotless when we arrived and we were able to check in 1.5hrs earlier. The communication and check in process was very easy. We all loved our stay. Two reasons for not giving 10/10. These are easy things to fix and did not detrimentally impact our stay. 1. The quality of the mattresses and the bedding was not very good. The mattresses felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The bed in the main bedroom only had a fitted sheet and a doona. it would be good to have a flat sheet too. 2. The TV was a lot harder to use then it needed to be. To get to the point of being able to sign into Netflix, Kayo etc. you first had to either sign into you google account on the TV or download a TCL app. Seemed unnecessary and I’d prefer not to have to share my google account details with a holiday rental TV.
• Christopher (4/5): really great location and new property, very expensive for a very uncomfortable beds - the location was great, the unit is nice and new and clean. the beds were very uncomfortable and felt second hand. all the fittings were clearly from kmart. there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had to buy out own. Someone had left their leftover dinner in the fridge Check in was advertised to be 10am but this changed the day before check in to 3pm
