Guest Reviews
- Kavanagh (10/5): Lovely accommodation in a perfect location - Location was brilliant. Apartment Jenny layout and facilities were excellent. Only one complaint was one of the bed mattresses was dipping on one side and hurt my back sleeping on it
- Aline (4/5): Dirty place and bad management - Location was great but unfortunately the place was dirty and it was very disappointing. I booked this place for my family who were visiting me from Brazil. Since I live in London, I personally visited the property in advance to ensure it was clean and suitable for their arrival. However, during that visit, the property manager showed me a different unit—Flat 1—instead of the one we actually rented, which was Flat 2. The flat I was shown was spotless, but when we arrived at the one we had booked, it was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, despite their claim that a cleaner had been through.
I took photos and contacted customer service. Their response was dismissive—they simply said, “Apologies if the cleaning was not to the standard you like,” which felt like a joke considering the state of the flat. There was no standard at all. I spent around 40 minutes cleaning before my family could even settle in. I requested a refund for the cleaning fee, and they said they would issue it—but they never did.
Before check-in, I had also contacted them to confirm that my booking was for six people, including two children (both 8 years old) who would be sleeping in the living room. I specifically asked them to provide bedding and towels for the kids. They didn’t. I had to go out and buy duvets and sheets that evening just so the children could sleep safely on the sofa. On top of that, there were no curtains in the living room—just some blinds they left behind, expecting us to assemble them ourselves.
So my honest recommendation: don’t book this place.
