• SORIN ADRIAN (2/5): To be avoided - Very close to seaside promenade. Safe, because it's inside a building with a locked inner courtyard. Solid looking building, well kept hallways and exterior. Big and spacious rooms. Guest was OK, except he couldn't just magically change rhe apartment overnight. The entire apparent needs refurbishment. Bathroom full with mold. Shower full of stone. Hot watee can't stay at the same temperature, it's 30 seconds super hot, 30 seconds cold. Walls full of dead insects and dirty. Bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Entry door has a gap of 1,5 cm from the floor, making it useless for sound and thermal insulation. Air conditioning didn't work, it just ventilated air, until mad telephone call to host. Windows are useless, no thermal or sound insulation.

• Florian (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert und fernab von „Luxury“ - Nähe zum Strand - Schimmel an Rückseite des Badezimmers in Schlafzimmer sowie unterhalb der Klimaanlagen. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht nicht (mehr) den Bildern, die wohl noch vor Vermietungsbeginn aufgenommen wurden. Die Mängel wurden nur unsachgemäß behoben, sodass der Wasserschaden nach wie vor deutlich sichtbar und ebenso riechbar ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten, sicherlich gesundheitsschädigend. - Kein WLAN und keine mobilen Daten in keinem einzigen Raum der Unterkunft, es ist ein Repeater mit einem Kabel com Innenhof bis in die Wohnung in den oberen Stockwerken verlegt, leider hat man absolut gar kein Internet in der Unterkunft, sodass auch der Smart TV nichts nutzt, wenn man sich nicht damit verbinden kann. - Uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit bereits unsere Sachen in der Unterkunft hinterlassen können, leider verspätete sich der Vermieter um 15-30 Minuten zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit und wir standen rum. - Der Vermieter hat meine in der Unterkunft vergessenen AirPods Pro unterschlagen und ist nicht bereit mir diese auf mehrfache Nachfrage über diverse Kanäle und über den Booking Kundendienst auf meine Kosten gegen Abholung bei ihm von einem Versanddienstleister wieder auszuhändigen. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut indiskutabel, schockierend und in höchstem Maße unprofessionell.

• Βασίλης (5/5): Very disappointing – misleading photos and unacceptable cleanliness. - Only the central location. Nothing else was satisfactory. We had to sleep one night with dirty sheets. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. The overall condition of the apartment was very poor, as you can see from the photos we are attaching. Many things do not match the pictures shown on Booking, which were clearly taken when the apartment was new or recently renovated. Now, it is neglected, dirty, and badly maintained.

• Rosen (8/5): Very good - Outstanding location. Beautiful building. Nice master bedroom design. Luciano was great but was clearly in a rush. Small details like doorknobs and bathroom locks are failing. Wifi was a bit tricky, but moving the extender closer to the master bedroom fixed it. You will have no mobile reception in the building and will rely on Wi-Fi calls. All of these are completely redeemed by the location and design. Good stay.

• Johanna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great, very spacious for 4 people and it is super close to the seaside with many restaurants and bars. We chose this location specifically to be close to the ferry stop (20 min walk or 5 min by taxi). There was only one remote control for the 2 air conditioners.

• Valiente (10/5): Modern, sea-side apartment for a large family - Modern, recently refurbished and located near the waterfront. 2 double beds + 1 double sofa-bed. Only 1 bathroom.

The water of the shower is cold, you should wait a lot of time to feel the hot water and after some time cold water comes again. The man who came from the check in does not speak English.

• Panpan (5/5): Paid over 1000 euro for 3 nights. Good location but not so good experience. - The location was just behind the sea view, so very easy to go out. The host was not as good as i expected. They said they will pick us up from the airport (already paid over 1000 euro for 3 nights), but asked us to pay 100 euro (taxi will be 30 euro). Then very hard to talk when checking out, don't care the guests after 11：30am. so mean on everything, and do not help prepare the invoice. Made the visit a bad experience. The housing was good through when you don't need to communicate with the host.

• Munetomo (8/5): here is typical italian apartment but not a American type of business hotel at all. but, it’s cozy and you can enjoy Nap - good location, clean apartment! the big entrance door on the road side sometimes did not accept the key. I don’t know why but it was feared if I was kicked out mid night. also, there was only shampoo gel in the room, we needed to bring body gel and conditioner. furthermore, breakfast was included but it was only one drink and one bread in the bar shop. also, most of the people can’t communicate in English so you need a translator device or capability.
• Kukučková (10/5): Exceptional - The attitude of owners was amazing. Approximity to the sea was great, city center was really close. Everything needed was in maximum 5-minute walk distance. The owners even met our request of leaving the backpacks at the property even after check-out time.
