• Amanda (8/5): Loved it , it was perfect for me . - It was so cosy . Very clean and perfect position . I did find it hard to find , but I was in the dark after getting off the bus . I was sad to leave , I felt so rested in beautiful Bicheno . I would definitely book again Bed was comfortable Shower perfect The toiletries were amazing It was a little cold at night. but I phoned reception who allowed me to use one of the single bed doonas.

• Beth (6/5): The facilities were nice but it was such a pain. - The deck was very nice and the shower facilities were good. It’s a very confusing layout and, while the staff member I called was helpful, the fact that no one had actually been there in person made it a lot harder. The aircon also was dodgy.
• Joan (9/5): 3 nights in Bicheno - Lovely quiet place plenty of outdoor space, all you need in the house very comfortable. Bicheno is a beautiful place to explore...cruise to Wineglass Bay exceptional.... N/a

• PATOU (7/5): - L'emplacement. Le calme Absence de wifi. Équipements" has been " pas de mélangeur a la cuisine, même pas une pelle pour ramasser après avoir balayé, aspirateur avec 1 m de fil , gazinière et lave linge d'un autre âge .
• David (10/5): Over all it was really good 👍, loved the Lobster Shack , and fishing on the wharf there . - Nice and peaceful & quiet, short walk to shops . Exceptionally clean and nice layout inside .👍😀 Only one thing 😌, I have a bump on my head from hitting the cabinet above the toilet , they say men should sit when they have a pee , so my fault 🤣

• Rose'anne (3/5): Won’t be back - No tv for the entire 4 nights A not put on vehicle to be moved, was not even on the road another car parked up nothing said Shelves too high couldn’t reach Bottom shelf collapsed twice Water pressure terrible
• Graeme (5/5): Passable - Accommodation was comfortable. Only contact with Staff was by phone and the instructions were confusing. If it hadn't been for another resident, we wouldn't have managed. We were told we were in cabin 1 when in fact we were in cabin 2 It was a visitor to another resident who was able to sort out our situation.
• Rosina (8/5): Very good - Close to everything. Washing machine in unit. No hair-dryer No decent kitchen bench space Tv channels not available
• Simon (6/5): Overall quite pleasant. - The location l, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the second bedroom with the single beds. The back 2 hot plates didn’t work after the first night and the a/c didn’t cool the room down at all and it was a very hot weekend

• Sharon (3/5): Poor - Couch. Nowhere to put suitcase in room with queen bed. Not enough kitchen and lounge space. Two beds unmade at arrival time. Too hot in full sun took while to cool. No small pot in kit hen. Washing machine tiny. No pressure in shower. Only enough room for two.
