Lokacija je sjajna pa je i cena adekvatna lokaciji. - Lokacija je odlicna,parking,terasa,lep kraj,miran… Objekat je dobar za 6 osoba. Nas je bilo 9 tj. dve porodice pa su dvoje spavali u dnevnom boravku a jedno na pomocnom lezaju. To nismo znali u startu. Parking za drugo vozilo je placen dodatno 20€ po danu doduse to nam je receno unapred. Slike na bookingu ne daju realnu sliku.

• NoraSe (10/5): La dolce vita near Vatican - The location is superb next to Vatican and a train station and a bus stop of bus number 64. Just opposite from the apartment you have a Carrefour grocery store which is open from early morning to evening. You also have plenty of options to eat within a walking distance. The area is quiet and felt safe too and the apartment is located behind a gated area. The apartment itself is spacey and has two bathrooms and three bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. The double beds are large and firm which was nice. The big balcony was really great too. The kitchen has basic kitchen amenities. Marisa is a lovely host and was very welcoming. She gave a lot of tips for the area and also provided a lot of information related to the apartment. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Like in many Italian apartments, you can hear the noise from the upper apartment or outside easily. Just remember to bring your earplugs. It would also be lovely if there was a booklet to check everything that Marisa also informs you about (whether about the apartment amenities, trash, cleaning, sights and restaurants etc.). It's a lot of information to receive at once when you arrive and it would make it easier if you can double-check in case you forgot without having to message her. There are some signs in the apartment which is nice.

• Jurgita (7/5): Not bad - The best thing is that the apartment is in a very strategically convenient location, just a 10‑minute easy walk to St. Peter’s Square. There’s a fairly large shopping center next to the apartment and many well‑rated small restaurants. When welcoming us, the host shared a few restaurant recommendations. The accommodation itself is quite comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen sink made strange noises, the hot water supply and heating were not stable, and there was also a somewhat unpleasant sewage smell. The Wi‑Fi connection technically existed, but in practice it didn’t work. Overall, not bad, but it could definitely be better.

• Maciej (10/5): - Apartament był bardzo przyjemny, zadbany, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było na miejscu. Do Watykanu bardzo bliziutko, kilka min spacerkiem. W pobliżu sklep. Do wszystkich ważnych miejsc można śmiało iść pieszo podziwiając okolice. Gospodyni bardzo sympatyczna wszystko nam wytłumaczyła, jak się poruszać po mieście, gdzie dobrze zjeść. Serdecznie polecam.

• Xiaohua (8/5): Just ok - The location is great, the residence is quiet and safe. There is a big balcony, it would be wonderful for summer stay. It’s a one bedroom apartment, there is a sofa bed in the living room (with an open kitchen in the same room). If you’re couple or with a small child, it’s ok. Air conditioning is not enough neither comfortable for the heating of the room.

• Pat WP (9/5): Large and clean apt in a great location! - The host met us at the property, gave us a little tour, and gave us the keys. She explained about using the bus and showed us on a map where we were located in relation to all the main attractions in Rome. She even left a list of local recommended restaurants. Everything was very clean, the three bedrooms were spacious, and the combo living room, dining room, & kitchen was easy to navigate with 6 adults. We were in a nice quiet neighborhood near the Vatican and away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Rome, and it was very easy to get there with frequent busses within 20-25 minutes. Some of the beds were a little too firm for our comfort. There was no television in the living room for shared viewing/streaming, but each bedroom had their own.

Schon beim Check-in gab es eine persönliche Einweisung mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants – sehr sympathisch und hilfreich! Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem abgesperrten, sicheren Areal mit eigenem Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Tür – super praktisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind direkt gegenüber, und die Busverbindung ist ideal: Nach wenigen Stationen ist man mitten im Herzen von Rom und bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Top Pros: • The apartment is perfect for a family with a child (2 rooms, one large bed, and a sofa bed for the child). • It’s not very big but very cozy and features a spacious balcony/terrace. • The building is located on a private gated street (10 minutes from the Vatican), which provides a wonderful sense of security and peace in noisy, dirty, and overwhelming Rome. • A fantastic addition is the incredible restaurant “Das Miei,” just 5 minutes from the apartment, where only locals and Vatican priests dine – a true hidden gem! All of this is managed by Marissa, an unbelievably friendly, helpful, and kind lady who always has a recommendation or solution for any question. We will definitely come back!
• John (10/5): Fantastic accommodations! Fantastic Hosts! - I can't say enough about our stay at the Vatican Park Residence. From the moment we arrived Marisa was waiting to get us in and comfortable. Every need that arose was quickly met and resolved. We enjoyed may delightful conversations with Marisa. She provided us with directions to all the sights we wanted to see as well as the means to get to them. Her laundry equipment was new and easy to use. The beds were comfortable - something we really needed the first night we were in Rome. If my family or friends ever travel to Rome, we will whole heartedly recommend they stay at the Vatican Park Residence. We wish Marisa and her husband all the best and thanks them for making our visit to Rome such a success. Nothing. Our stay at the Vatican Park was by far and away the best stay of our trip to Europe.
