- Askar (9/5): - Понравилось наличие удобств в виде кухни со всем необходимым,большой холодильник ,плита с двумя комфорками,стиральная машина,что удобно. Можешь готовить и постирать почти как дома. Есть все для уборки в номере и есть все для чистки ,а также для мойки посуды. Горячая вода включается самостоятельно по мере необходимости,что очень удобно.В двух кварталах расположен винкомцентр- большой торговый центр,рядом есть пара магазинов ,где можно купить привычные для нас продукты.Девушка менеджер встречающая меня очень внимательная и деловая. Быстро все вопросы решила буквально на ходу. Ей 10 баллов. Отель расположен в переулке и его сам не найдешь,хорошо ,что за мной пришла менеджер и быстро заселила. Отель расположен в старой застройке нового района с высотными домами. Погулять негде особо.Далеко от центра,но на такси можно добраться за несколько долларов США.Если не нужно там бывать часто,то это не проблема.Не понравилось то как менеджер отнёсся к моей просьбе заказать такси при моем отъезде.Он посоветовал мне дойти пешком до конца переулка ,где полно такси.Я поступил по его совету и минут 15 потерял времени,т.к.такси там свободных не было. Они все там находились по чьим то заказам. Потом я зашёл в соседний отель и там мне с удовольствием помогли.Не понравилось отсутствие телевизора и микроволновки,но это не очень важно,но приятно.

The kitchen is great too! Very clean and modern and if you wish to cook, the owner can bring you the pans/utensils etc! Very accommodating and friendly. Nothing :)

- Ken (6/5): Lack of listed facilities but an ok stay for the price - Nice large room, my own space, not far from bus route. Owner promptly replaced the kettle when the provided one didn't function Major gripe is that loads of the facilities listed didn't in fact exist. The facilities are one of my main reasons for booking a place so it's annoying when they aren't there. It's also the main reason for my low rating score. Could do with more wall sockets including the bedside one which was one of the non-existent listed facilities

- Roman (1/5): Bad - Most of it was bad. The only slightly positives are strong AC, strong shower and it was cheap. The place was dirty, bedsheets included. Most likely there are bedbugs because I was continuesly were bitten during the night. When I've asked if I can cook in the kitchenette (that was missing all the basic amenities), I was threatened with a fine that is twice higher than the price of the accommodation (though it's clearly stated that cooking is an option at the property). Most of the stuff that are detailed in the property are missing or broken. And as a final dessert, for some reason, the owner decided to cancel the accommodation a couple of the days after I've stayed through Booking.com, not sure what was the purpose. Long story short, stay away.
- Titilayo (10/5): Exceptional - My host is a wonderful and caring person. He is very spontaneous in responding to complaints, and offer immediate solution to any unexpected occurrences. Infact I have value for money and will recommend him to whoever visiting Hanoi. The wife, the son and Mr La Cao Cuong are very loving and professional. Despite the fact that, I and my family arrived a day before our booking date, Mr La Cao Cuong ensured he found hotel accommodation for me and my family that night, he also helped me to pack all my luggages to the hotel with his Motorcycle. On the day I was checking out, he was not around, he still made an arrangement with his wife and his son to help me pack my luggages with motorcycle without any charges! Infact, may the good Lord prosper his business and bless his loving family. The Idowus 0813445134 There's no TV set.
