• Helen (9/5): A perfect Roman stay — fantastic location, spotless apartment, great host and everything we needed for a wonderful trip. - We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The location was absolutely perfect — around a 30-minute walk to both the Vatican and the Colosseum, with beautiful cobbled streets, amazing restaurants and delicious gelato shops right on the doorstep. It felt like a lovely authentic part of Rome to stay in. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning when needed, and a nice little kitchen area which had everything we needed for our stay. Alberto was excellent throughout and always just a WhatsApp message away if we needed anything. He also arranged our airport transfers which were brilliant — completely stress-free, door to door, and definitely worth doing. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would happily stay here again.

In cucina non c’era nulla per le lavare le stoviglie e diventa difficile per due giorni fare la spesa per tutto

• Joan (10/5): Comfortable, clean and close to everything!! - Many things in the “like” list - but without doubt the location reigns supreme. Could one find a better place to be in Rome? Footsteps from the lovely piazza Navona and close to so much that is ROME!! The accommodations with two good sized beds was good for 4 female friends on own self guided pilgrimage of the Eternal City. Breakfast in house or in any number of nearby restaurants was an excellent way to begin each day. And, if shopping for art or souvenirs, the area is filled with options. And, best of all, Alberto was a close “what’s app” message away when we had questions or needed assistance with anything from taxis to directions. He was very kind and helpful. We liked it all.

• Margo (8/5): It was a great place to stay for three nights as a family while visiting Rome! - Location (walking distance to everything and in the heart of city central), kitchen, washing machine, comfortable beds, air conditioning, wifi Needed more towels including face cloths (or a dryer to fully launder), more toilet paper and shampoo, as well as laundry detergent, Kleenex, and dish soap.

• Corinne (10/5): - Perfect location in short walking distance to a lot of sightseeing points, taxi and bus station. A lot of bars close for breakfast, dinner and night cap. Appartment is spaciously, cooling in summer, quiet house. Highly recommended for people travelling for the first time to this beautiful city. Our flight was cancelled late in the evening due to a storm (in July!) and we were lucky to go back to our appartment for another night, thanks to our great host Alberto. Again a big thank you! The heart of Roma can be noisy, especially on weekends. That is good to know.
• Nicola (10/5): Family weekend in Rome staying in a perfect apartment central to all attractions. - Absolutely fabulous property in a central Rome location, only 30 mins from CIA Airport in a taxi and only 5 mins walk to Piazza Navona. We were given the door codes for the property in advance which worked well. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is a lift available. There was a key box next to the front door. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and all amenities needed for our stay. Fabulous restaurant/cafe called Coromandel located 2 mins walk and served great Brunch also many lovely bars and restaurants located close by with a great atmosphere. Mini Supermarket just down the road too to buy essentials.

• Jess (10/5): A lovely clean and spacious apartment in a great location. - A large apartment in a perfect location close to the Vatican and the Pantheon. Also, a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The street can be noisy early in the morning as local businesses receive their deliveries. This didn’t bother us but may affect some people.
• Caroline (8/5): Great stay in central Rome - Excellent location. Spacious, secure warm apartment with a good hot shower. Alberto was very helpful, especially when we couldn't find it in the dark (one of the external photos shows a cafe or hotel next door which has now closed down so confused us) We were pleased to find a kettle. Need some decent large mugs for tea/coffee - there were only 2 and they were chipped and glasses for wine/water. There was a lot of construction/bin noise in the mornings, but this seems to be the norm in Rome.

This was my 4th time in Rome and by far the best location. Also the host provided us with lots of helpful local info in advance - the restaurant recommendations were excellent. • Emma (10/5): Great apartment in fantastic location - The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Great shower. Everything you needed including extra towels and bedding. Secure door code entry to building and key in coded key box by front door to apartment so super easy self check in. Host Alberto is friendly and text to check all ok. If we had needed anything or if there had been a problem, felt we could easily reach him. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to all of the fabulous sites to see. A few minutes walk from Piazza Navona which on the very charming cobbled streets had lots of very good restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. We would definitely book to stay here again. We were lucky enough to stay over Christmas and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment has a homely feel so we felt very comfortable there. After exploring Rome all day it was relaxing to come back to. Thank you Alberto! Nothing, it was great.
• Kala (8/5): ok stay. Location was central . - Host was good. He came over when we struggled to get into the apartment. We have not been to Rome before. Centralised heating. It stopped around midnight and didn’t start until noon again. Felt very cold . Did not have a dryer , only the washing machine. Nothing dried in the cold.
• Angela (7/5): Great location but the experience could be improved - Great location. Next to many restaurants, coffee shops and last night activities. Also a very safe area. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood. There were no amenities. The only thing that was provided was a small bar of soap. There were no body wash, shampoo or anything else. There is a washer and dryer, but there were no washing detergent. There was a coffee maker but the coffee pods were for a different size coffee maker. Very limited amount of toilet paper. Pillows are old and uncomfortable. Same as blankets. It's a shame because the apartment is in a great location and has really good potential to be great. For the money we paid we expected to have enough toilet paper and other basic necessities.

• Sonya (9/5): Perfect 2-bedroom apartment for a few nights in the piazza Navona area - Excellent location in the piazza Navona area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (harder style mattresses) and easy self checkin. A small kitchen with kettle, coffee pod machine, toaster & microwave. Bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Would recommend For a longer stay it might not suit all travellers as there is no “living area” or central dining space (a larger dining table is located in one of the bedrooms)

There are restaurants, supermarkets and a range of different sites within strolling distance. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, although the dining room sits within one of these bedrooms if you wish to sit together for a meal. Wifi is good and access easy and host responsive.

• Eva (8/5): Great location and apartment - it was a great neighbourhood, easy to walk around. the codes made everything really easy. The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for the family. The host was super helpful and flexible. The beds are quite hard, so as you long as you expect it, they are comfortable. The pillow I had was also quite hard, and I didn't find the softer ones till the day I left, that was my fault.

• William (8/5): Great location, nice place. Clean. Great shower, good kitchen. - Location was fabulous, 2+ blocks from Navona Piazza. You are in the middle of a big city. Late night noise, early morning rubbish pickup etc, but you expect it. Windows were as sound resistant as you could want.

• Lourdes (5/5): Great location but not comfortable - It was in the perfect location, many good places to eat and easy walking distance to all attractions Not comfortable- beds were hard, couch was uncomfortable and hard too. Whoever owns this space has never stayed there because they would have provided better beds and places to sit.
• Matthew (9/5): Perfect Rome short stay - Fantastic location easy walk to all the major places. Dozens of food options within a short walk, plenty of places for an apperativo. We staid as a family of basically 4 adults. Comfortable warm apartment, host made up the sofa bed so the kids didn’t have to share a bed ( they were happy). Well appointed kitchen you could have cooked if you wanted to. We just did breakfasts. Washing machine was also very useful. Host was great easy to contact and receptive. We had a lovely stay you won’t get a much better location in Rome. We were only there for 3 nights so it was perfect, if you were staying for a week as 4 people you may find it a little small with no real living area. A few more things like dish cloths etc to wipe down the kitchen benches to help keep everything clean would be great but only a minor detail.

Apartment quiet plenty of room for 3 people 2 bedrooms spotlessly clean .Bathroom had washing machine if required ...shower head a bit wonky but not an issue . Alberto was always contactable via WhatsApp and we arranged out transfers to and from airport excellent service. When back in Rome would definitely stay here again very safe area for 3 women highly recommended Thank you Alberto Not sure where to leave rubbish could not locate bins outside apartment but improvised and all good lol not an issue

Nice view to a quiet street of Roma, risotteria Melotti right down stairs, and just a few blocks away from Piazza Navona. Check in process was super easy, Alberto was a great host The bedroom mattress was a bit too stiff for me, bot a big issue though

It is located in a great area with easy access to bus or walking distance to see sights. Neighborhood is a perfect mix of old and charm. I was not used to using What's App so I didn't set it for alerts. But the owners were very helpful so really not a big deal.

We enjoyed everything - Excellent location (close to all Rome historical attractions), very clean, and well equipped with everything a family needs. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was big enough for us to have our own space. We felt right in the heart of this beautiful city and enjoyed the experience as such. Nothing….. everything was exactly as we expected.

Fabulous for families and we had a baby cot provided. Toileties supplied, fresh towels, beds comfortable. Washing machine and brand new hairdryer. Excellent spot with major attractions within easy walking distance and lots and lots of excellent artisan cafes, restaurants and boutique shops on your doorstep. Ideally has a small lift for buggy and luggage. Highly recommend. nothing !

Really friendly and kind hosts with helpful recommendations for restaurants, trips and available for any questions. Washing machine for use which is also great. We had a little trouble with the plumbing but the hosts quickly sorted this out and left a gift to say thank you for our help to resolve.
• Eileen (9/5): An amazing city. - Location was very central to Piazza Navonna and only a short walk to the Pantheon and Vatican City. On our doorstep was a lovely coffee shop. Alberto, our host gave me a list of local family run restaurants which were literally on our doorstep. After a long day sight seeing it was great to go to local restaurants for amazing food. Apartment would suit two couples as quiet large. .

• Rebekah (9/5): excellent location in center of rome for friends or family of 4. - Location was great by Piazza Navona only 2 blocks away! Lots of great restaurants, easy to walk to the Vatican (less than 1 mile), 1.5 mile walk to the Colosseum, 1 mile to Trevi etc. There was a key code to get in plus a elevator to bring luggage up to the apartment on 2nd floor. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, ample kitchen and bathroom space! Owner came and gave us information once we arrived! Would definitely stay again.
