• Queen B (7/5): Insgesamt positiv - Die Gegend und Lage war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Sehr charmante Gegend mit exzellenter ÖPNV-Anbindung. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (wenig Geschirr). Das Bad etwas abgewohnt. Dadurch, dass es ein sehr altes Haus ist, waren die Fenster wenig lärmisoliert und man musste sich erst an die Geräuschkulisse der Großstadt gewöhnen.

• JAMES (9/5): If you like being in the middle of the action, this is a great location. - Fantastic location. Clean, well equipped. There is a window with a broken frame that doesn’t close completely. It could be chilly.

• Anton (8/5): - Great location, 1 min from the trafalgar square. 2 floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's quite comfortable there, if you are traveling without family, because it's not super clean and 4th floor quite high. Also it can be cold inside and noisy on the street. If you want to have a hotel comfort, clean shiny and modern apartment, it's not for you. But if you want to have a quite sutable apartment in a great location and cheap - is fine.

• Rebecca (7/5): Lovely location, comfortable stay and easy to check in and out. - Brilliant location and easy to get keys, staff were great giving us directions to the property. Stairway up was a little messy but not too bad, overall clean but some curtains were tangled or broken.

• Julie (8/5): So so clean. Great location. - Spotless! Perfect location! The water went off😅 but it may have been unavoidable as I noticed the water company outside in the morning. Other people in neighbouring apartments were smoking in the stairwell.

• john_cabzera (8/5): Overall, location is wonderful, 4th floor with balcony is great! - Location is great. The host gave the most interest. The facilities were clean but not new and when repaired, they were repaired sloppy. The apartment is at the last floor with balcony, two floors, relative spacious, I think the only apartment with balcony in the building. Overall I would recommend this apartment, especially if kids are a little bit older. Smell of marijuana, neighbors, smoke alarms in the night due to neighbors smoking, the couch wasn't very trustworthy, faucet is about to fall, water pressure at second floor is not the best, AC/HVAC is there to check the box, the room downstairs has an extra door pretty flimsy, TV - forget about it.

• Yulia (9/5): - Location is perfect! Every evening we were in the center of real life. There are food shops, cafes and coffee shops nearby. It’s very easy to get to the appartments from every landmark if you need a rest. Very noisy

• Jesse (7/5): - The location was perfect. Big apartment lots of room Having to walk up and down 60 stairs to reach the room. The bathroom wasn't in that great condition.
• Marita & Scott Carlin (8/5): The apartment was well presented, and provided a wonderful view of the action outside. - The location was excellent. In the middle of Charing Cross, we were surrounded by pubs, restaurants, theatres and museums/galleries. Public transport and taxis were at our door, and all the city sights were a stroll away. The stairwell was in average condition, and iffy lighting.

• Stephen (9/5): Comfortable in excellent location - Air conditioning in bedroom and lounge which I did not expect and was very welcome. Clean and well appointed. Excellent location next to Leicester Square. It’s a little inconvenient to have to pick the key up from the main hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk. You could leave the key in the apartment on check out though.

• Sabara (4/5): Ok stay, great location - The location is amazing, close to metro and bus. There was air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was the best part of the house but not very well equipped. The greeting people were very nice, and after the checkout, we were allowed to leave our luggage there. The shower was leaking, and sometimes the water pressure was so low that there was almost no water. The fridge was moldy, and the kitchen equipment like pots and pans were in very bad shape. We were not informed about room service, so once we came to the apartment to meet strangers entering it, that had wrong stay information. There was constant noise in the bedroom, which for us wasn't an issue but for others might. The staircase was dirty, but it seemed to be a common area of the whole building. There were no wifi details in the apartment, so we had to check the router on the staircase.

• Carmen (8/5): Excellent location, beds great and clean, needs some TLC TLC - EXCELLENT LOCATION SUPER CLEAN BEDS, linens, towels They looked new Tiny bathroom 2ftx 2ft shower Even though beds and towels were super clean, balcony needs cleaning, was full of cigarettes, more cleaning to the floors, microwave was awful, full of grease, stairs outside the apartment was dirty, bathrooms did not flushed very well, sofas were dirty and with blankets over them. Better if they are washed, or the owners buy some furniture covers

• Jean (7/5): Good - The apartment is clean rooms are spacious and good location The TV is old need to be updated,ceiling fan is so noisy and wobbly feels like will fall down and can't reach to put off the light while the fan is in used or vise versa. No kettle when arrived asked the next day gave us plastic made. The cuttleries are old some are rusty. 2 small cups no saucer no mugs, plates incomplete.The shower on and off water comes out if not too hot it was too cold and only little when warmed it took me long time to finish on that very tiny shower
