- Christina (9/5): Great stay, great location - Great location, very central. The staff was helpful with check-in. The room was much nicer and larger than expected. Exceeded expectations in how comfortable and cute the room was. Very loud neighborhood, especially at night. The hotel does provide earplugs which was very helpful for sleeping, but definitely something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

- Ainhi (4/5): Not worth the money. - location I’ve never stayed at a hotel that provides earplugs. this one does, which tells you everything you need to know. It’s located right next to a bar/club, and the walls have virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear every conversation from the street. The room is also very small. Booking.com listed it as 22m², but that likely includes the bathroom. At $314 AUD per night on a regular weekday, it felt like a complete rip-off. They also use a strong fragrance throughout the corridor and reception, which gave us headaches. It smelled worse than cheap bar soap. Two weeks earlier, we stayed at Athen Icons, at Ceil Suites just around the corner, and it was completely quiet by comparison

Havaalanından öetroyla gelecekseniz metro istasyonuna 30 metre. Taksiden daha kolay ulaşırsınız havaalanına. Temiz ve konforlu. Odalar büyük değil ancak zaten odada zaman geçirmek gibi bir amaçla twrcih edilecek bir otel değil. Uyanıp 1 adımda şehrin göbeğine adım atabilirsiniz. Geceleri ses yüksek oluyor ama bu denli merkezi br konumda olması biraz tercih meselesi. Biz konumun güzelliğinden dolayı ses meselesini dert etmedik ancak isteyen için kulak tıkacı mevcut :)

Close to the Acropolis and other sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel scent was divine! We have no complaints.

- Ibrahim (10/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, and a smooth, comfortable stay overall. - The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The whole process was easy, from check-in to check-out. We requested an iron and received it within a few minutes, and all our requests were handled quickly and without any issues. The property is located right in the city center, which is the best location if you want to visit Athens. Everything is close by, including the metro, all within just a few minutes’ walk. It’s a perfect destination for tourists, and the area is full of restaurants, coffee shops, and everything you might need. They also provided a hygiene set with essentials, which was a nice touch. The doors are not very well insulated, so you can hear people in the corridor when they enter or leave their rooms. The doors were also a bit squeaky. The bathroom occasionally had a slight smell, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable.

- Laura (10/5): Fabulous staff, immaculately clean rooms - Fabulous property, in an amazing location - just a few minutes from the metro station, so very easy to get from the airport for our short stay. I would have liked to have powdered milk to have with my tea - but I didn’t ask (if I had they would probably have provided them - they were so helpful).

- Anna Maria (8/5): Amazing staff and location, with some room for improvement. - We had a very good stay at Athens Icon Collection, mainly thanks to the fantastic staff — friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They kindly had our room ready very early, which allowed us to drop off our belongings, something we really appreciated. The location is unbeatable, right on Ermou Street, making it perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and getting around Athens. Our room had a balcony overlooking Ermou Street, which was a great feature and added to the overall experience. We also needed to book an additional night during our stay, and this was handled effortlessly by the team, which was excellent. Overall, a great choice for location and service, with a few details that could be improved to make it truly outstanding. One area that could use improvement is cleanliness. Our bedsheets had some staining, and the bathroom did not feel as clean as expected. Paying a bit more attention to this would significantly enhance the overall experience. Because of the central location, it does get quite loud at night. Light sleepers should be aware that the noise can make sleeping difficult, although the hotel does thoughtfully provide earplugs. The rooms are on the smaller side, with limited space for large luggage (at least in our room).

- stephen (8/5): - The hotel and staff are great, in fact the location is great too but .... The hotel is located in a vibrant but very very noisy street, we were aware of the potential for this however the local busker street rappers decided that they were going to serenade the public every night literally just below the hotel, some nights till gone midnight.. obviously if you don't intend going to bed before midnight this won't be a problem, . Unfortunately even the hotel provided earlier plugs couldn't alleviate the noise and can't influence where the buskers decide to play. Just be aware of this. See above

- hagit (10/5): אהבנו מאוד, נחזור שוב בהחלט - המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, החדרים נעימים, לובי יפה ומעוצב בסטייל. בחדר הייתה לנו מרפסת קטנה לנוף משגע… שירות החדרים היה מצויין, ניקו כל יום, היו לנו חלוקי רחצה מפנקים, כל יום מילאו בקבוקי מים טבעיים, חשיבה על כל הפרטים הקטנים. החדר מידי קטן…. אך לא היה כזה נורא. עדיין נהננו מאוד.

- TZACHI (9/5): מיקום אליפות אי אפשר יותר טוב מזה! - המיקום אליפות, אי אפשר יותר טוב מזה. מלון קטן לא צריך יותר מזה. יש מעלית למזוודות. צוות מסביר פנים ומסייע. החדרים קטנים .יש סלון בקומה אפשר לשבת. אפשר לבקש חדר עם נוף לרחוב או בלי נוף. מומלץ מאד!!!!
- Hai (7/5): מיקום טוב מתקן דרוש שיפור מזכיר יותר דירה rbnb - מיקום המלון מצויין חדרים קטנים , רעש מאד חזק החלונות לא אטומים לרעש מרגישים שאצה ישן ברחוב . הם שמים אטמי אוזניים ללקוחות בחדרים בגלל הרעש … זה אומר הכל .
