• Julienne (7/5): Clean, good location but security concerns. - This place is brand new and clean. Location couldn’t be better. There is no staff monitoring the property. Each time we arrived to the property or left the property the main front door (w/ security code) was wide open. Anyone from the street could enter. The doors to the rooms are interior-style doors that offer no real security if someone were to enter and try to break-in. The doors have cheap Chinese handle that audibly speaks Chinese when typing in your code. It can be heard in the hallways and inside the room. It woke us up.

• Лена (8/5): Отново ще ви посетим - Локацията е много добра, на метри има платен денонощен паркинг за удобство, чистотата е добра, интериора също. Температурата в помещението не беше добра, можеше климатичната система да е пусната, предвид че е приземен етаж.

• Milena (7/5): Бихме се върнали отново. - Местоположението е повече от страхотно. Стигането до плажната алея е само на едни стълби разстояние, а центъра започва от вратата на хотела. Стаята е оборудвана с необходимите неща за престоя и най-важното - изключително чисто. Имахме малък проблем с паркирането. До хотела има голям паркинг и въпреки това нямаше места в него. Има синя зона, на която също нямаше места. Отне ни около 40 минути обикаляне наоколо докато се освободи. Малко е шумно, но е нормално за такова местоположение.

• Taras (10/5): - Инструкции по заселению были четкие. Вместо ресепшена несколько дверей с паролями. Все чисто, тепло, уютно. Куча полотенец, две пары тапочек, утюг, фен. Все рядом.
• Viktoriia (9/5): - Зупинялись в травні в SmartRooms, ідеальна локація: центральна вулиця, всі ресторани поруч, історичні памʼятки поруч, до набережної 100 метрів, поруч парки. В номері все нове, ніби тільки зробили ремонт. 1. Немає раннього check-in навіть платного, так як ми приїхали о 6 ранку дуже були втомлені після 25 годин дороги, але менеджерка пішла на зустріч - о 12ій відкрили доступ до заселення, дуже вдячні! 2. Не вистачає дрібничок таких як ложка для взуття, в номері були одні одноразові капці, а нас двоє.

• Olena (10/5): - Очень все уютно, расположение отличное , рядом кафе на любой вкус, набережная. Номера чистые, не много в ванной было плесени, а так в номере есть все необходимое, вода в бутылочках, чай, кофе, сахар, чашки, чайник. Полотенца, тапочки, фен, гладильная доска, утюг. В одном из наших номеров стоял увлажнитель воздух, это очень приятный бонус. Номера маленькие, но компактные.

• Lea (9/5): - Geräumiges Zimmer. Schönes Bad. Zimmer sind Recht leise, man hört fast nichts. Die Eingangstür ist ziemlich laut, wenn diese zuschlägt. Unter den Betten wird nicht sauber gemacht.
• Vladimira (5/5): - Удобство да е непосредствено до пешеходната зона. Незнам по каква причина но вечерта след 22:00 ч. Не успяхме да отворим входната врата и се наложи да чукаме по прозорците да помолим да дойдат да ни отворят. Всичко беше удобно с код за достъп , но ако никой не беше ни отворил , трябваше да нощуване в колата. Стаята беше малка но много практична , чиста и удобна.

Every time someone closed the door, felt like it is an earthquake in the room. I couldn't sleep 2 nights in row. Also, there was only half of toilet paper in the bathroom.

• Stanislava (9/5): - I liked the location and the overall design of the rooms. It was comfortable and clean. The front door lock was horrible. There was not a single time to manage to enter the key pass from the first time. The door was always slamming, also during the night. One of our rooms was right next to the entrance and we could hear the slamming which disturbed my kids' sleep

• Silviya (10/5): - Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen.Es war ruhig. Aufgeräumt. Alles ist in der Nähe, Strand, Essen ,Cafés, Geschäfte.
• RENI (4/5): Разочароващо - Локацията е перфектна. Обзавеждането също е идеално, като изключим неудобните матраци. Честотата при пристигането беше впечатляваща. Управителят беше много внимателен и съдействащ. Първоначално ме бяха настанили в стая без прозорец, на 2 нива, като за да се кача на нивото на спалнята, трябваше да пълзя , нивото между пода и тавана на второто ниво беше 1 метър. Нямаше прозорец а само едно санитарно прозорче 30х30 см. През целия престой нямаше никакво почистване, а цената за стаята беше 200 лв на нощ. После успях да сменя стаята с такава с 2 легла, а бях запазила спалня , но прозорецът беше на нивото на улицата, а стаята в сутерен , и имаше много влага. Достъпът е с многоцифрени кодове, които трябва да си запишеш и да набираш по няколко пъти, защото системата не ги засича от първото въвеждане. В последните 2 дни от престоя нямаше телевизия. Като цяло- разочароващо.

Най-много и приятно ме изненада, че е на центъра, в лудницата от хора, но е толкова тихо и спокойно. Бях с дете и исках тиха стая, за да си почиваме добре след разходките. И да- така беше. Следобед беше прохладно и тихо, а вечер бара отпред затваряше до полунощ, което ме устройваше, и после тишина...

Odadaki havasızlık asla rahat uyumaya izin vermiyor .camı açtığınızda sadece cam önünde rahat nefes alabiliyorsunuz.tesis yetkilisine durumu bildirdiğimde deniz kenarı olması sebebiyle normal olduğunu belirtti . Kendisine iyi bir gezin olduğumu ve ilk defa deniz kenarı tesiste kalmadığımı burdan da iletmek istiyorum.
