• 亮佑 (10/5): - 近くにコンビニやドン・キホーテ、飲食店があり、利便性が良かったです。 お部屋やベッドも清潔で、とても快適に過ごせました。 初日に鍵の入ったBOXが開かないトラブルがありましたが、扉に記載されていた連絡先へ連絡したところ、すぐに対応していただき、10分も待たずに部屋へ入ることができました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 チェックイン時にタブレットで個人情報や顔写真の登録を行う必要がありましたが、タブレットの充電がされておらず、すぐに手続きを進めることができませんでした。チェックインに必要な設備のため、充電状態を確認していただけるとよりスムーズだと思います。 また、テレビのリモコンの反応がかなり悪く、操作のたびに時間がかかってしまい不便に感じました。改善していただけると、より快適に利用できると思います。

• Heskamp (9/5): - 駅から近く、ホストの方も宿泊前に近くのコンビニの情報が必要か聞いてくださるなど、とても気を遣っていただけました。 部屋も広かったので良かったです。 唯一、お手洗いにウォッシュレットがなかったのが残念でした。

• IZUMI (9/5): ゆっくり過ごせてよかった - 掃除が綺麗にされていて、明るめの床でしたが、髪一本落ちておらず良かったです！ 必要な道具が全て揃っており、洗剤などのストックもあり、安心して過ごせた。 駅からも比較的近く、周りにコンビニやドンキなどがあり便利だった 全ての部屋の掃除が綺麗にされていたが、リビングと寝室の大きな窓のみ、室内側も汚れていたので終日カーテンが開けられず残念だった。

• Alba (10/5): Cómoda y tranquila - Muy cómodo y confortable. Está a menos de 10 minutos andando a la estación de Juso. Fácil conexión con líneas de metro para llegar a las zonas más turísticas. A una parada de la estación de Umeda. El alojamiento no está céntrico, pero no resulta incómodo moverse con el metro. La zona es muy tranquila y hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia cerca, además de un Don quijote. Todo estaba limpio.

• FUJIO (5/5): - コンビニ、飲食店が歩いて数分の所にあるので飲食には困らない。 駅も近いから移動も問題ない。 正月ということもあるがタオル類は6泊するのにもかかわらず4セットのみ。 テレビのリモコンも動作しないのがあった。 洗濯機は柔軟剤を入れる所は中で塊が出来ていて入れることは不可。 お風呂の中のデジタル表示が無いためお湯貯めの量やお湯の温度が分からない。 実際お湯張りをして確認する必要があった

• Kimberly (7/5): Property is good enough for sleeping only. - Host: 1. Replied promptly to my inquiry about the check-in procedure and instructions. Apartment Building: 1. Well kept. 2. Elevator was quick to go up and down. Apartment Unit: 1. Keys to the apartment unit were on the door, ease of access was perfect. It prevents us (and anyone that uses the apartment unit) from losing the keys. 2. Bedroom, bed and sheets were clean. 3. Washroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Neighbourhood: 1. Very clean neighbourhood. 2. Mostly quiet (until the cars race down the nearby highway at night). 3. Close to 7 eleven, Don Quijote, Lawson and many restaurants and small shops. 4. Close the Juso Station (10 mins walk). 1. The moment we opened the door to the apartment unit it smelt musty. 2. We opened the bedroom balcony door and kept it open for days to air out the apartment (it helped a little bit, but not much). 3. The toilet room had the fan running and smelled like cigarette smoke (as if someone just smoked in there and they turned the fan to hopefully remove the smoke smell). We bought an air freshener to keep that toilet room smelling fresh. 4. The pull out sofa bed smelled like cigarette smoke. 5. The bathroom tiles had ?mold everywhere but was otherwise clean. 6. The bathroom fan did not work so showering was done quickly so that we did not trigger the fire alarm. 7. The walls looked unclean, and had several spider webs.

• Tprem (1/5): illegal - I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. First, I couldn’t even get into the room because the access code provided was incorrect. It took a long time to resolve the issue, which was very frustrating. When I finally got in, the room was not clean at all. There were visible stains on the bed, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, this place did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or reliability. I would not recommend staying here.
• Yuxiang (9/5): Happy and good - Apartment is good, big enough, has nice bath and toilet separate, bed is very nice, quiet in night. WiFi is very fast. Many restaurants are near by. Juso station is only 5 minutes walk. Shin Osaka station taxi less than 10minutes, around 10-15$.

Not the fanciest apartment - Over all the accommodation was fine, there was a big bedroom and the location was perfect. 7 minutes walk from the closest train station and 3 there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was a bit old, no bided. And took us some time to find the bed sheets for the futon bad
