• Alessa (7/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Modern eingerichtet, originell Nur Frühstücksbox für im Zimmer. Für diesen Preis hätte ich ein ordentliches Frühstückbuffet wie in Hotels üblich erwartet. Habs leider in den Kommentaren nicht gelesen und auf der Booking Page steht „gutes Frühstück“ Personal nur beim Checkout gesehen, war aber freundlich
• Schwob Sennhauser (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ideal. - Die schlichte Ausstattung und die Aspekte, durch die man sieht, dass das Hotel ein gewisses Alter hat. Kostenfreie Parkplätze beim Haus. Freundliches Personal und herzlicher Empfang. Die Frühstücksbox ist zwar eine „süsse“ Idee, jedoch nicht wirklich ideal - Frühstück 1 Gipfeli, 1 Apfel, 1 Butter und Confi und zwei Nespresso Kapseln. Samstag und Sonntag gibt es Gutscheine - Wert 10.- CHF - einlösbar in einer Bäckerei.

• Beat (9/5): The fully digital interaction is great - The fully digital interaction was awesome. Amazing that I was able to unlock the doors with my phone in the middle of the night and share the key with a friend by link. I knew in advance that the breakfast on weekends is external, but couldn't be bothered to walk that far.

• Hohenwarter1 (9/5): Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, schon wegen der Freundlichkeit und guten Lage nahe der Altstadt! - Die Lage ist zentral und ausgezeichnet - es waren auch genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• André (8/5): Eine Übernachtung in Burgdorf. - Die Lage des Hotels zum Zentrum ist sehr gut. Übernachtung übers Wochenende, somit musste man 1.1 Km fahren zum Frühstück.

In settimana viene consegnata una box colazione mentre nel week-end bisogna andare in una panetteria a 1.3 km per avere un cornetto e una bibita calda cosa assai ridicola e che non abbiamo fatto. Prezzo troppo caro per quello che viene offerto.

• Monika (9/5): - Very smooth self-serviced check in and check out, still lovely and attentive staff available. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Overall clean, but the surfaces/ windowsills could use some wiping down. Note: no separate shower gel and shampoo, it's an all in one - bring your own if that's important to you.

• Egon (9/5): Saubere und bequeme Unterkunft für die Durchreise. - Sehr sauber, grosses Zimmer und sehr konfortables Badezimmer. Das unpersönliche Self-Check-in war für uns neu, hat aber tiptop funktioniert. Es fehlt so halt etwas der Charme.

• Stefan Herbert (9/5): Gut gegessen und geschlafen - Sauber gutes Restaurant sehr gutes Essen Frühstück beim Beck der Gutschein reichte nur für eine Scheibe Brot und ein Gipfeli, einen Kaffee nach Wahl und ein Glas Orangensaft sollte schon im Frühstückpreis inbegriffen sein.

• Chris (5/5): Could have been better, it was ok - Didn’t meet one member of staff for the 2 1/2 days I was there. Not very well signposted, as there are a few one way streets to navigate to the parking. My room was on the 3 floor, I couldn’t walk from the bed to the bathroom with my head up straight. The pitch of the roof and being 6ft tall not a good combination. The bed, because of the roof pitch didn’t have a headboard. So I kept waking up through the night, because the pillow kept moving off the bed. Shower was good, room was clean (one of the cleanest I’ve been in). No English channels on the TV, news could have been good. When I arrived a man from the restaurant showed me where to go. I found a letter with my name on it. I had to use Google translate, to fill in the form. I paid for breakfast, I had to go to work early the first morning. However I was there for the second day. The breakfast was a croissant, apple, butter, jam and a small bottle of juice. Not worth it, don’t pay for breakfast. Go to a bakery as there is a few around the hotel. I’m sure if I wasn’t in the roof space, I may feel a bit better about the stay. Would I stay here again? Yes, because the location is good for the town and the local area

• Peter (9/5): Nice place to stay if you plan to visit Burgdorf and the Emmental. - Really nice interior design, very spacious room. Checking was easy and we had a free parking for the car. The hotel is very centrally located only a few steps from the town center. i would have preferred a double bed instead of two single.
