• Mariana (10/5): Super simpáticos - O funcionário foi super atencioso e ajudou-nos em tudo. De todas as estadias em Milão, foi claramente o sítio onde melhor fomos atendidas e recebidas. Local super limpo. Tem os vidros no quarto que dão para a cozinha. Passa luminosidade. Se tiver o sono leve, poderá ser um problema.

• Mirko (6/5): - Il prezzo, la disponibilità dell'host e la posizione Temperatura della stanza molto più fredda dell'esterno. Pessimo isolamento dai rumori esterni, con finestra che dà su punto molto trafficato
• Oleksandra (6/5): Niestety pobyt w tym miejscu nie należał do najbardziej udanych. - Jedynym dużym plusem była lokalizacja - bardzo blisko dworca autobusowego i przystanku tramwajowego, co było dla nas dużym udogodnieniem. „Prywatna łazienka” okazała się prywatna tylko z nazwy - była to łazienka z kartką „Private bathroom of Room N.1. Please do not use” (czy coś w tym stylu), więc o prawdziwej prywatności trudno tu mówić. W apartamencie znajdowała się mała kuchnia z różnymi naczyniami, ale kuchenka w ogóle nie działała - gaz był całkowicie odłączony. Okna były nieszczelne, przez co w mieszkaniu było chłodno, mimo że w opisie obiektu widniała informacja o ogrzewaniu.

• antat (6/5): My stay at Milano letto suite - The accommodation was ok The host charge me 70 euro from Milano Centrale to premise that was too much .I took a taxi back it cost me 25 euro it's almost triple the price. The was not fair. When booking that place book your own taxi Ok.
• Oriol (8/5): - Estancia sencilla pero cumple con lo necesario. Lo mejor es la tranquilidad y la limpieza. Está un poco lejos del centro pero tienes el transporte público muy cerca. Calidad-precio está muy bien. Quizás las vistas o la zona/calle no sea la más bonita, pero es tranquila.

• Urru (4/5): - Si è fulminata la lampadina, era pieno di formiche, ovunque. Non troppo comodo il fatto che le prese fossero lontane dal letto e scomodo il fatto che il balcone sia unito all’altra stanza, ergo chiunque può venire a sbirciare nella stanza privata a qualunque ora.

Piacevole sorpresa la macchinetta espresso per iniziare la giornata nel modo giusto La presenza della linea del tram subito sotto casa può dare fastidio. Avrei gradito qualche asciugamano in più e il bagno in camera: anche se era ad uso esclusivo la serratura non funzionava.

• Helen (8/5): Convenient and good value for money - It was a good location for us to use the Rho Fiera train station and to visit the design show. It did not bother us that it took longer to get to Milan centre. The check in and check out was super easy. The bed and bathroom facilities were comfortable. We were not used to the noise from the trams late at night and early morning. Loved using the vintage line 1 tram though, from right outside the accommodation.

• Emanuelle (10/5): Very good place, incredible price for Milan - The property is extremely clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom were greatly prepared. The host was very kind and attentive and sent me all the instructions I needed before I got there. The building is located in a well connected area, with bus stops very near. The only problem is that you can hear a lot of the traffic of the street inside the room, the window is not such a good acoustics isolator, so it might take a while to fall asleep, but that can be solved with earplugs.

• Nuria (9/5): Definitelt recommend it, it’s a great place to stay in Milan - The area is very peaceful and calm, the room is big, clean and cozy, with a very comfy bed. The shower was great too, very modern. It has access to a balcony that, even if it doesn’t have the greatest view, it’s good for smoking or getting some fresh air The check-in times are too tight, keep that in mind unless they fit perfectly for your planes because the connection with Malpensa or the city centre isn’t ideal either (minimum 10 minute walk from either tram or train stations)

• Ádám (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind and helpful. It was easy to check in and out, they recommended us a breakfast place, public transportation tips. We had our own bathroom with towels, and a hair dryer and all was clean. Highly recommended!
• Shiva (1/5): Host is greedy sick guy - The room was average! "Unfortunately, our stay at this property was a nightmare. The host falsely accused us of stealing his umbrella without any proof and used this as a pretext to demand money from us. He was incredibly rude and harassed us with foul language, even going as far as telling us to go to the police, despite having no evidence. After all the drama, he eventually found his umbrella but offered no apology for the distress he caused. The location itself was also far from ideal, situated deep inside with ongoing public maintenance, making it difficult to access any public transport nearby. Overall, this was the worst experience we’ve had—avoid if possible!"

• Susanne (5/5): Ok, with caveats - Secure building, public transportation nearby, washing machine available. We were allowed some use of the kitchen. Communication with host was good. Parking was hard to find nearby during the day (easier in the evening). Check-in required through WhatsApp, somewhat complicated to enter the building with four different doors and three keys (explanatory videos provided). Two video cameras inside the apartment made us uncomfortable. Especially the one in the hallway by the private bathroom, which made it feel not private. Anyone renting room 2 also walks through that hallway. Light in room 1 can only be turned on and off with a switch outside the room. Anyone turning on the light in the entrance/kitchen area also lights up room 1, as there are glass bricks in the dividing wall. It's super noisy due to trams running right past all night, making sleeping difficult. There is not much room next to the bed, no nightstands.
• Sophie (2/5): Waste of money - It did the job in the end. Host was rude. Hung up the phone when we needed help with the oven. He told us we couldn't use the kitchen for cooking even though it was advertised and paid for to use facilities. We rang booking.com helpline as he was rude and hung up phone and then kicked off at us when they spoke to him. Realising it was his mistake and probably didn't want the aggregation off booking.com he then decided to let us use it as we originally chose this place as advertised certain amenities. BTW there's cameras all over the place which wasn't mentioned anywhere in description. It's all automatic "check-in" We were stood outside place for half an hour because of this in the sweltering heat. Air con is awful, if you try to use this and the oven the electric cuts out and you have to go all the way down the apartment block to fix it.. Also little bugs all over bathroom floor.. might want to get an exterminater. 🐛 🪲 🐞 Wouldn't bother going here again I tell you

• Inesse (8/5): We just stayed one night to rest and it served the purpose. We recommend. - The bed is really confortable. The shower is good as well with hot water. We did not appreciate the host attitude but he gave us all the instructions to enter the facility correctly. Its a little far from the center by walk (but we were aware of that).
