- Pascual (1/5): Avoid This Property at All Costs – Completely Uninhabitable & Misrepresented - N/A I wish I could give this place zero stars. This was, by far, the worst accommodation experience I have ever had, and I strongly urge future guests to stay far away.
Upon arrival, the apartment was nothing like the pictures. It was in horrible condition, with dirty bedsheets, stained furniture, and a foul smell of humidity and mold that made it nearly impossible to breathe comfortably. The bathroom was filthy, the silverware and glasses were unwashed, and there was visible mold and cracked walls, raising serious health and safety concerns.
We immediately contacted the host, expecting a solution, but instead of offering relocation or a refund, they only suggested additional cleaning—as if cleaning could fix structural damage, mold exposure, and an unlivable environment. The lack of accountability was shocking.
We then reached out to Booking.com, but their support was just as disappointing. Despite their 24-hour response policy, we received delayed, insufficient responses, and they refused to issue a full refund, forcing us to leave the property at 4 AM and find alternative accommodation at a much higher cost.
This property should not be listed on Booking.com, as it fails to meet even the most basic cleanliness and safety standards. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this place.
