Byron León (7/5): Ubicación envidiable, con oportunidades de mejora - La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo sobre la Plaza de la Villa de Sogamoso, que es su punto más céntrico. Hay restaurantes, supermercados, y tiendas de ropa ubicadas muy cerca. Buen desayuno, que ofrece lo justo y esencial, con ingredientes frescos, y de calidad. El personal es atento y cordial. Las camas ya necesitan cambiarse, así como los colchones. El colchón lo sentí un poco duro, y desgastado. También hacen falta enchufes: hay muy pocos disponibles, situación que se complica cuando al menos tres personas se hospedan en la misma habitación. También sugiero instalar persianas o cortinas tipo 'blackout' en las habitaciones.

El desayuno rico y las habitaciones cómodas Tienen parqueadero subterráneo lo cual es muy bueno pero no tienen ascensor desde el parqueadero al lobby por lo cual toca subir las maletas y todo el equipaje uno mismo hasta el primer piso, por otro lado la entrada al parqueadero no está clara ya que no es en el hotel sino como a 2 locales siguientes

Montaña Lopez (9/5): - Atención del personal del hotel, son super amables!! Las camas súper limpias, almohadas muy cómodas. Cerca queda una discoteca que pone música duro hasta la 1 am, los funcionarios del hotel han hablado con el dueño de la discoteca pero no ha habido acuerdo.

Montañes (6/5): Aceptable - Me gustó la ubicación y la limpieza. Buen servicio La iluminación del cuarto es muy deficiente. el chorro que sale de la ducha muy regular. No hay sino una sola de toma de luz en el cuarto, no se pueden conectar las lamparas y para conectar el cargador del celular y del computador, me tocó pedir una multitoma pero me quedaba muy lejos.

Mucho ruido en la madrugada, de otras habitaciones y de fuera,supongo que fue por ser época de fiestas.Me hubiera gustado que el desayuno fuera hasta las 10 am y las cobijas fueran menos pesadas,por lo demás todo estuvo bien.
