• Mariann (8/5): Remek helyen van és ha az apróbb hibák ki lennének javítva a szállás is remek értékelést kapna. - Nagyon jó helyen van, minden megközelíthető a közelben lévő villamosok és metro által. Tetszett, hogy nagy a szállás, volt elég helyünk. Volt Netflix, ez is jó volt. Volt pár kényelmetlen dolog is, amit azért nem értek, mert már több soron jelezték a vendégek előttem, de nem lett kijavítva, pedig kicsi ráfordítással egy sokkal jobb szállás lenne kialakítható. Mielőtt lefoglaltam a szállást elolvastam az előző vendégek hozzászólásait, leginkább negatív véleményeit, hogy tudjam mi az, ami mások által nem volt elfogadható. Sajnos a legtöbb probléma fennállt még mindig: - a szállásadó nem volt kommunikatív, bármit kérdeztem, nem érkezett érdembeli válasz. - a függönysín valóban elég instabil és a függöny (hőtaszító) olyan volt ahogy átsütött rajta a fény, mintha moly rágta lenne, apró lyukak voltak. - az egyik ágy nyikorog, ez elég zavaró volt alváskor - a másik szoba szőnyeggel borított, de nem keltett egyáltalán tiszta érzetet, mivel foltos volt. Biztosan átporszívózták, de akkor sem érezte tisztának az ember. - 15:00 volt megjelölve, hogy elfoglalható a szállás, mi 16:00-kor érkeztünk és még ott volt a takarító, várnunk kellett kicsit. Önmagában mindegyik apró dolog, de így együtt egy furcsa érzést adott nekünk. Kicsit olyan, mintha a szállásnak nem lenne gazdája.

• Alyson (10/5): Perfect - Nice spacious apartment in a Good location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Close to a lot of main attractions. Stephansplatz is around a 15 minute walk with stunning architecture and other attractions along the way. Very clean. We had a problem with the boiler one evening and someone was at the apartment to sort it out within about 35 minutes which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Nothing

• Sonya (7/5): Outdated and needs repairs - Spacious apartment, good location Our hot water/heating was unavailable at times during the stay which was inconvenient. The laundry/linen was left in the living room to dry which meant we couldn't use the drying racks and it took up a fair bit of space. Shower didn't drain and toilet seat was falling off and needs to be repaired. The spring bed in the room near the living room was super, super creaky!

Daireye çıktık ve çalışan temizliğe başladı, elektrik süpürgesi açtı, inanamadım, ilk defa böyle bir şeyle karşılaştım.. Daire pis, banyo küflü, halı leke içinde.. Biraz yenilenmesi lazım ve çalışanlar da kontrol edilmeli.. Aynı çalışan bir de ne dedi bize, çıkarken temizlik yapın öyle çıkın dedi, şaka gibi... Şu haliyle pek tavsiye edemem.. Yenilenip, temizlenirse harika bir daire olur..

Mieszkanie na 6p. Dla osób z ograniczoną mobilnością - nie polecam. Winda nie działa tu często. Czajnik wymaga wymiany, nie wyłącza się albo nie chce się włączyć, ekspresu do kawy brak.
• Andrew (7/5): - Excellent location. Good central kitchen. Compared to other Vienna apartments, good value for money. Some of the soft furnishings are a little on the “cheap” side and a bit uncomfortable. There wasn’t spare pillows or blankets and laundry was hanging up to dry in the apartment when we arrived.
• Tricia (9/5): A terrific place to stay in Vienna. - Very spacious, large living room and kitchen. Close to main area of Vienna. We walked everywhere. Soar supermarket only 200 m away- very convenient. Close to Rathaus and AmHof Christmas markets . Could easily jump on trams or trains to travel to Schönbrunn Palace or Belvedere. Would like mirrors in the bedrooms as only had the one in the bathroom.

Zudem war die Küchenausstattung nicht so gut,weil es wenig Besteck und Teller gab . Außerdem war die Qualität des Bestecks nicht so toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief Ansich ganz gut, aber wir haben die Hausnummer nicht direkt gefunden .

• Yoshihiro (9/5): 凄く綺麗なお部屋！ - IKEAで全て家具を揃えたらこんな部屋になるんだろうというお部屋です。凄く、おしゃれでモダンな感じがして綺麗です。設備もガス調理器があったり使いやすいですし、ベットも、たくさんあるので、大人数で泊まれます。 モダンすぎて街の雰囲気と少しあってない。あと、シャンプーやボディソープ、塩などの調味料は一切ないので、一泊でも買う、又は持ってくる必要があります。インフレでスーパーで一回のためだけに買うのには高すぎます。少しでいいから置いといてくれるとありがたかったです。

• Danijela (10/5): Close to center, very clean - The apartment is close to the center. You do not need public transportation, you can walk everywhere. Loved how clean the apartment was and how specious it was.
• Wellington (4/5): Good location, but need a big improvement inside the apartment to worth it. - Excellent location. Big apartment. Apartment was extremely dirty. It was cleaned only in visible areas. But we found soup from previous guests (more than one) at the toilet, extremely dirty behind washing machine and other areas like sofa. Curtains in decadent conditions. We had no privacy inside the apartment as curtains doesn’t close as they are almost falling apart in living room and rooms.
• Louise (8/5): Great location in Vienna City. - Great location. Close to transport links. Easy walk to lots of popular sights. Lots of space in the apartment. Lift access. Bathroom is dated, needs some maintenance, plughole was completely clogged and water took forever to drain away.
• Sabian (10/5): Great location, great quality for money, wonderful location - Location, space, cosy, the people handling it very kind and available. Quality for money excellent. People were very kind and allowed us to keep luggages there. The only thing but it is a question of preference, it is the model of austrian and german toilets, the shower is separated from wc which results in very small wc and without window which is not ideal for the smell if you are various people using it. In general wc and shower need a refurbishment but really it is a small detail. The rest of the appartment is totally fine and great and very comfortable.

• Mia (9/5): We enjoyed being with our family who live in Vienna - It was very difficult for me to shower…I am approaching 78 yrs of age. Wish I knew in advance that I would have to climb into a tub. Free standing showers are better You need. To have a Nespresso machine…no way to make coffee

• Marcela (7/5): Good - The apartment is well located, close to all attractions and the building is in good condition. Picking up the keys from a close by restaurant is easy. For the price I was expecting better amenities. I understand that it was a busy weekend and prices were doubled for the occasion, but price did not match for the condition of the apartment, for example bathrooms are very simple and hot water wan't working. Also there was laundry drying in the livingroom.
• Aneliya (4/5): Disappointing - Location - the apartment has great location The bed in one of the bedrooms creaks so terribly that was not possible to sleep. The second night we use the sofa in the leaving room. Leaving room and one bedroom faces Maria Theresia Strase - so you can hear terrible noise - the sirens of ambulances and police cars. The second bedroom faces internal yard, so it was quite. The parquet floor creaked also. The hot water jug was so old - that is not usable. There was even no one herbal tee, hand soap or douse gel. There was no air condition - if it's 30 degree outside - the apartment is quite hot.
• Mark (6/5): Spacious but facilities poor - Good location Spacious Had to keep fiddling with the dodgy boiler to get any hot water & then it only lasted few mins, not great with 4 people & very hot weather. Only a couple of knives & forks in an apt for 6! Lack of a few basic touches eg no mirrors or bins in bedrooms, no hooks on bathroom door, only one tiny pillow each. A bit cold looking, lots of bare white walls. We were not allowed to store our luggage for a couple of hours on the last day which is unusual & disappointing.

• Hernan (9/5): Awesome location, great and helpful host, good value for money - The hosts were very helpful, and they own an Italian Cafe that has awesome food. Location is great, walking distance to all touristic places. The space is very big and rooms are also very spacious. The property is at the edge of a renovation. They keep it as clean as possible but carpets do not help on high traffic spaces. Besides that everything is great.

• Gerard (8/5): Overall a good place to stay, very close to the inner city - Rooms where all a good size, 2 bedrooms and lounge/dining area. Decent sized kitchen. The apartment is on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator. Beds not bad. Information within the apartment about the apartment would have been helpful. TV just Austrian channels. Close to transport hub, and a number of supermarkets close by. Very close to the inner city, a 10 minute walk to Stephen's cathedral. On entering the apartment, bedding and towels from previous occupants where drying on the airer, not too welcoming. The apartment would get a 5 star review if it had a few extras, eg washing powder for the machine, net curtains, etc. There was a funny pully system to close the curtains.
