• Oleksii (10/5): Неплохое жилье. Но требуется ремонт - Размещение просто отлично. Что называется в 5 минутах ходьбы. Абсолютно все. Автостанция, рестораны, океан, сиампарк и т.д Требуется ремонт. Ванная комната, замена розеток. Из практически нет. Освещение. Нет кондиционера

• Markus (9/5): Super Lage und Blick, schönes Appartement, zentraler Zugang zu Stand und Bus. - Sehr schönes sehr gut ausgestattet Appartement in sehr guter Lage. Großzügiger Küchen/Aufenthaltsbereich mit sehr schönem Balkon. Meerblick, sehr guter Zugang zur Busstation Costa Adeje. Umgebung zweitweise sehr aktiv, insgesamt aber nicht störend.

• Tetyana (2/5): Intalaciones muy antiguas y descuidadas - La ubicación No me gusto nada, todo muy antiguo, descuidado, no parecia un apartamento/ hotel como dicen. Parecia una casa antigua en la que vive alguien, en el baño estaban las cremas desodorantes pasta de dientes de la persona que vive ahi, que obviamente no ibamos a usar porque vaya asco. Muchos detalles asquerosos, la esponja de limpiar los platos parece que la llevaban usando todo el verano. No cuesta nada poner una nueva que vale centimos, vaya asco. El ascensor rotisimo con pegamento cinta y rayado. En general muy mal, lo umico bueno es la ubicación. La tele es super antigua y encima hay que meter monedas para ver la tele. Muy cutre.

• Alina Nicoleta (8/5): - La posizione era top. Vicino alla spiaggia, attaccato proprio all'autostrada. Vista sul mare pazzesca. L'appartamento grande ma servirebbe rinnovarlo. La piscina non c'era perché stavano lavorando (c'era un'altra ma niente di che). L'appartamento non era pronto neache per le 15.30 cosa che non ci ha fatto molto piacere. Le pulizie non sono il massimo. Ma la vista sul mare ripaga tutto. Si vedono certi tramonti 😍. Tutto sommato qualità prezzo per me ci sta. C'è il parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni Orario di check-in non rispettato. Le pulizie magari più accurate.

• Anna (10/5): - Чудовий апартамент за невисоку ціну на півдні острова з вигідним розташуванням. В ньому було все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше (приправи на кухні, косметика у ванній кімнаті, хімічні засоби для ванни і кухні, пляжна парасоля, сейф з ключем). Гаряча і холодна вода була постійно. Два ліфта в будинку, які працювали постійно. Місця для паркування авто на території. Ремонтні роботи на вулиці не заважали відпочинку. Ну і звичайно шикарний вид з балкону. Рекомендую апартамент, якість відповідає ціні.

• YERYH (1/5): PREFIERO DORMIR EN EL COCHE - NADA NEFASTO NO NOS QUEDAMOS NI UNA SOLA NOCHE NOS TUVIMOS QUE IR A OTRO ALOJAMIENTO, De primeras el personal que nos recogió los datos nos trató como perros. Estaba todo sucio, el edificio lleno de menas a parte que estaba roto sobretodo el ascensor, llegamos al apartamento y nada más entrar vimos una fregona en medio del pasillo a parte que nos dimos cuenta que la cerradura ESTABA ROTA Y HABÍA QUE CERRAR CON FECHILLO cuando el alojamiento no transmitía ninguna seguridad. El baño apestaba también la alfombra llena de mugre, nos dieron toallas DE MANOS para BAÑARNOS, las puertas deterioradas, la cocina sucia igual que los cubiertos, sillón lleno de roña y polvo (que mi pareja es alérgica al ácaro), la despensa ASQUEROSA tenía un bol de azúcar y comida caducada. Muy desagradable y NO OS FIEIS mucho de los comentarios buenos, yo lo hice y acabé ahí por eso mismo. Pondría más fotos pero solo puedo 4!

• Noeleen (10/5): Lovely stay in this apartment - We had a lovely holiday here, the apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. Washing machine, television hairdryer and iron all provided. The pool was nice and quiet. Bus station across the road, number 40 bus takes you to Tenerife South airport. It's a short walk out the carpark gate to Adege or down the hill to Las Americas. Would definitely return here. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Thank you Patrick
• Lydia (8/5): Ideal spot, good facilities, everything you could need for a short trip away! - Great location, super close to Siam Park and a stroll away from the beach! Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation itself is simple but with everything you could need, a gorgeous view from the balcony too!

• Dmitrii (10/5): Beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea. - We love this corner of Tenerife and have been staying here for years. Near bus station, beach, Mercadona, vegetable shop, Siammall walking 10 minutes. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the sea. Owner Patrick is friendly and always ready to help.
• Rebecca (8/5): Very handy location. Lovely views. Nice apartment. - I liked the location. The view was amazing! The host was lovely. He arrived on the second day with a bag full of goodies to use that previous holidaymakers had left like shampoo, sun screen etc. We really appreciated that. The lifts didn't always work which was not the fault of anyone but stairs to the 7th floor were a mission sometimes after coming back from the beach! There was also a lot of building work going on within the hotel and also the hotel behind which wasn't exactly relaxing! Very noisy but again not the fault of the lovely host.

EVER. - My elderly father and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here...just a block from the main bus station, comfy twin beds, a short stroll to the lovely promenade with all its services and, last but not least, THE VIEW. We've had many balconies throughout the years in South Tenerife but we both agreed that this was the Best. View. EVER. The parasol on the balcony really helped with the afternoon/evening sun as the curtains are a bit light and don't block out that wonderful blasting sunshine (but that means you're treated to a spectacular sunset at day's end). Upon arrival the friendly receptionist made a photocopy of my passport, handed over the keys & we were on our way arriba, ARRIBA! The host was in contact...even when he was at work...and must be commended for his prompt replies and potential solutions when the WIFI was acting up a bit (it seems to disconnect on its own on occasion but you just have to reboot it). We would return in a heartbeat; in fact, we're already signed up for Easter! Well, obviously we would prefer a walk-in shower since my father is 85, of course, instead of a bathtub. I didn't realize there were 2 twin beds and had asked to use the sofa bed but after one night my (old) back wasn't happy so please be aware that the sofa bed might not be comfortable for everybody. The elevators weren't always in working order but I only had to use the stairs once (going down, thankfully!) so that was lucky. Yeah, it's an old building but for us good enough, especially for the very reasonable price charged...can't really complain. And did I mention THE VIEW?!
• Micaela (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment near to Fanabe beach: Always Is well taken. Really Great the balcony from which It Is possible to see a wonderful sunset every evening. It Is closed to a lot of markets, pubs and restaurants. The wi_fi connection Is free of change. Nothing to note
