• Nathalie (8/5): - Gut ausgestattete Küche, man hat immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und die Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, sodass man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt war :) Antonio ist sehr nett und hat uns unser Gepäck sogar vor der check in Zeit bereits in der Unterkunft abstellen lassen!

• James (9/5): Big and clean modern apartment, recommended! - Antonio provides a clean, comfortable, and generous-sized apartment, and overall I really enjoyed my stay! This is a full apartment, and aside from a small kitchen, the apartment is gnerally spacious and light. The building, distance from the centre, and the surrounding area my not be desirable for some solo travellers or families, but Antonio has provided an exceptionally nice apartment nonetheless. Very reaonably priced and recommended 👍. For some travellers the surrounding area and distance from the centre may be seen as an issue.

• Leonard (10/5): - The flat was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Near to cafes and bars too. Easy to find a parking spot. Communication was excellent. Very happy. All good.

Поруч зупинка транспорту, супермаркети. Було дуже приємно, що господар сустрічав особисто, все пояснив та надав необхїдну інформацію. Загальне враження від перебування в помешканні лишилось дуже приємне. Едине - трохи замало посуду, але не критично.

Antonio ci ha fornito dei consigli preziosi, ad. es anche da quale parrucchiera andare per taglio di capelli e colore: Color's Factory mi sono trovata benissimo..Ana ela sya colega fantastiche....quando la professiionalita non ha confinii. Alle spalle del contesto condominiale c è una pisya per andare a correre. Dista circa mezz'ora a piedi dal centro di Malaga. Si trova dietro lo stadio. E" preferibile avere l auto. Il contesto condominiale è popolare.

• Jorg (8/5): Malaga Dream - The apartment was very nice and clean and everything was working well. The manager "Antonio" was very helpful and friendly. Nothing to say here.
• Munir (10/5): Una visita esperada a Málaga para ver el equipo de la ciudad y visitar la Rosaleda. - Nos encantó el alojamiento por las comodidades y lo que nos ofrecía la estancia, por otro lado tuvimos un recibimiento muy bueno por parte del dueño que no le faltó detalle para que estuviésemos a gusto, volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo tanto por la ubicación como por la comodidad.
• Sonia Maria (10/5): - El piso es impecable: a nuestra llegada estaba absolutamente impoluto, con muy buen olor y una limpieza excelente. La cama es comodísima; dormimos de maravilla y las almohadas son de gran calidad. La ducha tiene muy buena presión, perfecta para disfrutar de una ducha realmente relajante. La cocina está totalmente equipada y no nos faltó absolutamente nada. Además, hay un Mercadona muy cerca para hacer la compra y la parada de autobús está justo al lado del piso. Con un solo autobús se llega al centro histórico de Málaga, por lo que la ubicación está muy bien comunicada. Sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia fue el trato de Antonio. Fue excepcional desde el primer momento: nos ayudó con las maletas tanto a la llegada como a la salida, y además nos acercó al centro y a la estación de tren. No tenemos palabras para agradecer su amabilidad y atención. Ha sido una estancia estupenda, realmente inmejorable. Súper recomendable.

• Tapioca Atins (10/5): Melhor opção em Malaga - O apartamento é espetacular. O proprietário, extremamente participativo e responde com precisão e eficiência às demandas. Lembre que Málaga possui restrições à circulação de veículos, então é melhor se hospedar neste apartamento, que tem estacionamento gratuito, e seguir para o centro histórico de ônibus. O ponto do ônibus linha 2, se localiza praticamente na porta. Existem supermercados e restaurantes nas imediações. Nos sentimos em casa e com toda a estrutura de uma residência bem montada e decorada. Cama extremamente confortável, sala de jantar, sala de estar, cozinha equipada e máquina de lavar roupas, banheiro com produtos de banho, completam o ambiente. Antonio foi um excelente host, um dos melhores apartamentos de aluguel que já me hospedei nos últimos anos. Tudo perfeito.

• Viktorija (7/5): Overall, it’s a well-equipped apartment with a very attentive host, but a few maintenance and comfort issues need improv - The apartment has many thoughtful touches — the laundry drying room, ironing board, and washing machine were especially convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and having a TV in the bedroom was a nice bonus. The host was very kind and caring, and we appreciated the Netflix account for relaxing in the evenings. The closed courtyard is great — there’s always a spot for the car. The location also offers good connection to the city center. The pipes in the bathroom smelled bad, which spread through the apartment. The reed diffusers didn’t help — the mix of scents made it worse, and overall not every person likes reed diffusers. The area felt a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was too small for cooking properly, with little counter space, the teapot was rusty. Even with windows and blinds closed, street noise still came through.
• andreia (10/5): 🌸 A perfect stay, every detail was thought of 🌸 - My stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and you can tell every little detail was taken care of to make you feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept so well. Having Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV was great for relaxing in the evenings. The host was wonderful — super kind, attentive and always willing to help. The area is peaceful, well connected and parking was really easy, which made everything even more convenient. I felt so comfortable from the very first moment. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga. 💖✨

• Ajla (7/5): - Antonio was perfect host, he was friendly and he gave us an opportunity to enter the apartment much earlier. The best thing was super comfortable bed and enough space for everything. Cleanliness was not perfect. Very strong smells of scent sticks were covering bad smells. General hygiene was good but some details were not, for exemple dirty sofa, mirrors, smell of fridge. Another things like bed and floors were clean.

• Alessandra (8/5): great mini vacation with family - Nice apartment just outside the city center, parking in front of the building but you need to arrive early. There’s a bus station near so if you use a public transportation it’s ok and the bus goes to city center. If you have a rental car be aware that you need to have a low emission car for entry in the center of Malaga because there are lots of cameras and you’ll get the ticket and it probably not cheap. At the end of March already a lot of tourists and the weather perfect more than 20 degrees.

The neighbourhood, the house and the entrance are such that you want to run away. The windows are not windows, they are just a name. The flat is right next to a noisy road and all the noise on the street is in the flat. It is impossible to sleep at all.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared on the photos and was sparking clean. It had a laundry machine and a fully equipped kitchen so we were fully equipped for a long stay. The host was very pleasant and helpful. This is a fantastic value apartment and one of the best apartment rentals in all of Spain. The property is not in the old town but it’s still very convenient. You can get to the center by riding the bus for about 15 mins.
