• Ann (8/5): September 2025 - Great location could get buses very easily to the marina approx 10 mins on the bus, lovely communal pool. Facilities in the villa very good, lovely outside area and the grounds were immaculate. The taxi driver dropped us off at a different address which is not the address of the villa so if anybody is going to this villa please be aware of this as you have to walk up a hill to actually get to the urbanisation. When you get to the urbanisation there is a key code to get into the grounds we did not have the number but fortunately somebody was coming out so we got in. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom but actually only 2 bedrooms with another room off a bedroom with a bed sette in it the laundry room is off this room and there are only 2 full bathrooms, shower in one and bath in the other there is also a toilet with a washbasin but it's not a full bathroom so should say 2.5 bathroom we booked this villa because we thought it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as we are all single friends one of which happens to be a male so we thought it would be ideal for us. You have to dispose of your own rubbish so the bins are at the bottom of the hill that you walk up to get to the villa . Also be careful when booking that you are not charged twice my agreement was that Booking.com would take the payment which they did. The Monko group also took a payment which was higher than original quote when they should have got the payment from Booking.com. It has taken a month to get my money back Booking.com were not very helpful i e-mailed the Monko group twice and got no reply which i thought was really bad. It was very stressful i did advise Booking.com that if I did not get my money back I would be getting in touch with my solicitor it worked a treat.

• Patricio (8/5): Very good. We really enjoyed our stay, and the service provided by the company was excellent. - We really liked the location and the privacy of the property. Access to pool and communal areas was really good. The property had some minor damages, nothing serious, but the door from balcony was broken and it was not possible to lock it when we were gone. The response from the host was poor, and slightly confrontational. We had to bring all our garbage with us and deposit in the public containers in streets, as there are no facilities in the complex. Luckily we had a car, otherwise it would have been a nightmare to deal with that. Also, we had to pay a considerable amount for deposit, which was refunded, but was not properly informed at the time of booking.

• Keith (3/5): Very disappointed with the stay. I think the pictures were taken a while ago and don’t represent the property. The admin - Lounge area. Main terrace. Barbecue. Quiet, friendly, well maintained complex. Swimming pool was OK. Roof terrace had no loungers, despite a photo showing them. I spoke to the agents about this and nothing happened. Bedrooms were poor. Old poor quality bedding(and towels). Bedrooms smelt musty. Kitchen was quite well equipped but very tired. We encountered a couple of cockroaches.
• Michael (8/5): Villa was lovely, a little too far from the marina. Pool was nice apart from sun beds and grass. - The property was really nice, with a lovely balcony and a sea view. Arrived late as pre-booked taxi was late. Charged €20 even though we paid a couple of grand for the villa. No toaster or hairdryer. Called Veronica and she delivered new ones promptly. Even though the swimming pool was a good size there was only about ten sun-beds. There was a few days were we didn’t get one as they were taken. Plus the surface around the pool was grass so it was always in the swimming pool.
