• Fazlina (10/5): - Rumah bersih dan besar sangat sesuai tuk family yg ramai..saya akan repeat tuk stay sini dan sngt2 recommended 👍👍👍 pd sesiapa yg cari homestay tuk family yg ramai..walaupun bilik no 1 aircond dia kurang sejuk..tapi owner sngat bagus sediakan kipas berdiri ada 2 kat ruang tamu..cuma lif dan parking dia agak confius Smpai sesat kejap..tapi ok la Alhamdulillah semuanya ok family saya pun happy dan selesa tidur homestay NIE..family saya siap req tuk stay sini lagi...☺️

• Noraidah (4/5): Frustrating Stay With Many Inconveniences - The view My first day, I was given a studio unit in Block A as requested. However, the room did not have a dining table or desk even though I specifically asked for one. The front air-cond wasn’t working, the TV couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, and the bathroom drain was clogged. I informed the staff and was asked to move to another unit in Block C. This was very inconvenient as I had to pack and unpack again and return from the place I was working just to relocate. Reaching the new unit was also confusing. From Level 3 (mailbox area), I had to take a lift to Level 6, walk through the condominium park, and then take another lift to Level 12. Due to the unclear instructions, I mistakenly took the Bomba lift, which was inconvenient, and I noticed many new guests were just as confused. To make matters worse, the lift later broke down. The design of the grilled door was also poor—I struggled to lock it from the inside and ended up sleeping without locking it. The bathroom layout was uncomfortable as well. It felt like you needed to step out toward the balcony to access it, and the shower area required stepping down into a “mini pool,” which was slippery and unsafe. The new unit did have a desk/table for me to work, and the internet was good. Other than that, everything was just fair. I don’t think I will return in the future.

WAN JURIA EMEIH (4/5): Horrifying - Mall Dear Booking.com Support / Ubays House Management, I recently stayed at Ubays House and would like to report several issues affecting safety and privacy: 1. Security & Access: The apartment is easily accessible to outsiders, posing a significant safety risk. 2. Privacy: The toilet is transparent, and kitchen curtains do not provide adequate coverage. 3. Maintenance: The washing machine is broken, and the kitchen curtains do not close properly. 4. Potential Danger: The current conditions allow outsiders to observe inside the unit, which is unsafe. These issues severely affected my stay. I kindly request urgent action to address these concerns and ensure the safety and privacy of future guests.
• Chan Wai (7/5): It will be an excellent place if management can solve the noisy exhaust fan issue. Will definitely come back if it is re - Good location. Extra beds. The extra exhaust fan installed to ventilate the Aircon compressor hot air is too noisy. The single bed mattress is quite hard. Should install privacy film on the toilet door. Too revealing and not suitable for family use.

• Ena (10/5): Exceptional - I like the environment and the facilities.The house is huge and big and my family comfortable to stay.And each rooms provide double bed and so comfy i like it 👍 Setapak Central Mall is just above and you can just search food stall just around the corner at this property or you can just buy in the Setapak Central Mall because there are so many food you can choose.and also you can watch late night cinema in the Setapak Central Mall.overall i am satisfied with this house.next time i will repeat again sure 👍
