• Severine (8/5): Agréable pied à terre pour visiter Valence - L'appartement est propre et agréable, bien situé, petite superette et boulangerie dans la rue. Proche station de métro et bus nombreux. Les lits sont confortables et les volets + rideaux occultants dans les chambres permettent une parfaite obscurité. Le bruit de la ventilation était un peu fort dans la chambre parentale. Il n'y a ni rideaux ni volets dans la cuisine qui donne sur la cour (mitoyenne des cours voisines).

• Nadia (7/5): Good - It’s a perfect one bed apartment, great location. . The windows have shutters so it’s very dark. It’s not easy to open them either. The drain in the shower doesn’t drain properly even after maintenance tried to fix it twice so water keeps overrunning. Also I wonder why it doesn’t have simple things like salt and pepper as I am sure every guest leaves them behind (I do all the time)

• Margaret_sh (9/5): Отличное жилье - Идеальное местораположение, идеальная чистота, все было очень удобно и продуманно. Идеальные ролеты, которые закрывали яркий свет с улицы Во время принятия душа вода текла на пол за плинтус и там не было слива. Приходилось черпать ее обратно. Одеяло было односпальным. Были предоставлены средство для мытья посуды и мусорные пакеты, но не было соли, перца, стирального порошка и таблеток для посудомойки. Когда снимаешь на не длительный срок, хотелось бы иметь эти мелочи.

• Maria Teresa (9/5): Apartamiento muy bonito - El apartamento esta muy bien y la terraza es un plus. Está bien ubicada para el centro de Valencia y la decoración es muy bonita. Pocos cubiertos y vajilla para 6 personas. El precio me parecio muy alto
• Tatsiana (7/5): - Good location, close to the metro. There is no dishwasher, the apartment is on the 1st floor and you can hear the noise of the street and the neighbors from above too. It was not very clean (glass under the dresser, dirty edges of the bathroom sink, dust under the sofa).
• Francisco Antonio (7/5): Experencia normal sin más, lo esperado. - Al llegar faltaba un mando y a otro le faltaban pilas, pero el anfitrión lo solucionó la misma tarde. Solicité entrar a las 13:00 con antelación, pero aun así, el código de la puerta se activó a las 15.00h. Las tablas de la cama de matrimonio estaban desencajadas algunas. Eché en falta servilletas en la cocina.

• Sophie (8/5): - Appartement placé dans un quartier vivant et agréable. Décoration et mobilier pratiques et de bon goût. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus que l'appartement se situait en rez de chaussée. Cela n'a pas été un problème au final.

• Gabriele (7/5): - Die Aufteilung, die Lage und die Ausstattung. Der Abfluss im Innenhof wsr verstopft, so dasss bei starkem Regenfall beinahe Wasser ins Appartment geflossrn ist. Wir mussten einige Stunden Wasser schippen. Es gab keine Beschreibumg für die Waschmaschine und den Fernseher ! Mab kann keinen Parkplatz buchen. Es wäre schln, wenn es eine solche Option gäbe.

• Maria Dorina (9/5): Fantástico - El apartamento es bastante grande ,es la planta baja,entrada directo de la calle y muy importante: tiene una terraza grande interior, de todo necesario la cocina para preparar comida como en casa,limpio,cama muy comoda y cerca de parada de autobús o metro para ir a toda parte.,una panadería enfrente y una tienda ,a final de la calle otra abierta 24 de 24 h,bares si restaurantes alrededor.Seguro que repetía otra vez si llegamos a Valencia. , Para mi la almohada está muy inflada porque no me gusta muy alto,pero para resto de la fam.y estaba bien y único que podía decir es que se oía dentro de la calle, como pasaban hablando..
• Brigitte en Luc (9/5): Mooi appartement! . - Mooi ruim appartement schoon met goed terras. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Lekkere bakker dichtbij supermarkt aan de overkant en grotere ook vlakbij. Metro ook in de buurt. Behulpzaam personeel. Lekkere douche. Zitcomfort op het terras was iets minder...ook de bank binnen zat niet helemaal optimaal...sommigen hadden wat problemen met de bedden, het gevoel dat ze iets in een kuil lagen.

• Johannes Petrus Maria (9/5): Mooi appartement! - Heerlijk appartement, mooi en modern ingericht met 2 badkamers. Metro dichtbij. Locatie wel wat verder van het centrum vandaan maar met de metro of op de fiets (via de Turia) prima te doen.

• Najm Ul (6/5): - Apartment location fantastic. Also very clean apartment. No lock in any bedroom or wash room. Also staff very uncooperative. I reached a bit early but stayed there till mentioned time. Also, alot of conditions which I came to know after booking and payment and first time I faced such conditions and agreement sort of things and almost everything there is penalty mentioned. We stayed there very very carefully which first time I faced. Honestly, I feel all these should have been mentioned before payment and not after so can choose property accordingly. Though location is good but not recommend for family stay.

• Mohan (9/5): Comfortable two bed apartment with attached baths. Very close to the metro. - The apartment has a spacious outdoor seating area to relax. Excellent location, very close to the metro station. There is a small bakery across the street. Easy access to Turia park and very near to the Valencia Museum of History. The street cleanliness could be better, but I guess that is on the city.
• Andrzej (8/5): - Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko komunikacji miejskiej (metro oraz autobusy). Do plaży niestety dojazd 40/50 minutowy, natomiast do centrum jak najbardziej korzystnie. Apartamenty nowocześnie umeblowane, w fajnym stylu. Kontakt z gospodarzami na najwyższym poziomie. Przy zatrzaśnięciu kluczy udzielili nam pomocy po godzinie 22, co należy pochwalić. Wifi działa bez zarzutu, wiele udogodnień w tym pralka, suszarka, żelazko i inne sprzęty. Mimo paru minusów, jak najbardziej polecam pobyt w apartamencie, w szczególności jeżeli podróżuje się większymi grupami. Jak to w Hiszpanii, natknęliśmy się na karaluchy w obrębie łazienki, aczkolwiek ciężko ich uniknąć nawet na ulicach. Największy minus - sąsiedzi. Bardzo upierdliwi. Do najcichszych nie należą, głośne rozmowy przez telefon, oglądanie telewizji w środku nocy etc. A składali skargi na hałas nawet w dni, które byliśmy poza apartamentem na wycieczkach.

• Ioannis (8/5): Cozy, clean and convenient - Nice apartment with all the needed amenities, at a very nice and peaceful location, next to the park and to a metro station. Low water pressure at the showers and maybe the "yard" could be a bit more taken care of.

The neighborhood was friendly & quiet with easy access. The apartment was new & quite big (2 separate bathrooms for 2 bedrooms)

• Spas (10/5): Good location, easy check-in and out, nice and clean flat, would recommend for family stay - Easy access to the flat, the instruction were provided in advance on email and all was absolutely clear. On arrival had few questions, which were answered quickly on the phone and everything was fine. The flat is newly refurbished, everything is brand new, nice, clean and working properly. The flat has two bathrooms, which for a family of 4 is perfect, one for each bedroom. The water heater is kind of small for 4 people, slightly bigger one will be better. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all that you need. The only recommendation about the kitchen is a BI Oven to be fitted, maybe is planed for future as the place for it below the hob stays empty right now, it's not a big miss, but it will be good to have it. The location is good, very close to public transport, shops and places to eat. Overall, I would recommend the apartment and would come back if I stay again in Valencia with my family. All was good, can't really complain about anything.
