- Kim Gladman (8/5): Cozy - Very clean. Should be advertised that it is a shared property with the owner. Owner was lovely & very accommodating but was surprised that owner is upstairs & rental downstairs.
- Julie (1/5): Good location, clean but no privacy. - Location only The host lives upstairs and the only access for her to leave the house is via the rented room downstairs. We didn’t even unpack the car, we left. The host appeared in our room unannounced accusing us of having a dog. I think she saw the magpie on cameras landing on the balcony and thought it was a dog. The host was friendly, but a lack of privacy made it impossible to feel comfortable. I never leave poor reviews, and did ask for a refund but the host refused. I use reviews to make my decisions and think if you’re ok with someone walking in and out of your room, then you might like this one.

- Robert (10/5): A brilliant retreat. - Everything was perfect. Arrival was welcoming, the host introduced us to the facilities, then left us to it. The bed was comfortable, the views were brilliant and the birds were gorgeous. We'll be happy to stay again if we are down that way again. Nothing.

- Deborah (10/5): A perfect spot from which to explore the Bellarine, walk along the foreshore or soak up tranquility - Norma's Bluff House, nestled among the treetops, with glimpses of Port Philip Bay is a perfect spot to relax, use the provided binoculars to watch birds in the trees or the ships travelling up and down the bay. The continental breakfast was very generous including not only cereal, fresh and preserved fruit, yoghurt, bread and baked beans, but snack items like chips and muesli bars. Norma was a very friendly welcoming and informative host, ready for a chat, but also happy to leave us to our privacy as appropriate.
