• Florian (10/5): - Flat with cool temperature and shutters that block light in the morning, host very welcoming and thoughtful, spotless in terms of cleanliness (everything, even mattress and pillows), all amenities were provided, location is quiet and next to the lake and restaurants/areas of interest We personally didn't enjoy the combination of hard mattress and soft pillows
• Kerri-Ann Upham (10/5): Perfect preparation for XTERRA Greece Triathlon - We stayed at the apartment for the XTERRA Greece triathlon and it was the perfect place to prepare for the race. Clean, quiet and a great location. Our host was fantastic, friendly, helpful and ensured we always had everything we needed. I would also like to note that the apartment was very well equipped with cleaning items, first aid and even snacks - these little touches make a big difference! It was perfect!
• Paul (10/5): Perfect - The location is excellent for a stay in Vouliagmeni, a short distance from the beach, lake, places to eat. As well as being convenient for Athens. The host couldnt do enough for you, going out of her way to assist us and the residence itself is ideal. I woul highly recommend.
• Michal (10/5): Great place, if I ever decide to visit Athens again, I'll pick it too. - Nice apartment, great location, the place was clean and well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher), the host was very kind and helpful - overall, a great place to visit. We weren't very lucky with the weather and we had trouble getting our clothes, shoes dry (and towels, as the humidity was generally quite high), since there's no proper radiator in the apartment - just the AC. I'd imagine this is not a problem at all for 95% of the year in Greece, but it was a bit of a pain for us.

• Julie (10/5): Great property in the Riviera region with easy walking access to the beach and restaurants. - Location! The cafes and restaurants were very close to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed. The owner had left wine and drinks in the fridge at no charge, along with plenty of coffee, tea, biscuits, snacks and even a complimentary liquor. Her attention to detail was superb. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and plenty of supermarkets are close by. There is also a thermal lake only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely recommend this property. N/A

• Jamie (10/5): Sweet homely stay - Solo traveler here. The location of Emerald Lake Residence was great and felt super private. Easy access to the surrounding beaches, restaurants and the local lake. The accommodation was very clean with everything required to make it feel like home. Amazing communication from the host. Would easily recommend 10/10
• Colin (9/5): Super Option für kurze und längere Aufenthalte - Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. 10/10 Ausstattung und Super Lage. Modernes Bad mit geräumiger Dusche. Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist, das die Schlafbereiche alle offen miteinander verbunden sind, sodass man potenziell die „Schlafgeräusche“ der anderen mitbekommt. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört.

U can find everything u need for daily routine inside (like cookware, cutlery, beach accessories, mosquito nets, curtains, etc... etc...). Location is convenient as u can reach beach, shop, pharmacy, rests by walking. Owner is very friendly and carefull. She ensures your stay goes in best way. Very good appartment and amazing host. -

• Kalid (10/5): Stop! Book this apartment now!! - Where do I start…. Chrysoula has been the most thoughtful and pleasant host that I’ve come across in a while. The apartment was great! All modern, clean and was greatly sized. The fridge was stocked with all kinds of drink (free of charge!). There was even a beach bag made ready for you to use at the gorgeous beach nearby (short 5 min walk). Look no further & book this apartment! You cant go wrong. 12/10 rating :) Absolutely nothing
