- MARIA BELEN (10/5): Maravillosa!

- WAGNER (10/5): Muito bom e acolhedor - Muito bonita e moderna. Limpa e aconchegante. Restaurante muito bom. A piscina estava fria. Acho que deveria ser mais aquecida.
- Laurie (4/5): Extreme lack of any hospitality by the manager! - We mistakenly double booked. Very early on (many many days before the booking) we asked for management to reconsider their “no free cancellation policy” in light of my error. We wanted to only cancel 4 of the 5 nights we had booked.
Nope, no consideration!
Upon arrival we saw a man hosing down his car on the property. Also noted many super clean other vehicles. As our rental car was dirty, rather than simply using the hose we asked the bald headed manager if we could very briefly use the hose.
Nope, no consideration!
We asked to have our room on the third floor to be changed to a ground floor as no elevator and we had heavy luggage for our 2 month driving holiday and hubby has a hernia that is aggravated by heavy lifting.
Nope, no can do said the manager!
No assistance with luggage.
No TV in room (we realise it is remote but a subscription to at least one streaming provider would have been good.
No table or chairs, very ordinary furnishings, a long partially broken wooden walkway that smelled of rabbit pee was our path to
the stairs to our room.
Staff other than the manager were all lovely! Particularly the barman who happily shared his recipe and method for making Pisco Sours. Good in the restaurant good also.
Very disappointing stay, particularly since the holiday is celebrating our 30 years together and the place was aware.

- Cristina (8/5): Questionei a relação custo/ benefício.
- Mark (8/5): Good hotel in great location. - The location and the range of facilities.
- Marianne (9/5): -
- Paulina (10/5): Un gran sueño! - Amplios espacios y excelente atención del personal
- Daniel (6/5): Bom quarto, instalações ruins e café da manhã péssimo - Do quarto Das áreas comuns e, principalmente, do café da manhã
- Heather (10/5): - Amazing
- Karen (9/5): Overall, wonderful. - The location, the design, the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff. We had very noisy neighbors (2 teenage boys on their own), and the sound came through the walls very easily. We thought it a bit odd that they were not in a room next to their parents that were also staying.
- Simon (5/5): Nice views but needs to improve the basics - The staff overall were v friendly and helpful especially in the spa. The views over the mountains were stunning. The rustic and quirky Patagonian deco was interesting. Fresh bread at breakfast was nice. The rain shower was nice. The spa was picturesque. We had a nice massage (extra cost) from Cindy. For $400 per night this hotel was disappointingly lacking in many of the basics. No air con in the rooms, it was difficult to sleep. There was poor WiFi in the hotel that didn’t really reach our room. No TV, fridge or coffee facilities in the room. The taxis/UBER didn’t like picking us up as the road to the hotel was so poorly maintained. The curtains in the room didn’t close well leaving us with less privacy. It’s difficult to justify the price. The price was extortionate for such a lack and of basic services - it should have been about $80-100 at most.

- Jeremy Benjamin (9/5): - Beautiful hotel and gorgeous view, very friendly staff and great food. Our flight was delayed and the staff contacted us by WhatsApp to let us know they were aware of the delay and would be at the airport to pick us up and checked us in by WhatsApp to save time.

- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Glenn (9/5): Beautiful views in Architectural Buildings - Unusual and beautiful architectural building complex. Great views of Lake. Comfortable beds. WiFi terrible in room. Only able to use WiFi in common areas which had comfortable seating. Needs covered access to swimming pool given the weather conditions being cold and windy most of the time. Virtually no one dared venture outside to use the building with the pool. Quite a pity. We paid half board and were delighted with the 3 course dining options available every night which included a glass of wine. Would have been nice to have a small fridge and tea/coffee making in room. Lighting in bathroom very poor. A bit of a walk into town. We paid extra for packed lunches for one of our tours. Not bad.
- Narendra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maureen (10/5): Perfect place to wrap up vacation - This lodge is beautiful! The architecture is stunning, as are the decorating choices. Really enjoyed the spa and sauna area, as well as dinner and breakfast. After a week of hiking, the comfortable bed, awesome shower and delicious food was a welcome way to end our vacation. The staff was kind and welcoming. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff was cleaning floors and common areas regularly so the entire space was shiny and clean. I would absorbed stay here again and recommend it to anyone. I have no negatives about this hotel.
- Sarah (8/5): Beautiful views and decor, larger rooms, also had delicious grilled salmon in the restaurant, the spa was disappointing. - Beautiful rooms and communal areas with gorgeous views over the water and mountains beyond. Enjoyed watching the light change over the water. Don’t come here for the spa, although it looks lovely it isn’t well run. The indoor pool is pleasant but the outdoor jacuzzi wasn’t hot so we couldn’t use it and no explanation of when it would be hot. The sauna was good and hot (mixed sauna in the men’s changing area, the women only sauna in the women’s changing area wasn’t as hot but that might suit some people). Unfortunately the next morning the women’s sauna was hardly warm and the mixed sauna wasn’t on, I had to ask them to turn it on. We only had an hour before needing to go and checkout so it didn’t get up to temperature in that time. Both days the showers in the men and women’s bathrooms didn’t have hot water.
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Susanna (7/5): Nice hotel to disconnect but spa facilities and services need improvement - The lodge is very pretty. The decoration is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the views are amazing from both the facilities and the room. The staff at the restaurant were very nice. The dinner buffet was very good, nice selection of Chilean wines. • Their policy is not to have wifi in the rooms. We were okay with that, a little detox can be nice. However, wifi signal was quite poor in the common areas.
• The staff at the reception was not particularly hospitable or warm. They were helpful though.
• FYI - Laundry service was quite expensive (almost 3,000 pesos for a piece of underwear)
We were also not happy with the spa facilities and services. There were small details that did not allow us to fully relax:
• You have to walk outside for a minute from the hotel to the spa which was not very nice as it was raining and very windy. They could offer an umbrella to walk outside for example.
• It was quite cold inside the spa facilities. Some people (including us) had to ask for an additional towel to get covered from the cold but after a couple of people asked they mentioned out of the blue the policy was to give 1 towel per person.
• There was no hot water in the showers of the spa during our stay - even after complaining about it. The staff pretended that it did work.
• The unisex sauna was turned off so it took a while to get warm.
• The bowl and spoon to pour water on the coals in the sauna were broken.
• We got two massages of 50 min. After the massage therapists were 10 min late, we both got our massage.
• My partner’s therapist got confused and stopped the massage after 30 min and left the room. My partner told her that the massage was 50 min so she continued but did not follow the massage style my partner requested.
• We also had some difficulties in booking a massage even if we asked it in advance via Booking.
All in all, the hotel is nice but needs some improvements in the spa area.
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Creager (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Ricardo (9/5): very good - no wifi in the room and in common places not so good
- Chris (10/5): Excellent place to stay and recharge or relax - We came to Remota to relax after running all over the country, to include Patagonia. We loved that it was in walking distance to the town, had a spa, where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, and had incredible views! Food was excellent, too! There are many places in the lobby ( check out the second floor, too) to read and relax. We had a slight issue with something not working and the manager, Carmen, went above and beyond to solve the issue and compensate us for it. We recommend staying here.
- Daniel (2/5): Waste of money — DON’T COME HERE - Rooms and breakfast were great Unfortunately, the service in the hotel was very poor:
- I contacted the hotel ahead of the stay to reserve a table for dinner, book spa services and inquire about the laundry turnaround time. All of these were declined by the hotel saying I should ask during checkin. Consequently, we had to look in town for dinner, spa and laundry, which made the whole stay at this expensive hotel pointless.
- There was NO WIFI IN THE ROOM
- In the spa, I was not allowed to use the jacuzzi as it is required to pre-book it. However, the jacuzzis were empty at that time and no one told us about this stupid requirement before. Also they refused giving me a second towel, which is ridiculous for a spa with a sauna, where people naturally need two towels. Finally, the sauna was in very poor condition and had no sound isolation, so I was able to hear the conversation among the staff loud and clear.
Overall, I can only say: DONT STAY HERE
- Kulkarni (6/5): Pleasant - Rustic alpine lodge appearance. Large rooms. Close to airport and city center No elevators. Stone floor corridors sloping. No marking on edges where floor dropped off. A tourist almost fell. Lighting in the room was poor.
- Maggie (10/5): Beautiful location in nature with attentive staff! - Beautiful property great views excellent location in nature.. facilities were perfect Loved everything
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- H. (5/5): Interesting in a way but didn't worth the money - Beatiful views, large bedroom and very good breakfast No wi fi in your room, dinner is really bad, soups were so salty, you cannot even eat them. Overall it was interesting experience but didn't worth the money
- Meridy (9/5): Superb -
- Erin (8/5): Very good - The unique location The WiFi only worked in common areas like lobby. Also property grounds were not safe is someone had mobility issues. No elevator, no guests rails on ramps. Floor was very slippery
Not ADA at all.
- Kerry (8/5): Great place to jump off into the rest of Patagonia - design and Batman Shower had no wand and pool could have been a bit better filtered
- Kerry (8/5): Very good -
- Elena (10/5): Relaxing. - It is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and the food is good The hotel is a mile and a half from town which is just far enough that going to get dinner without a car is a little hard. The walk takes you up their narrow, windy driveway and cars go very fast past you with low visibility. The hotel restaurant is often full with large tour groups so options are limited.
- Wo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sleepy (6/5): Hit or miss service at otherwise simple nice hotel. - Beautiful view; buildings well designed to blend in with the landscape. Garden with lots of rabbits! Beautiful pool. Great massage services - I tried Francisca and Cyndee and both very strong touch. Poor room service. I stayed a total of 6 nights. They forgot to clean my room twice. When they did clean, the bathroom was never cleaned properly. Bath tub was dirty. Always forgot to replace the towels. My friend checked in and found her sheets were dirty. F&B: a la carte food was pretty good. Buffet very lacking. Breakfast had no variety. I was lucky and stayed in a renovated room but even then some of the wooden beams were broken already. My friends stayed in an older room and felt it was run down.
- Francis (9/5): No Wi-Fi in most rooms, but lovely - Decor and views are amazing. Wi-Fi is only available in the common areas, and the pool doesn't have Wi-Fi either.
- Ella (3/5): Bad - View and rooms are nice The communication was really bad.
I booked an extra bed for my son and an airportshuffle beforehand and i needed to wire all the money upfront.
I wired the money but forgot to notice the bank that the hotel wanted us to take the wiretransfer to be 100% for us. So the were 10 dollars short and asked to wire again. I said that was to riduculus and that we could pay the 10 dollars at the lobby.
We arrived with a boat company but due to storm we lost a day of our 2 day stay.
This was 4 day’s before we had our stay there, i called the lobby they said i had to contact them via booking so i did and never got a response.
The day we left we had our prepaid taxi that they told me was coming at 7h.
7h30 no taxi in sight, we went back inside the said plainly the taxi was coming at 8 ( our boarding was at 8:30)
Then with not to much enthousiasme the 3th person behind the lobby drove us.
The transfer cost us 60 $ it was a 10 min ride to the airport.
The fact that we had to wire the money cost us 20$
Instead of just charging our visa with the check out!
The night we lost because of the boat and we tried to ask to reopen that night for maybe an other booking cost us 250$. We booked without refund so that is on us but they did not even tried or responded to our call or messages via booking
- Anne (7/5): Good -
- Stravels (2/5): Disappointing - Bar staff were so nice! Spa was really nice, I had a good massage. Great views from the lounge areas. I was disappointed after really looking forward to staying here. The customer service from front desk staff was awful - not what you'd expect for a pricey "4 star" hotel. After emailing ahead of our trip to ask about needing to make reservations for the restaurant for dinner and being told no, and being told at checking that dinner starts at 7pm - we were turned away at 7pm from the restaurant as they had a ‘big group’ so dinner was only available this night for the all-inclusive guests - us and multiple other guests who arrived at 7pm were told about this for the first time. No apologies for the disconnect and not letting guests know. The town is about a 10 min drive away to find other restaurants (highly recommend Pizzeria del monte). While at dinner, I remembered reading about a packed lunch option the hotel does for those going hiking all day, which we were doing the next day - when we got back, I asked the front desk and they said we had to book it in advance and the cutoff is at 8pm (it was now 9pm), when I asked her why we weren’t told about that at check-in, she asked why I didn’t ask... Fair enough, but for a 4 star hotel, I would expect the front desk staff at check-in to give us info overload, i.e. ask what our plans are, ask if we need help booking excursions, give recommendations, etc. - which didn't happen. The rooms were large and nice, but no AC or fan, windows don’t have screens to keep bugs out, any of these would have been nice as the room is hot. If you’re a light-sleeper, or value sleep, I’d pick another hotel - the hotel is all wood so you can hear a lot - every night we could hear the people above us walking around, people talking in hallways, doors slamming, and the cellphone in the room next door vibrating. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the next night and it was delightfully average, the cocktails were very good though. Wifi only works in the common areas.
- Ash (7/5): Good -
- Pablo (10/5): Great hotel - Amazing property. It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions. A bit pricey and no internet in rooms. I understand the philosophy of disconnect, but still a bit of a hassle.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (9/5): Great eclectic hotel with big, clean rooms. Great staff. - Very eclectic decor. Staff were excellent. Room was a good size Was a little bit of a hike to town which limited eating options. WiFi only available in lobby area
- Phil (9/5): Excellent - Excellent
- Álvaro (9/5): Superb -
- Álvaro (9/5): Superb -
- Vanessa (8/5): Comfortable stay at an interesting property with good views - Comfortable, big rooms, great outlooks, lots of spaces for reading or a drink. Bar and restaurant staff were wonderful, restaurant was good. Spa are was great. Staff were not helpful with excursions. Despite the pre-arrival messaging of organised excursions (even though we hadn’t booked the all-inclusive package we were happy to pay for additional activities), we couldn’t get any traction with the staff on availability and in fact any options at all. May have been that we weren’t asking the right questions or using the right phrasing, however was disappointed by this.
- Elaine (8/5): Relaxing stay at unique property. - Unique setting, big room, views of water and mountains. Room Key holder. Walk to town is kind of far if weather is disagreeable.
- Gülbahar (3/5): I won't go again - The architecture and spaciousness of the hotel is beautiful 1. First of all, no one helps with the luggage..
2. There is no internet in the rooms
3 There is no coffee machine or water heater in the rooms
4. There is a cleaning problem in the rooms. Since the towel was dirty, they hung the towel I threw on the floor instead of coming and changing it
5 In general, the staff does not find a solution
6 The breakfast is the same every day
7 The lighting in the wardrobe is insufficient
- Antonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Scienic stay - Stunning property and view. We were only here for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Restaurant was lovely, great dining experience.
- Marcela (9/5): Superb - Great pool and massage , friendly staff
- Dominik (10/5): Exceptional - Nice hotel with a great architecture. Personal and food (breakfast, dinner) is very good too! Wifi doesn’t not work in the whole hotel.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (5/5): Passable -
- M (10/5): Exceptional - They were so kind to us.
I made a request that they could not achieve, so they made us a very nice surprise and gift.
Amazing place and staff
- Sebastian (10/5): Elegant hotel by the fjord - Everyone was super friendly especially Pedro the bartender.
The restaurant was exceptional definitely more than what i was expecting Hot tubs outside weren't working
Tv in the room could be nice
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Karla (10/5): Exceptional - The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.
- Katherine (8/5): Great stay! - Everything was super clean, great breakfast. Comfy bed, good size room, good shower pressure You have to walk outside the property to get to the indoor pool.
It was really warm in the lobby.
Wifi not working in the room.
- Rachael (6/5): Nice rooms, it was okay. - The restaurant staff and the rooms are big, with great views, a very nice bathtub.
- Tamar (7/5): Not worth the high price! - The room was comfortable and the pool was nice. Dante in reception is incredible and very helpful! Breakfast was minimal, no orange juice. I ordered a steak for lunch that was not eatable. I told the waitress but she still charged me for the whole meal and didn’t offer any compensation. It looks like your staff is very money focused.
The jacuzzi was out of order.
- Cynthia (10/5): We were very pleased with the rooms, the view and especially the restaurant. - The restaurant was excellent! The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or the spa, but they looked amazing. The architecture was very interesting - we loved all the raw edge wood and the shelves around the whole room. Very little needed improvement, although the inset rocks in the concrete in the entrance, while interesting and attractive, are an accident waiting to happen and made rolling the bags into the hotel a challenge.
- Td (7/5): Good - Design of Hotel, facilities it had Little tired in places, staff communication below par
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristobal (9/5): Superb -
- Andrei (9/5): Superb - Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took the time to help us even when they didn't have to. The food was good, the room was big and clean and had a great view.
- Brett (9/5): Superb - Wonderful friendly staff and picturesque location. Modern design and facilities. Parking availability. Chill environment.
- Jaromir (9/5): Superb - Very silent place, very good for rest😴
- Amber (7/5): Good - The breakfast was great! A buffet with a large selection of hot, cold, fresh and sweets. We also paid to have dinner in the restaurant. The food and service was very good. Bathtub to soak post long hikes. Comfortable bed and pillows. Little box of macrons at evening turndown were a nice touch. The hotel seemed empty - we didn’t see many people at all… Until a family arrived quite late (around 11pm) the room next to us. They were so incredibly loud and disruptive - the noise travelled through the walls like paper and through the heating unit. Once the noise settled 2 hours later, we had a nice sleep. Beds and room was very comfortable and calm.
- Francisco (8/5): Very good - Very good location/view and good design of facility
Rooms very spacious and big windows Waiters need proper training because is unacceptable the bottle of wine requested arrives at the middle of main course and not properly placing the cutlery on the table — very disappointed for the expected services at this level of hotel
Bath room at room#2 too dark and none full body mirror
Breakfast very poor and simple for the level of hotel
- Patricia (10/5): We loved staying here & would definitely stay there again. - Very unique design, modern, clean, great location.
- Rob (9/5): A luxurious couple of days with the family at Christmas - very attractive interior design. Perhaps a little over-priced - Beautiful building internally, large stylish rooms, attractive pool Slightly over-priced - both rooms and drinks/ food
- Villegas (6/5): The place and the architecture is great, the staff not very accommodating though. -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Ramona (8/5): Nice stay, but not worth the money - The location is breathtaking, very nice architecture as well and team was super helpful - we could store our luggage there for a few days! Vegetarian food was super nice (meat not so good), breakfast buffet as well. Book a hot stone massage - it’s life changing! The value for money wasn’t that well (excluding the hot stone massage, which was life changing) especially because of the rooms. The view was great but the bathroom was awful - no light at the mirror, WiFi did only work a few meters around the reception. Wellness is nice but we couldn’t use the whirlpools. Also, the pool area was a bit cold (no heating on I guess?).
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nathália (8/5): Very good -
- Raphael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adnan (10/5): Exceptional - In my reservation, I had booked 2 rooms for 5 people but they gave me beds for 4. When I asked them for a bed for my child, they charged me $90 for the bed. That was not appropriate
- Jonas (10/5): Exceptional -
