• Bloch (9/5): Appartement en duplex calme et très bien placé pour séjour à Séville - Emplacement parfait, au calme mais à proximité du centre. Appartement très bien équipé. La communication est fluide avec les propriétaires, mais de toute façon tout est automatisé (accueil, pass électronique, départ) Il faut faire un dépôt de garantie supplémentaire. Ce n’est pas un problème en soi, mais c’est un peu surprenant (toujours peur des arnaques en ligne). Mais là aucun souci, c’était bien expliqué dans le contrat et sur booking 👌 Un rideau supplémentaire plus sombre serait idéal dans la chambre.

• Stéphanie (7/5): Bonne expérience - Appartement propre, sécurisé, chambre agréable avec lit confortable, salle de bains fonctionnelle et grande Emplacement bien mais j'aurais préféré être plus près du centre, frigo qui ne fait pas de froid et qui ne sent pas très bon, manque d'éclairage dans l'escalier et appartement sombre. Les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien mais nous avons été réveillé chaque matin par le marteau piqueur de l'appartement du dessus, pas très agréable en vacances
• Ranska (10/5): - Розташування - шикарне, супер центр, знайшли поруч магазин, чисто - якщо в приміщенні прохолодо то достатньо ковдр щоб вкритися Жодного разу не скористувалися транспортом, хоча обійшли все місто - що на Samana Santa було прекрасно Дуже поганий вайфай - писали в підтримку, сказали що ніхто не жалівся То було критично бо двері відкривалися через додаток - то кожен раз під дверима молилися щоб роумінг з інтернетом працював, хоча зручніше було б просто скористуватися вайфаєм Все інше супер

Obligaciones no mencionadas al contratar en Booking que van contra las leyes de protección de datos y son muy cuestionables. Tuvimos que comprar de todo porque no hay de nada. ni champú, ni unas cápsulas para la cafetera ni nada de nada. Hasta nos quedamos sin papel higiénico. mucho que criticar.,....No me gusta que haya cámaras por todas partes.

• luca (5/5): Nulla di che ! - I cuscini del letto erano comodi. La struttura non è male, non lontano dal centro in una zona lontana dai rumori. L'aria condizionata mal funzionante al piano superiore, di dubbia pulizia le lenzuola con peli ovunque , il 3° letto non era pronto. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua come benvenuto , ne tanto meno una macchina da caffè con delle cialde di cortesia

• Federico Leonardo (9/5): Muy buena - Amplia, muy cómoda. Instalaciones en buen estado. No tiene horno ni muy equipada la cocina. Los aires acondicionados son difíciles de manejar con un solo control remoto

• Ekaterina (6/5): Donny go there when it’s too hot, the AC is not working - The location was great. Very close to the city center and restaurants There were 2 air conditioners, but none of them was working (and it was very hot outside even at night). So we had to open the window in bedroom and couldn’t sleep as we heard all people passing by all night long. When I contacted the agency that is taking care of this apartment (smart rent), they were just telling me to switch off and on all the electricity. After I did it and it didn’t help, they kept on telling me to switch batteries in the AC remote with tv remote so that it starts working. I couldn’t do it (couldn’t take out the pills from tv remote) and asked them to give us another apartment. They agreed but another apartment was 30-40 minutes walk from city center so we said no. I asked them to either send someone to fix the AC or at least to bring us a fan. They agreed to bring the fan but…they didn’t do it. Thankfully we stayed for 3 nights only, so we didn’t suffer too much from this situation. But all in all, total incompetence of this agency
