• Brassard (2/5): - Surprise a notre arrivée, l'établissement ne représentait pas la qualité des photos vue, chambres poussiéreuse, vaisselle mal nettoyer, terrasse super petite. Les murs blanc tout grafigner et salle Fait une demande pour plus de 2 rouleaux de papier toilette, ils ne sont jamais venu. Jai essayer de contacter les responsables pour que je puisse annulé en payant les frais sans problème et aucune reponse de retour. Vraiment déçu. Le lit etais confortable au moin mais ces tout.

Plenty of Nescafe sachets provided Room wasn't ready on arrival, but lady arrived quickly and soon had it cleaned. Very noisy location. Lounge room wouldn't heat because of the high ceiling so we weren't warm. This apartment was advertised with a microwave which is why we chose, but there is no microwave! Only one fork and one knife. More cutlery for next guests would be helpful

• Elisa (7/5): Great value for money - The staff was very friendly and replied very quickly when we had questions/issues.They also gave us very nice recommendations. Also, it wasn't far from the centre and we walked everywhere from there. The bed was comfortable. Great value for money The place wasn't the cleanest (it was still ok though). It wasn't made for cooking as the cooker was very small and quite old, but there was a fridge, which was useful. The bathroom was quite minimal and not very comfortable.

• Denzel Jamal Jagwe (8/5): Great solo experience with wide space and private enclosure. - I enjoyed everything. I couldn’t complain on much but the architecture and rooms were great. Great space for solo traveller. The doors within the main living room, have a gap large enough for insects that crept in which I had to handle. They also create drafts & sometimes the residents/civilians outside the property sit on the steps literally to talk/eat & you hear everything. Final issue is that internet coverage was poor in master bedroom and around the property. Selectively worked during my 6 day stay and became in issue when I needed to converse it to owners.
• Sînziana (4/5): I would not recommend it - The check in was simple, the location ok Not a 4-star accommodation under any circumstances. At best, 2 stars. The cleaning was superficial, done only on the surface. The trash left by previous guests hadn’t been taken out. The room amenities listed a TV, but in reality there was none. The cooktop provided was dangerous, missing a leg and unstable. The doors wouldn’t stay closed unless we locked them with a key. I informed the manager from the first day that there was no TV. He assured us it would be resolved, but it never was. On the day of departure, he asked us to leave a 10/10 review. Maybe once they improve the quality of their services…

• Alex (8/5): Was lovely property and good location for just outside the city but would be even better if there was not as much noise - The bed was very comfortable and facilities were good. Just a short walk to the station if wanting to go into the city. The road was extremely busy and loud at night due to the bins being taken at 5:30am and the busy nightlife of Athens.

• Daniela (4/5): - Σχετικα καλη περιοχη και ησυχη θα ελεγα Κατω τογ μετριου το λιγοτερο, στις φωτογραφιες δειχνει 2 διαφορετικα διμαερισματα και ειναι τζακποτ ποιο θα σου τυχει. Καθοληυ ηχομονωση ο διπλα εβηχε και τον ακουγαμε. Το σαλονι καταθλιπτικο με μια πορτα με τζαμαρια που οποιος περνουσε μας εβλεπε φατσα καρτα και δεν ειχε καν τηλεοραση. Πολυ κριμα

• Θεανώ (2/5): Το σεντόνι έτσι όπως μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο !!! - Το μόνο που άξιζε για εμάς ήταν το στρώμα το οποίο ήταν πολύ άνετο ! Η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά σε στάση για να πας στο κέντρο ! Ηταν αρκετά βρώμικο το πάτωμα είχε λεκέδες μάλλον από καφέ οι τοίχοι ήταν λερωμένοι το μπάνιο είχε σκουριά και άλατα η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε και το χειρότερο είχαμε λερωμένα σεντόνια !!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ κρύο το δωμάτιο για να ζεσταθεί ο χώρος άργησε πάρα πολύ είχε δύο μικρά κλιματιστικά και πορολα αυτά είχε κρύο ! Δυστυχώς ήταν μια αποτυχημένη επιλογή και δεν ήταν έτσι μόνο το δικό μας δωμάτιο έμειναν και κάποιοι γνωστοί μας και μας είπαν τα ιδια ! Δεν έχω κάνει ποτέ άσχημη κριτική κάπου πάντα ψάχνω τα θετικά αλλά εδώ δυστυχώς το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν το στρώμα και αυτό να δεν δανειζόμασταν σεντόνια και κουβέρτες από γνωστούς μας δεν θα το διαπιστώναμε !!!!

• Tsaktrikala (5/5): - Έφθασα στο κατάλυμα απόγευμα, είχα ενημερώσει για την ώρα, μπηκα στο κατάλυμα κ ήταν ακαθαριστο απο τους προηγούμενους. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με τους διαχειριστές, κατι που δεν κατέστη δυνατό..Τελικά επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου μετα απο 1 ώρα.Μου εξήγησε οτι έγινε λάθος με τη καθαρίστρια, κ μου βρήκαν άλλο δωμάτιο, στον επάνω όροφο. Τακτοππιηθηκα περίπου 2 ώρες αφου είχα φτάσει στο δωμάτιο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ικανοποιητικό, άνετο,ειναι μερικώς ανακαινισμενο αλλά είχε ατέλειες. Π.χ δεν λειτουργούσε η καφετιέρα ,τα κουφώματα πολύ παλιά με αποτέλεσμα πολύ φασαρία

Apartamentul este realizat astfel încât se pot întâmpla accidente domestice din cele mai grave. Ușile și geamurile sunt din secolul trecut, izolare fonica inexistentă.

• Sofi (10/5): - Доброжелательность хозяина, его готовность помочь. Местоположение апартаментов очень удобное, в комфортном районе. Рядом большой супермаркет, чуть дальше изумительный ресторанчик. Апартаменты находятся в пешей доступности от исторического центра.
• Leszek (8/5): Przytulne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, zarządzający szybko odpisywał na pytania. - Lokalizacja blisko do Akropolu, a jeśli trzeba wyruszyć gdzieś dalej to niedaleko jest stacja metra. Duży balkon ze stolikiem. Spokojna okolica. Hałas dochodzący z ulicy, przez pojedyncze szyby i nieszczelne okna. Motorowery oraz poranne dźwięki śmieciarki są bardzo donośne. Brak mikrofalówki to nie jest wielki problem, ale jeśli była w opisie to powinna być.

• Enza (7/5): - L'appartamento era delizioso, era un tipica casa greca ristrutturata in chiave moderna con 2 belle camere da letto. Si dovrebbe prestare più attenzione alle pulizie, ho notato polvere sui quadri e soprammobili e il bordo della doccia annerito dall' umidità. Inoltre mancava il phon.
• SYLVIE (7/5): Bien pour court séjour en mode nuit - Ce logement est très bien situé dans Athènes. La literie est bonne Les informations reçues avant le séjour sont très précises et envoyées avec convivialité. La procédure de check in autonome est efficace. Pour un séjour de 2 nuits (comme nous l'avons fait), en n'utilisant le logement que pour dormir et prendre des douches, c'est très bien. Mais impossible de mettre 10 ! Parce que : - Bien que l'appartement soit spacieux, remis récemment à neuf, comportant deux chambres, son équipement est plus que limité. Pas une chaise ! Les chambres ne disposent que d'un lit, et dans une seule une petite étagère avec mini penderie (à 2, on a pu poser sur le lit de la 2ème chambre mais imaginons 2 couples, voire 3 ?). La salle de bain ne dispose d'aucune étagère, on met tout par terre, peu d'accroches pour les serviettes... La cuisine n'est quasiment pas équipée : même pas 4 verres pareils, il n'y a rien ou presque qui permette un repas. D'ailleurs pour manger, soit c'est sur la table basse, soit sur le mini balcon avec ses 2 chaises pliantes et sa mini table basse. - Dommage aussi que l'entretien soit négligé (car a priori travaux récents de rénovation) : la douche présente des amas de moisissures sur les joints et aux jonctions des parois et portes vitrées ; la bonde doit être encrassée : l'eau ne s'écoule que lentement et le risque de débordement est vite atteint si la douche est un peu plus longue. Il n'y a pas d'aération, ça sent donc l'humidité dans tout l'appartement. (A noter aussi qu'à la suite des fortes pluies, notre pallier a été inondé (1 cm d'eau) du fait d'écoulement venant de la terrasse). La treille de séparation des balcons "ne tient plus debout". - Les fenêtres sont d'époque, la rue étant passante, c'est extrêmement bruyant. - Enfin, bien qu'anecdotique, à notre arrivée nous constatons qu'il n'y a pas de papier toilette. Nous le signalons par message. ... 'suite du commentaire" ... Nous n'avons donc été livré que presque 24h après notre arrivée. C'est malheureusement limite en réactivité, même si évidemment un oubli est évidemment excusable. - La wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout, nous sommes repassés en 5G CONCLUSION : dans son état actuel, cela reste un bon logement pour court séjour de 2 personnes en mode "nuits". Il nous a convenu mais il nous a semblé important de rédiger ce long commentaire pour éviter des déconvenues à d'autres configurations... et peut-être pour inciter les propriétaires à réagir et à apporter des correctifs (nous avons constaté que d'autres ont fait les mêmes remarques). Nous sommes certains que les propriétaires seront sensibles à ces marges de progrès... Il suffira de peu pour obtenir la note de 10 qu'ils demandent... car il y a un gros potentiel à utiliser !

• Kollár (9/5): Felszerelt apartman! - Metróval nagyon könnyen es praktikusan lehet utazni, hiszen közel van az állomás! Jó környéken helyezkedik el, a bolt pár száz méterre található. Minden szobában légkondi van. Volt pléd is, vékonyabb takaró is. A konyha is felszerelt volt! Sok törölközőt kaptunk:) Volt kikészítve tusfürdő is. Wifi nem a legjobb így mobilnetet ajánlott használni.;)

• Valentina (6/5): - La casa nuova e spaziosa in un quartiere non troppo lontano dal centro. Mancavano alcuni aspetti per rendere la casa comoda come: armadietti per il bagno, dei ripiani per posare le cose, ganci per i vestiti. La cosa che non ci è piaciuta però è stato il fatto che la descrizione menziona un Wifi che in realtà non esiste, di cui non c'era la password e che non funzionava quindi abbiamo trovato poco corretto indicare un servizio non esistente. Il voto lo diamo alla casa che non era male, ma servirebbe maggiore chiarezza sui servizi indicati. Quando abbiamo chiesto ai padroni di risolvere il problema hanno fatto finta di nulla e facendo capire che non era risolvibile la questione perché appunto la connessione era inesistente.

• Sophie (7/5): Very good value for money and great location in Athens. - We stayed in Apartment 3 - The property had a lot of space, 2 rooms with double beds as well as a sofa bed. The rooms were styled nice. We had a balcony and access to a terrace. We felt safe with the locking system. If we needed anything the host was very accommodating. A lot of outside noise came through, the bin men come frequently and this was very loud at 4:30am. Wardrobe space was needed in one of the bedrooms, there was nowhere to put my clothes. The shower drain needs unblocking, the shower drained very slow and unfortunately flooded the bathroom.
• SOFIA BOFFARDI (1/5): - Viene venduta come casa con Wi-Fi, ma il Wi-Fi non funziona e, più che una casa, la definirei un punto d’appoggio. Appena uno chiude dietro di sé la porta di casa, nota subito l’assenza di tende su porta e finestra d’entrata; ciò disturba la privacy, ma soprattutto la sicurezza, poiché gli estranei possono spiarci. Sul soffitto dell’ingresso sono presenti visibili macchie di umidità, forse dovute a una perdita. La cucina è insufficiente: a disposizione vi è solo una padella per la pasta, ma in casa non c’è lo scolapasta; come piano cottura viene offerto un vecchio fornellino da campeggio; i piatti e bicchieri, al mio arrivo, erano sporchi e inutilizzabili. In casa non sono presenti tazze da caffè, cucchiai, tovaglie, cestini per i rifiuti, strofinacci. Innanzitutto, per quanto riguarda il bagno, ci tengo a scrivere che, dopo una giornata in giro per Atene, non mi è stato permesso farmi uno shampoo perché, anche dopo aver sollecitato il proprietario, non mi è stato portato l’asciugacapelli. Inoltre, le condizioni del bagno non sono ottimali: la maniglia interna della porta non è ben salda e, perciò, quando uno apre la porta da dentro, gli rimane la maniglia in mano. Il porta-rotoli non è ben fissato al muro e, subito dopo il primo utilizzo, anch’esso è caduto a terra. Il bagno, come da foto, è cieco e purtroppo non ha un aeratore. Il box doccia non è nelle migliori condizioni: alla base presenta molte incrostazioni, lo scarico è molto lento, forse perché in parte otturato, e ciò porta l’acqua a uscire e allagare il bagno. La porta della seconda camera padronale non è possibile chiuderla perché all’interno della camera non è presente la maniglia; le assi sotto al letto sono tutte disordinate tra loro.
• Gipsi (4/5): Finto servizio - La posizione era buona Offrono un servizio inesistente. Fanno finta di assistere rispondendo e mostrandosi gentili ma non risolvono assolutamente nulla. Appena si apre l'appartamento ti arriva puzza di naftalina, le finestre sono così sottili da sentire tutti i rumori sterni, le porte hanno le maniglie rotte, la doccia sporchissima e si allaga ed eravamo in 3 persone e ci hanno messo solo 2 asciugamani. Inoltre il secchio per la spazzatura è minuscolo e la connessione internet proprio non c'è.
• Ioanna (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Athens for a work trip — it was perfect! Bright, clean, and comfortably furnished, with everything I needed. The location was super convenient, close to cafes and public transport. Would definitely stay again!
• Stylianos (9/5): Superb - The Apartment was very clean, in a great location, and offered a great price. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and internet didn’t work at all during my stay. I was told it would be fixed, but that never happened. Also, the sink in the bathroom was far too large for the small space, which made using the toilet very uncomfortable. I’m 178 cm and 84 kg, and I kept bumping my hips—so I can imagine this would be an even bigger issue for someone larger.

• Carlucci (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment with bright new renovation. Very comfortable. Near train and metro station. Supermarket at 1 block. The kitchen missed some items like a fry pan, toaster or microwave. It was not easy to prepare breakfast.
• Azahara (8/5): Worth the money for quality and location! - Big property with plenty of natural light. A little uncomfortable to sit on the toilet - almost too tight next to the sink. Basic commodities like extra loo roll, kitchen towel to dry plates or extra bin bags (considering no toilet paper allowed into toilet) would’ve been great. We also reported a broken blind and the contact person left us “on read”.

• Katarina (4/5): Fine for short stays if you don't plan to use the kitchen or need much storage space - The decor was tasteful and modern and it was well located - close to metro and grocery stores, walking to city centre The apartment we stayed in (N. 2) was not fit for 3 people. Very little storage space for clothes and luggage in the bedroom and nothing in the sitting room where the sofa bed was located. The bathroom would also benefit with some fixtured to store toiletries as there is very little space around the sink. When we arrived at 4AM there were no spare sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and the internet did not work for the entirety of our stay. The host, although responsive via WhatsApp, was not particularly helpful, but maybe it does take more than 4 days for wi-fi to get fixed in Athens. The kitchen was sparsely stocked - you would expect there would be at least 3 of each essentials (bowls, plates, cutlery) for an apartment advertised for 3 people. Additionally there was no space to dry dishes, or a dishcloth to dry them with. Fortunately, we had a friend staying (by herself?) in the larger downstairs apartment so we were able to share kitchenware and take the extra bed, which saved our stay. Not the host's fault, but worth mentioning, the road is quite noisy quite early in the morning. If you do choose to stay here bring earplugs, and spare toilet paper!
• Isabella (10/5): Highly recommended - It was very comfortable, the attention we received from the place was incredible, the beds were amazing and the rooms were huge, plus we had a balcony and there is a terrace upstairs that has incredible views. In the mornings you can hear cars, a door did not close, and in the bathroom of the apartment above the water was leaking.
• Elizabeth (6/5): Overall good apartment, and I would come back, but a couple of things for property owners to sort - The bed was extremely comfortable with fresh sheets and plenty of towels provided. The apartment was spacious and in a good location and the bathroom facilities were very nice as well as cleaned well. Whilst the bathrooms and sheets were clean and fresh it was obvious the floors hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time throughout the apartment, and this was extremely obvious in some areas and needed sorting. Wifi also wasn’t working. Neutral - I was under the impression the apartment had a kitchen but it just had a sink/fridge/kettle so no way to cook. Cutlery and crockery were also extremely eclectic. Neither of these turned out to be a massive issue, but worth noting if this is what you’re expecting.
• Notthiminn (6/5): This place is not bad, but needs owner's attention - + Bed is really comfortable + Apartment I looks amazing, very spacious + Lovely cosmetics provided + Clean towels provided + Working fridge + Amazing sofa + Clean sheets + Working A/C + Nespresso machine, fridge, electric kettle and a fancy milk frother - Wifi is nonexistent, as nothing would even load up, so buy yourself a lot of internet for the travel if you stay here... Contact person reached out to the manager of the place, but nothing was done about the lack of the internet for the whole week (due to this TV is useless) - Windows are really thin, you feel like you sleep outside, hearing all the conversations etc They also let the air in so if it's cold, the apartment's also cold - We were provided with key locker info, but in the end we had to figure out ourselves keys were put in another locket box, attached to the gate (felt like an Escape Room) - Gate/door really hard to open at first, I feel sorry for people who come here tired and/or in the middle of the night (turn your key all the way to the right and lightly press it like you would use a doorknob to open both gate and the door) - Very loud bathroom door, so they need to be lifted as they kept annoying us in every use - Very small trash bin in the kitchen, another small one in the toilet -- there's no way we can fit one week of trash here - You could easily hear the neighbours - TV is brand new, with some foil still on, not even set up, but cannot be used without the internet so it's useless - There is no stove or microwave even though a full kitchen set was mentioned in the room offer - Room wasn't cleaned properly, we had to clean the table (sticky stains), the sofa wasn't vacuumed, floors weren't cleaned properly - Flickering light in the bathroom

• Colleen (5/5): We had a good stay in this area. More attention to detail would bring this unit up to its advertised description. - Property is located amongst locals. So not very touristy which was nice. Air conditioning was nice too after a hot day walking the streets The stairs to start with. But realizing that this is an older building in an older part of Athens where stairs are common. There was a small 2 burner stove, but only one small pot and no cooking utensils, no mugs for tea, no spoons, only teaspoons. TV is only hooked up for Netflix, but internet is not good enough to download movies and watch. There is a great rooftop area, but no chairs or tables to use this area. Toilet roll holder in bathroom is broken from fitting on wall. Shower drain needs unblocking. Keys/locks are a bit fiddly

• Aprile (7/5): Nice stay in a great neighbourhood - The location was perfect (though a bit noisy in the evenings with motorcyclists going by), beds were very comfortable everything was clean. The design of the bedrooms is very nice. It's a good apartment layout for a few days exploring Athens with friends. We arrived well after check-in time but there were no keys in the lockbox (it was currently being cleaned, we communicated with the cleaner and came back in an hour). We reached out to the host but never got a reply. The keyrings were so cheap and broken that I had to use my own keyring to carry the keys around. One key was missing from the second set. There were some maintenance things that could be improved — two different doorknobs fell off during our stay and one time we were almost locked out of the apartment because of it. Shower didn't drain well. The fridge temp was set all the way down and everything in it froze. It has the potential to be a really great stay, if they iron out a few kinks first. Otherwise, we did still enjoy our stay here in Athens.
• Duane (7/5): Good - Located in a decent area, which is close to the main tourist areas My flight didn't leave till the evening so could've had somewhere to put my luggage - I was offered somewhere to put it but didn't seem that safe, so ended up walking around with my luggage.
• Shabana (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and easy to find, there's some lovely local bakery just down the street and a little supermarket in case you need anything. The view and balcony are really beautiful and honestly really appreciate there's a nice living room and you can even sit on the balcony with a drink and just enjoy the space. The keys and lockbox situation is not ideal, and make sure you take all the keys. Both sets are not the same.
• Thalia (1/5): Worst Booking.com Experience in 2 Years - Some rooms are lovely. Very comfortable bed and decent showers. Pretty clean. Looks nice. Poor communication. No keys on arrival, waited in a cafe for an hour. Moved to a cheaper smaller (smelly musty) room without a partial refund due to “double booking.” Moved to the room I booked on night 2, was decent so I booked 3 more nights. Was told I had to move back to the small smelly musty room, so I cancelled and left. All front doors difficult to open. Key box difficult to close. Very loud through the night in both rooms, 2 out of 3 beds placed with the head of the bed by the window where cars, bikes and trucks roar through at all hours of the night, even with earplugs it’s loud! Poor communication from start to finish. I’m guessing the guy who runs it works another full time job and just fits this into his already stretched spare time. Replies could take hours. Disappointed that Booking.com is totally hands-off with no response in 12 hours.

The spacious and gorgeously appointed rooms provide a cozy sanctuary, ensuring a memorable and relaxing stay in the heart of the city.
• Mario (8/5): One night in Petralona - Comfy beds, silent neighborhood and the small patio. The gate was a bit complicated to open and the key system could be improved.
• Chunni (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice apartment with kitchen and wonderful roof platform. We can also view the morning scene on the balcony. It is good for a group of friends to have a vacation here.
• Amy (10/5): Lovely stay at a less touristy location with local eats and close to all tourist spots - This space is a gem - stylish, well-equipped, and in a prime location. The host is incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making for a seamless stay. With great local eats nearby and easy access to major sights, I'll definitely be returning. None
• Buse (8/5): I recommend staying here, thank you for everything. - A complete value for money place. Suitable for family stays. It was clean enough. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We rented a car but found it very difficult to find a place on the street and nearby. Also, due to its location, street noise is quite prevalent. + The check-in time is later than normal hotels.
• Styliana (8/5): Great for a short stay in a really nice neighborhoud. - Great location, close to Petralona metro station and in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, guy was really helpful with all our questions and demands. Unfortunetly the building is old and even though the interior is nice you could hear noices from the next door apartments and from outside. Also we run into some trouble with the hot water at night but managed to fix it after a couple of hours.

The place was great comfortable and Super clean. There is supermarket near and the metro is 5 min walk so is was great and easy. We will come back!
