- Büttel (8/5): Tolle Lage mitten im Leben, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. - Super Lage! Man wohnt mitten im italienischen Geschehen und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und Bars. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Nachts war es sehr laut und früh morgens kommt dann täglich die Müllabfuhr, die auch laut hörbar wieder für Ordnung sorgt.
- Itziar (9/5): Ubicación perfecta y apartamento agradable. - La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Roma a pie y el apartamento esta nuevo y en buen estado. He echado de menos que no hubiera una sartén. La estructura del sofa cama esta deformada en la parte de la almohada y se hunde, tendrían que valorar renovarlo, no es cómodo.
