- annett1970 (3/5): Keine Empfehlung - Da die Unterkunft direkt in der ist Einflugschneise der Flieger liegt an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber vom Bahnhof ist hier nicht an Ruhe zu denken. Auch die Zugangsdaten funktionierten nicht sodass wir mehrfach den Vermieter kontaktieren mussten. In den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen befinden sich Kameras. Schlappen für den Gebrauch waren vor Ort. Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte man nicht öffnen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Manuel (9/5): Genial para visitar Melbourne y las cercanías. - El alojamiento es una casa compartida con acceso mediante código. Nosotros llegamos un poco tarde a la noche y no la encontrábamos porque fue un poco dudoso para nosotros, porque pensábamos que era el número 1, pero era la número 2/1 que está entrando en el callejón, pero hablando con el responsable por chat, lo solucionamos rápido. Nos alojamos en la habitación 1, una de las de abajo y bien. Cama espaciosa, quizá no hay mucho espacio para dos maletas grandes, pero bueno. El baño genial, montón de enchufes, nevera con un agua por día, leche y en un estante tienes cosas para desayunar y tal. La ubicación, para nosotros estaba genial, cerca de la estación de Tottenham, que conecta con el centro en 25 minutos directo y con el aeropuerto haciendo parada en Sunshine con el Sky Bus. También alquilamos un coche un par de días, y aunque tienes parking de pago, se puede dejar en la calle principal sin problema. Por último, aunque el callejón donde se ubica y, en general el barrio, parece poco seguros, la verdad es que nosotros estuvimos genial, incluso de noche o de mañana temprano nunca nos sentimos inseguros. Y con las conexiones con la ciudad y el aeropuerto, tienes una lavandería al lado para lavar ropa, parking y comodidad a un precio asequible, comparado con el centro de la ciudad. Es una buena opción. No puedes entrar con los zapatos a la casa, te dan chanclas. El desayuno está incluido, y aunque es escueto (café, cereales y algún bollito), es más que suficiente. Y lo que ya dije de la zona, que parece un tanto insegura y tal, pero nosotros nunca tuvimos problemas. Estuvimos cuatro noches y genial.

- Liz (5/5): The price for New Year’s Eve was reasonable , the room was neat and clean. The shower was excellent, however the toilet - The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower had good pressure and the communication was excellent. The building was quite modern. As you enter the property the state of the boundary fence / edge of the driveway was very off putting / unsightly. The area is quite industrial. Also the toilet was inside the share bathroom.

- Gabriel L (4/5): Troublesome and painful check-in, odd location, disappointing breakfast - The bathroom was spacious and fairly clean, with a deep, comfortable bathtub. Good ventilation and heat lamps kept the air fresh. The room itself was clean with adequate hanging space. The bed was large, but the mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, and only one medium-height pillow was provided. The access codes provided did not work, and it took multiple calls to property management to get one that did. Phone support was unresponsive for hours, and I ended up spending a significant amount of time on the phone with Booking.com just to get a reply from the owners. Despite requesting well in advance, the property manager also failed to provide coeliac-friendly or gluten-free breakfast options, as every item supplied was clearly labelled as containing wheat or gluten. The location was also disappointing, set in an unattractive part of the neighbourhood.

- Shah (9/5): - Good experience. Kitchen etc was modern, up-to-date. Nobody was present at the property to attend us. We faced difficulty on the first day while checking in as we were not able to find the property. This could be improved.

- Emily (9/5): Quiet, secure and comfortable. - Comfortable bed and huge bathroom with nice deep bath. Lovely little touches to make it feel like home. Bottled water, food, milk, slippers all available. The owner was incredibly responsive to messaging. Room and home felt very safe and secure and it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. A little hard to find which door. A neighbor directed me and said people always get confused. The area had a lot of massage parlors around. And the room could have done with a lamp beside the bed as it was pitch black at night with no light switch nearby.

When I offered to send my partner’s ID as well I was told “your booking is not accepted” and to cancel for a refund even though there is no refund for this property

- Toby (7/5): - Good little room. Blackout blinds worked great, shower pressure was amazing, had plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. heating was great. The room is very echoey, and the walls are very thin. I could hear people talking while I was trying to sleep, and they were only speaking at a low level. Someone stole my car park too, there seems to only be one spot for 3 bedrooms?

Was nice to meet the other guests too. Lena is really helpful and communicative. Recommended! Central heating was noisy in the room.

Fully equipped with all the essentials to make coffee & tea with lots of little treats. Access to the nice shared kitchen/dinning/lounge area upstairs was very convenient and kitchen was well equipped. Lena was an excellent host who is always ready to help. A beautiful soul and very accommodating.
