• Nicola (1/5): - I was unable to travel due to a family bereavement and informed the property as soon as possible. I asked if they would consider refunding even a small part of the £360 I had paid (even £100), but this was declined. I understand cancellation policies, but no stay took place and the property was not used. I then had to contact Booking.com because a £150 deposit had also been taken. Booking.com intervened and this deposit was refunded. After this, the property requested that my Booking.com account be restricted. Booking.com reviewed the situation and decided not to take any action. There were also several issues that I believe should have been clearly disclosed in the listing: • I was asked to transfer money to a bank account that was not the same as the property owner details shown on Booking.com. • The apartment is located directly above a takeaway. People gather outside, and it becomes very noisy, especially in the summer. This was not mentioned in the listing. • The balcony furniture shown in the photos does not match what is actually provided. Had these points been clearly stated, I would not have booked. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. This property is over a takeaway, where in the summer people are intoxicated.
• Antal (10/5): jó! - kilátás a tengerpartra, első vonalban. A terasz közvetlen a strandra nyílt. Akár fürdőruhában is lehetet lemenni a partra. A lakás mellett számtalan bár, ejjel-nappal nyitva tartott bolt van. Ebben az időszakban a parkolás sem volt nagy probléma. a foglalás indúlás előtt volt, válasz email.-t nem tudtam ( nem is tudtam róla) megnézni, igy a kulcs széfről sem tudtam. Egy kicsi idegeskedéssel és intézéssel járt ( deposit utalás, széf megkeresése, stb.). De ezt követően minden rendben ment

• Claire (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again ! - Location opposite beach nice apartment but building it’s in is dirty and smells of dogs and rubbish . Over a restaurant that kept us awake doing diy at 12 o’clock at night . Also no air con in bedrooms .

• Luke Walder (10/5): Brilliant Apartment - Hosts communication was fantastic and very polite. The apartment itself looked brand-new and well looked after, super clean. It is also located in a brilliant area right on the beach front

• Lin Beate (10/5): Fantastisk fin leilighet, rent og delikat. Nydelig utsikt over Middelhavet. Verten er veldig hjelpsom. Kommer gjerne til - Det var veldig rent og delikat, fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Godt utstyrt med alt du trenger. To bad, nydelig utsikt over Middelhavet. Ble litt varmt inne på soverommene da det ikke var aircondition, men vifter i taket. Skulle gjerne hatt to nøkler til leiligheten.
• Detlef (10/5): Eine sehr gute Wohnung in hervorragender Lage! - Es war sehr modern ausgestattet, liegt nahe des Zentrums am Meer! Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe! Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

• Mary (10/5): Super place to stay. Great location and really helpful hosts. - Location, close to amenities. The views, especially sunrise and sunsets. Felt safe and secure - solo female traveller. Everything you needed in the apartment. Spotless clean. Really friendly, helpful hosts, answering queries promptly. Great price for a lovely stay. Can't think of anything.

• Cathy (10/5): Beach Haven fab. - An absolute holiday haven on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Beach Haven. Our hostess was a pleasure to deal with, very understanding and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped with all one needs for a holiday in the sun.(really enjoyed lounging on the beach on sunchairs under the brolly). Very central location with shops and restaurants nearby. Looking forward to a return visit ASAP. Loved everything.
