• serena (7/5): Consiglio di vedere Naluu beach, è raggiungibile dall'appartamento anche a piedi e molto carina - Siamo stati ospiti nei primi dieci giorni di settembre, in tre coppie. Eravamo nell’appartamento al piano terra, adeguato ad accogliere comodamente sei persone. La villa è composta da diversi appartamenti e le foto presenti su Booking si riferiscono a tutti, quindi non è possibile capire quali appartengano a quale soluzione. Segnalo che le foto relative all'appartamento dovrebbero essere n° 17 19 22 23 27 28 32 37 48 52 56 61 63 70 86 e 87. L’appartamento si apre su un ampio salotto con cucina a vista, da cui si accede a un piccolo bagno di servizio e alla zona notte. Quest’ultima è composta da tre camere da letto e un secondo bagno. Uno dei due bagni dispone di vasca con doccia, mentre quello di servizio è più piccolo, dotato di doccia senza box e lavatrice. Gli esterni sono molto belli e godibili: c’è una spaziosa veranda con tavolo e divanetti, perfetta per colazioni e cene all’aperto, con vista mare. In cortile sono presenti anche un’area barbecue e una zona relax con panche e cuscini, che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato. Un punto positivo importante: l’acqua per docce e bagni è sempre stata disponibile, cosa non scontata negli appartamenti in affitto a Saranda. La cucina è nuova e ben attrezzata: ampio frigorifero con freezer, piano a induzione, forno grande e il necessario (piatti, bicchieri, tazze ecc.). La posizione è abbastanza lontana dal centro, tranquilla e silenziosa, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Altin e alla sua famiglia, che ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e ci hanno supportato per ogni necessità durante tutto il soggiorno. We stayed in September. We were accommodated in the ground floor flat, which is spacious enough to comfortably host 6 people. The photos corresponding to the ground floor flat are 17 19 22 23 27 28 32 37 48 52 56 61 63 70 86 87. La strada per arrivare è ripida ma al termine si trova facilmente parcheggio (almeno nel periodo del nostro soggiorno). The road leading to the villa is steep and not very easy, but at the end parking is available and was always easy to find (at least during our stay).
• mario (8/5): - Molto bella la vista, pulizia , lo staff risponde subito tramite il cellulare a ogni domanda La cucina e a induzione funziona ma le pentole non sono appropriate percui per cucinare un piatta di pasta ci vuole circa 1.10 minuti.. ci vorrebbe una tenda da solo , bel posto ottima vista ma di giorno non si puo pranzare sul terrazzo troppo sole .. un po in periferia
• cavaciccioli (8/5): - Un appartamento bello, grande, con giardino, entrata indipendente, ampio il soggiorno, comoda la veranda esterna con tavolo, bello anche il giardino. Oltre al tavolo sotto la veranda abbiamo un barbecue nel giardino che però è a disposizione anche degli altri appartamenti del piani superiori Appena arrivi in Albania ti accorgi che le strade possono migliorare Anche in questa casa è già problematico trovarla. Maps è stato molto utile ma forse è prudente darsi un appuntamento sulla strada sotto sul lungomare. Una volta trovata la casa il nostro amico albanese, che fortunatamente come molti albanesi masticava un po' di italiano, ci ha spiegato che non era possibile lasciare l'auto dentro in giardino dove sembrava ci fosse un parcheggio, perché il proprietario temeva che si rovinasse la pavimentazione ma in realtà l'accesso.a questo parcheggio era più congeniale ad un auto 4x4 non troppo lunga data la pendenza ed il tipo di tipo di strada per accedere. Insomma l'auto (io ho.una Opel Zafira) l'ho sempre lasciata in un cantiere che sembrava fermo vicino alla casa. Il giorno che dovevo partire ho sentito dei rumori alle 5 di mattina, sono uscito e ho visto che stavano lavorando nel cantiere e se non avessi spostato subito l'auto sarei stato bloccato in una trattativa difficilissima. Quando siamo partiti e abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al nostro amico albanese abbiamo scoperto solo allora dal nostro amico che avremmo avuto un parcheggio comodo con accesso semplice. Comunicazione un po' tardiva

• Mared (6/5): Villa was nice enough - Spacious rooms and living area with 2 bathrooms and nice to have a veranda to sit out for meals ( we had the downstairs apartment with the red kitchen in the photos) . Air con in every room ( unusual in Albania) Location - on the outskirts of town in a run down area up a hill , with no shops/ restaurants close by-a good 25min walk to the main part of Sarande . The beds were b hard and uncomfortable . The manager was quite rude and after saying that we could let him know in a few days when we had the cash to pay for our stay ( cash payments for accommodation needed in most places in Albania) then texted us the following day saying that the rule was payment asap and that he was at the property waiting ( we were out for the day) so we had to go back to pay him .

• Harleen (10/5): The perfect location and property for a group! - The pictures do not do the property justice, extremely spacious with two kitchens, communal areas, and a balcony. Easily accessible to the port and bus stands. It is slightly difficult to follow a map to the property - this was communicated beforehand, we were assisted by staff who sent a location pin.
• Anamul (8/5): Massive property, spacious, clean, garden with BBQ space, helpful host. - Property was huge, the pictures don’t do it justice. Our apartment had 3 bed rooms with 3 separate bathrooms, out of 1 bedroom had its own kitchenette area with living space with addition to the main living room and kitchen where there was another small bed. It had 3 balconies with sea view, very spacious rooms and comfy beds with all of them integrated inverter. Kitchen had enough utensils and cutleries, pots and pans. Bathroom had powerful shower + very handy bum guns. Property was overall clean and the host Altin was a smiley gentleman, happy to help, eager to help and also arranged for us a self check in set up which isn’t the case usually. Only downside is i’d say the road towards the property very stiff and narrow without any proper signs. Also, on the address description the road name given is wrong which is a different road and you can’t find the property if you type the road name on the navigation. You have to put “Apartment villa luxor” in order for the navigation to work.

• Hristo (9/5): Exceptional view - We have rented the bigest apartment in the building featuring four bedrooms with two bathrooms. The apartment was really comfortable with huge living room and really big terrace able to accomodate all eight of us. All pictures are true and corespond to the reality. City center is 15min by walking. Lots of beaches around, but except the city one all others can be reached by car only. During our stay there was some confrontation with other apartment visitors regarding the usage of the barbeque and the garden of the house. Thanks to Sven the issue was solved quite fast, however with such an arogant neighbours we decided to stay away and this was the only one thing that make our stay a bit dissapointed. Of course we can not blame the owner of the house nor the manager and generrally we are fully satisfied with everything else. Upper floor need to be equipped with air con which might help a lot during summer times.
• Dumitru (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very comfortable stay in June. The house is beautiful and clean as well as cozy and spacious. Sven and Altin helped us with all the infoy we had as well as with suggestions and advices. We strongly recommend this house as it was the best value for the money. Best to you guys!
