• Noémi (10/5): - We spent 10 days at this hotel with my son and had a wonderful time. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, our room was cleaned every day. Everything was well organized, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The beach was very close and the hotel had its own private section, while the pool was absolutely perfect for both children and adults. The only small negative was that the bread at breakfast tended to dry out quite quickly. It might be a good idea to use a storage box or a different way of keeping it fresh.

• Jessica (7/5): Bra - Servicen, läget, städningen och hotell och pool var fint. Att många rökte ute vid poolen. De rökte t.o.m inomhus och personalen gjorde inget åt det. Det skulle vara ett rökfritt hotell men det stämde inte.
• Lisa (7/5): Clean functional hotel .. friendly staff .. - It was clean and in a good location Everyone was smoking inside .. the carpet along swimming pool was not clean even though the staff tried to clean it .. it should have been replaced
• Briana (7/5): Clean, modern, but missing amenities - It is a new hotel and you can tell the staff really care about creating an inviting space. - The hotel was incredibly clean with the staff cleaning our room every day - Breakfast had a good variety - Very close to the beach - Reserved beach chairs I would rate the property much higher if everything listed under amenities was actually there. Many things were listed under the booking, but were not in the room, resulting in an unexpectedly uncomfortable stay. Listed items that were missing: bathrobes, hair dryer, slippers, clothes rack, tea/coffee maker etc. We would have never booked this hotel if we knew we would be one week at the beach without a hair dryer. - We were also surprised by how the balconies lacked privacy. You are sitting right with your neighbors and someone could easily step over to your balcony and into your room. - Breakfast was good, but the staff couldn't keep up with the volume and mess created by the guests, resulting in chaos at times. -Taxi ordered by the hotel was not professional and more expensive than other taxis we used.

Tæt på stranden og restauranter Fin morgenmad Vi kommer gerne igen Ligger ud til stor vej ( dog afskærmet af et stakit ) ikke noget der generer.

Nema terase u sobi a rezerviso sa terasom.Ne radi tv,nema fena.Garaza tako strma da sam auto zakacio dole a nije nizak.Ispred hotela ne moze se naci mesta za parking.Buka od ulice.Doručak uvek isti nista se ne menk.Stolovi prljavi za jelo.

• Eleonora (8/5): - Pas très éloignée de la plage ainsi que de la ruelle principale des restaurants. Employés très sympathiques, professionnels et disponibles! Bravo à tous! 2 belles piscines. Dommage qu’elles soient assez profondes et pas adaptées aux non-nageurs. Mis à part 2 petits bassins mais pour enfants. Pas de fun dans la chambre. Balcon collé aux voisins (aucune confidentialité) Voisines très bruyantes Buffet à volonté : mis à part une fontaine à eau et un distributeur à jus, pas d’autres boissons.

• Safia (10/5): PERFECT - We hadden een Deluxe kamer en het was gewoon allemaal in orde ! heel ruim , elke dag komt er iemand kuisen en lakens vervangen , er was er alles wat je nodig had . De manager ook dikke duim heel gastvrij alsook aan de receptie heel vriendelijk.

• Almir (10/5): - Skoro sve. Hotel je u fazi zavrsavanja tako da fale ili nisu do kraja zavrsene neke stvari, ali to nije neki minus. Pritisak vode u kupatilu je jako slab.
• Vittoria Maria (7/5): Piacevole esperienza. - Struttura accogliente e pulita, con tutti i comfort, tra i quali ristorante con buffet, bar e doppia piscina. La stanza era molto spaziosa e comoda, con un grande balcone. Il mare a due passi dall’hotel è un grande punto a favore. Lo staff dell’hotel sempre disponibile ad accoglierti e ad ascoltare ogni richiesta, nello specifico i ragazzi del bar e del ristorante sono stati sempre molto educati ed accoglienti. Nel bagno non c’era il bidet, e la doccia era aperta. Inoltre una cosa un po’ scomoda è stata l’assenza di uno stendino per poter far asciugare i panni, soprattutto nei periodi estivi.

• Mireille (10/5): Fijn verblijf! - Het personeel was echt fantastisch. Niks was teveel voor ze, elke vraag werd met liefde opgepakt. Wij wilde een nacht langer binnen no time geregeld. Lieve eigenaars. Het leek als een grote familie. Hotel ver was erg netjes. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Lekker pizza! Dichtbij het strand en de boulevard. Het ontbijt was niet echt wat wij lekker vinden.

Serveur très sympathique surtout Abdellah qui a été adorable Pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour joindre la réception. Pas de table de chevet à côté du lit dans les suites ( 424-343) Pas de de pancarte de porte pour indiquer au femme de ménage que nous dormons le matin. Beaucoup d’enfants à la piscine parfois

• Pranvera (9/5): Das Hotel ist komplett renoviert und sehr sehr geplegt und alles liegt in der Nähe - Es ist ein FamilienHotel Direkt an der Autobahn Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Garage für Auto steht zur Verüfgung Zimmer werden jeden Tag gepuzt und Handtücher gewechselt * Handtücher riechen nach Seife Pool gibt es für gross und klein und zwei Minuten zu Fuss ist der Strand entfernt (Sehr viele Baars, Restaurants und kleine Markets neben einander) Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag frisch zubereitet Nachts ist sehr viel los viel für gross und klein vorhanden -Föhn fehlt -Pool sollte man mit Schlappen betretten da rutschig
• Sallie (9/5): Et rigtigt lækkert hotel som vi bestemt godt vil booke igen. - Personalet var imødekommende og venlige. Der var rent og pænt, med daglig rengøring. Maden smagte godt. Poolen var lækker. De kunne godt have sengeborde ved sengene. Vi var 3 i et dobbeltværelse og den 3. seng var en klapseng og ikke en rigtig seng som vist på billede.

Petit déjeuné très copieux et bon, le personnel est vraiment très attentionné et désireux de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Suite à un problème dans la salle de bain, le manager et l’une des réceptionnistes ont immédiatement pris les dispositions et nous trouver une autre chambre. Je recommande à 100%!

• Laura (9/5): Alles top, es war ein toller Urlaub! - Neues Hotel mit toller Lage! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal steht einem bei jeder Frage zur Seite & der Roomservice macht jeden Tag tolle Arbeit. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man höchstens 5 Minuten zum Meer laufen muss. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen! Das Frühstück würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal eher sparen. Die Auswahl ist begrenzt und an der Qualität könnte man arbeiten. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

• Alex (9/5): Fijn hotel! - We had een fijn verblijf in Kraja Hotel. Heerlijke zwembaden. Het hotel is zeer hygiënisch en schoon. Via Rruga Xixa, uitgang zwembad en dan 2x rechts, is de kortste en mooiste weg naar de wandelboulevard, het strand en de privé stoelen. Wat ons vooral ook beviel was de ontspannen en ongedwongen sfeer in het hotel en de hulpvaardigheid van de medewerkers.

Nemmeno si sono degnati a chiedere come ci siamo trovati, mentre stavamo lasciando la camera. Comunque c'i sono troppe mancanze sui servizi che offrono.Non puoi dire che sei fronte spiaggia, invece che 100 metri distante, e la camera era fronte autostrada non mare, e troppo rumore . Anche i prezzi per la colazione o bar erano esagerati. Per noi è stata una delusione

I was welcomed back with a great Lunch and were assisted when needed an extra hand .... The room was clean and the beds comfortable and cozy . The Hotel is located only 50 m from the beach and has the best price in the area We will definitely be back !
• Aiden (2/5): We tryed to stay the least possible time at the room since it was not so good. - Okei price Smelled like smoke, not so cleaned, we didnt take the room that we booked (but we payed less), not the best organization but friendly staff. Facilities didnt make any sense, extremely small bathrooms, not enough electric plugs, noise from the street, not comfortable matresses. There was no double matress but there were 2 single mattresses putted together. Beach umbrellas were included but most of them were broken. Not ready for tourism.
