The rooms in the photos don't reflect how the rooms look and there is a lot less furniture and a lot more wear and tear. However given the other reviews I had read I was expecting that when I chose to book.

- NADEEM UL (1/5): No Recommended to STAY Here , no attendant to solve issues - Near to Indian Restaurant #1 No Body here to facilitate you. #2 there are 2 YK Building, and we went in other location but no body come to solve our problem. #3 No bed in rooms. only small space to place foam on floor. #4 Electric stove is Induction cooker, and the Pan is not suitable for this so no ON #5 when using Electric Water Kettle with AC the Circuit Breaker OFF and no body here to help us #6 Hot water no coming in washroom and we do not understand how to ON the HOT water system. #7 no body daily comes to clean room #8 MY suggestion not suitable for You. we face lot of problems and no attendant to solve issue
- Eléa (1/5): Smell bad - Le lit était propre The accommodation was unsanitary. From the moment I entered, a very strong smell of damp and humidity filled the entire apartment and was extremely unpleasant. Bringing perfume is highly recommended if you plan to stay here. The bathroom was dirty, with clear signs of poor maintenance, and humidity was omnipresent. The floor was clearly not clean. Water overflowed from the bathtub from the bottom and from the sink due to very poor drainage, leaving the entire bathroom floor constantly wet. This creates unsanitary conditions, especially as toilet brushes were placed directly on the floor, meaning they were submerged when the water overflowed. So I don’t recommend walking on that floor cause you you are probably walking on some other people’s excrements. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach under the bathtub on the fourth day of my stay, which is completely unacceptable. The accommodation did not meet the minimum hygiene standards. While the bedroom itself was relatively clean, but also smelled strongly of sewage due to the pipes. The living room floor was not cleaned either, with visible stains present. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Avoid. as cet endroit. À éviter.

- Adam (7/5): Good location, but small - Good location to train stations and convenience stores It is very loud with other guests, you can hear them open up their doors and the neighbours next door. Bathroom was small which was fine but the shower head needs to be fixed, never stayed facing into the shower, only the wall. Too many items inside the apartment especially if you had three people stay there

- Kaspars (7/5): Good - The location is in great area, not in very centre of neighbourhood Shinjuku but still got some shops, cafes and metro station 3-5min walk. If you don't want to stay in very centre, this is the option for you - very calm. Apartment has all the necessary appliances for cooking, laundry, bathroom amenities etc. I din't like the bed, it has very bad spring mattress that hurt my back and I can felt al the spring through the mattress on my back. They need to change that + TV with smart function to watch Netflix or any other streaming would be nice.
- Black (3/5): Chaotic - There was supposed to be a code or registration link sent in advance but I did not receive it. When we got there it was raining and freezing but we couldn't get into our room. We rang the hosts but they weren't able to help us because the system was "preprogramed". They couldn't even tell us what room we were supposed to try and enter. The building is completely unmarked. There were many other guests also trying to get in and having trouble.

After a 48hr trip without showering and out in cold weather, we ended up renting another place for that night, as it took over two hours for them to give us the right pin. Wrong pin, no explanations on turning on the boiler, so very run down, needs a lot of upkeep, not enough places to plug in electronics.

- Nicola (1/5): I didn’t stay I book a fight and went to Bali. - The property is a FAKE THE IMAGE IS NOT THE room I had to call the police to report them and the police log a complaint. The room is damp smells and is very dirty. I went with my children but this accommodation is clearly part of the red light district and used by those who use it. Not at all suitable for children. The property management team do not answer you question and will just send automated messages. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. Nothing dirty smelling and a fake image. They were very very angery I got to take the photo to show on booking .com.

- Muhd (1/5): I wont recommend this place with people travelling with families the photos does not resemble the place at all - Just that its newr 7-11 Its abit hard to get for help especially for the key box combination. when i arrived at 2200hrs the place was dark, and the owner was not responsive, i ended up booking another hotel instead of staying the place i booked cause i didn’t know how to excess the combination i only stayed the other night the next day after i figured out the way to use it. Theres a hole in the middle of the toilet,where the used water flows, it gets choked evertime you bath in the bathtub 🙁
- Roberto (1/5): Socking - Nothing, this place is an scam, like many others listed on Booking. Be careful what you book, check that the reviews are real, I wish I did that before being tricked. The studio is depresing... and full of black mould, in particular the bathroom which has the drain pipes going directly to the floor. It's also imposible to sleep, as there is a street lamp right outside a window that has no courtains.

- Jason (4/5): Don't stay here unless you are desperate. - The whole apartment smelt heavily of damp/mould, all the facilities advertised were not present (e.g. sauna), the mattress was just springs in your back, the kitchen window didn't have a blind and there is a street light right outside the window so the bright light came into the bedroom all night, plus the basin and bath drain onto the bathroom floor so the room becomes unusable until it has drained through the floor hole. Lastly, given the above it was probably twice the price it should have been - I have stayed in far better back packing hostels in Central America. The location was OK.
