- Mila (10/5): Clean, safe stay in a great location - The room and facilities were clean, and everything was fully functional. The shared kitchen was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location is in a good neighborhood, close to the Riviera, with both metro and bus stations nearby. The host was very nice and accommodating. There is also a doorman and security cameras, which made us feel very safe.
- Giulia (7/5): - Il check out era fissato alle 10.00 del mattino (avevamo specificato l'orario del check out anche in fase di check in), ci sono entrati in stanza alle 9.30. Noi eravamo ancora dentro che ci stavamo svegliando. Per il resto bene.

Gli spazi comuni ben organizzati, la stanza confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Arredi moderni ma con un tocco caldo e familiare. Ottima la posizione, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio vivamente! Era tutto perfetto

Anche se il soggiorno è stato breve, l’esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta. La stanza era impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto – pulita, profumata, ordinata e curata nei dettagli. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l’attenzione che la struttura dedica al benessere degli ospiti. Chiaia è una delle zone più belle e tranquille della città, elegante e centrale. Una posizione davvero strategica per chi vuole vivere Napoli in sicurezza e relax. Fin dal primo contatto lo staff si è mostrato disponibile, accogliente e attento. Anche per un soggiorno di una sola notte, ho ricevuto un’ospitalità calorosa e professionale, con tanti consigli utili per godermi al meglio le poche ore in città. In sintesi, Il Centrale è una struttura che consiglio senza esitazione: perfetta per chi cerca pulizia, posizione e accoglienza impeccabile anche per una sola notte.
