• Denis (9/5): Un appartement très bien pensé au calme. - L'appartement est très bien aménagé, grand, confortable et très propre. Je me suis très vite à l'aise. Le quartier est très calme. Idéal pour les familles. La literie est très bonne. Le contact s'effectue uniquement par téléphone par messagerie instantanée (whatsapp). Les échanges sont très fluides car notre hôte répond très très vite. Comme dit avant, le contact se fait uniquement par téléphone même pour la remise des clés. Même si tout est très bien expliqué avant notre arrivée, ce serait mieux si on avait un contact humain pour la remise des clés.
• Iryna (10/5): - Неймовірний краєвид на океан, шикарний басейн , чудова, гарна, доглянута територія всередині комплексу, до океану - 20 метрів, прекрасний пляж, квартира обладнана всім необхідним! Персонал ввічливий , і був на зв'язку, допомагали вирішити любе питання! Дуже рекомендуємо!
• Marco (5/5): Schwierig zu bewerten - Am besten gefallen: Das Wetter. Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich gut, geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, besonders die Kochuntensilien waren in einem guten Zustand, es mangelte an Nichts. Die Poolanlage und der Balkon waren auch gut, für den Preis war in der Unterbringung alles in Ordnung. Außer vielleicht, dass der Pool so kalt war, dass kaum einer schwimmen wollte. Aber das wird auch an der Jahreszeit liegen. Die Lage ist mehr als grenzwertig. Die ganze Anlage ist umringt von Baustellen, liegt irgendwo im nirgendwo. Es gibt ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, was fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Dort befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, 3-4 durchschnittliche Bars/Restaurants, ein Friseur. Es gibt einen scharzen Strand vor der Tür, der aber sehr lieblos ist. Zugang ist nur mit etwas Mühe über Steine möglich. Ansonsten gibt es dort Nichts. Ein weiterer Strand ist in der anderen Richtung in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, aber es ist ein Hundestrand. Im Grunde gibt es außer dem Einkaufszentrum im Umkreis von 7-8 Kilometern Nichts, keine Bar, kein Geschäft - einfach Nichts und auch keine schönen Strände oder befestigte Fußwege. Einziges Highlight ist der Blick auf den Flughafen, falls man das interessant findet. Denn die Gegend ist hinter dem Airport. Ärgerlich: Für 30 Stunden fiel das Wasser komplett aus. Das passiert in der Gegend anscheinend manchmal. Die Gastgeber waren Anfangs etwas gleichgültig, so wurde z.B. kein Kanister Wasser gestellt oder irgendwas unternommen, ausser alle 5-6 Stunden ein Update. Aber am Ende wurde zumindest eine Nacht erstattet. Das war ok und hat mich am Ende versöhnlich gestimmt. Ich fand es insgesamt alles etwas unausgereift für einen Urlaubsort.

• Stanislav (8/5): - Kousek od oceán, obchod, restaurace. V blízkosti velké staveniště, tudíž velká prašnost. Vybavení hlavně kuchyňské by se mohlo obnovit.

Es amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, muy limpio, camas y sofá muy cómodos, con ventiladores, terraza de buen tamaño,… la urbanización muy cuidada y tranquila. Teníamos garaje cubierto, aunque en los alrededores solía haber sitio para aparcar. La piscina grande y muy limpia, con bastantes tumbonas. Con vistas al Teide y al lado de la playa. El trato con anfitriones también muy bien, instrucciones sencillas y claras, y muy amables. No hay nada que no me gustara

Parking place in garage with remote control doors and gates. Quiet area, view to the garden with swimming pool. Great beach nearby with chuiringito. Perfect balcony for breakfast (west oriented balcony with shadow from marquise). Host was very helpful via whatsapp if needed. Very quick answers via whatsapp and assistance. Full equipped apartment (tooth brushers, soaps, kitchen full of stuff - espressocooker - dolcegusto, microwave, toaster. AirFan in every room). We found everything we need here. Bathroom need new silicone works in the corners and it would be perfect value for the money!
