- FB (4/5): My experience with the accommodation: - My experience with the accommodation:
I checked in on July 17, 2025. According to my booking, check-in was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I arrived exactly at 12:57 PM. Unfortunately, no one was there to receive me.
I had arrived in Naples early in the morning and had been waiting for hours just to check in. It was very hot, and my child was exhausted and needed rest. My phone battery was almost empty, so I couldn’t call the host. I waited for around 30 minutes. The man finally showed up at 1:30 PM. He told me he had seen me sitting outside from his apartment window, but they were not finished cleaning. He didn’t apologize and seemed very dismissive. I felt disrespected, especially since I had arrived on time and was waiting in the heat with my child.
The next morning, around 6:45 AM, a fire broke out in the living room, right by the wall near the door. I had stepped into the bathroom to brush my teeth, and when I returned, I saw flames coming out of the wall. I was shocked and didn’t know whether I should try to put out the fire or run outside with my child. I ended up using a wet cloth to extinguish the flames.
I called the host and tried to explain what had happened, but communication was very difficult – I don’t understand Italian, and he doesn’t speak English. He said it was just “a small electric problem” and that he would call an electrician. But I didn’t feel safe – the fire could easily have spread, especially since the house seemed to be built with flammable materials. I kept thinking about what could have happened if we had been asleep when it started.
We had originally booked the place for 8 days, but we chose to check out on July 21 – after just 4 days – because we no longer felt safe, and communication with the host was very poor.
However, I want to mention that the beds in the bedroom were good – both beds were comfortable. The air conditioners in both bedrooms were also working well. And the cleaning woman was respectful and helpful.
- Shelley (6/5): - The apartment was cleaning, well equipped. Bottles of water were supplied and the owner was easy to get hold of. One of the beds was terrible! It sunk in the middle and the pillows that were supplied were appalling. The stuffing in them was lumpy or just non existent. I ended up using a cushion off the sofa to sleep. There was also a constant smell from the shower room Also, we were told we had to vacate at 10.30am, not 11am as stated in the advert which was annoying as the late check out was part of why I booked this property
- Bereczki (5/5): - Nem tudom főnök Nem volt ablak a szobában, meg csupa vízkő volt a fürdő
- Walter (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment and the owner is very friendly. He response to messages

- Oleksandr (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alan (8/5): Very good - Staff, balcony, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, washing machine Small shower, one bed was uncomfortable
- Karolína (8/5): Very good -
- Emmanuel (7/5): Good value for a short stay. - The staff was kind and provided clear check in instructions. The place was clean and all well organized. The location, even though is close to the Napoli centrale train station, is a very residential zone and the was too much noise all night long. We barely got some sleep.
- Gillian (7/5): Very happy to leave - hardly slept - Floors seemed clean to walk on. Six bottles of water provided for 4 guests. The pillows either way to fat or flat, the constant noise in the street, the near impossible parking arrangement, 1 very small bathroom, one very small toilet, no hot water beyond 2 showers and still not hot the following morning - we left early and all had cold showers. Very difficult to locate.
- Weng (8/5): Very good -
- Dylan (10/5): Perfect location to have a comfortable stay in Naples, would highly recommend - Great location and a nice and clean interior N/A
- Riccardo (8/5): Very good -
- Tiberiu (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was new, the location was close to the train station and markets, Eliana even allowed us to leave our luggage there before checking in.
- Julio (7/5): Good -
- Iuliana (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, water and a small breakfast was available. The owners were nice, supported with organizing a taxi to the airport really early in the morning. Noisy neighbours, we stayed just for one night, so it may have been an exception.
- Mowsome (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mendizabal (7/5): Good -
