• Katharina (9/5): Amazing place to stay with ocean view - Great place to stay with a wonderful view. Excellent location to walk to the village and the nearby oceanfront parks. Love the parrots in the trees and the beautiful landscaping! A little hard to find the room and haul luggage up one flight of stairs, but worth it for the view. Rust stain on the wall outside the patio.
• Penelope (3/5): Apart from accommodation it was a nice stay. - Location a very good. I looked for a place with a lift (as I am 77 years old) and found the lift only went halfway up. This should be stated in your description. Bed was not comfortable and bed linen very old (did not feel fresh but wrinkled and tired looking), hanging space for cloths was in a broom cupboard, couch was uncomfortable to sit on, no desk for a computer work, it was the worst shower head and water pressure I have ever experienced in any accommodation I have stayed in, and there have been hundreds in my travels. The small fridge freezer was frozen over and you couldn't fit anything in it.

• Paul (8/5): Lovely break, lovely apartment. Be prepared for stairs and hotspotting. - Location, balcony, fans, pool. Wifi was non existent and we had to hotspot off our phones. A web page would not load, no emails etc. so streaming channels non existent

• Rhiannon (10/5): Amazing room, location and accommodating - definitely a favourite stay ! - We couldn’t fault our stay - the location was perfect, room was lovely and the pool is heated and a great space. Nadine was a lovely host and very accommodating. We didn’t really not like anything but If we had to nitpick it would be basic appliance upgrades like the pan in the kitchen wasn’t the best to cook with, I would suggest a bit bigger fridge as there wasn’t a lot of freezer room for ice etc (was a bar fridge) and maybe something in the bathroom to block the outside room lights as it’s very bright into the room.

• Danielle (9/5): An individually decorated apartment. Very convenient location - Great location, able to look out to the ocean over the palm trees. Very convenient to the main street of Port Douglas.
• John (5/5): Passable - The reception didn’t want to know about us , the girl at the counter didn’t know anything about Bella Vista when she got hold of her male co worker he made it clear that if there was any problems don’t talk to us .the lift didn’t go to the 3rd floor the hall way needed painting the whole complex is very tired , but great location . All of the above

• Gaye (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent Some areas not dusted properly, e.g. cleaners need to dust the back of the couch near the windows and the lower shelf of the coffee table. The bed unfortunately was too soft for me, I ended up with a sore lower back for a couple of days, I don't blame you, I didn't ask about the bed! All in all, I think the unit is a bit old and tired for the price charged.
