• TOMAS VERA (7/5): Fin de semana en familia - La casa está en una buena ubicación si quieres disfrutar de la playa porque se puede llegar andando a 15 min. Las vistas de la casa dan al mar y son muy bonitas A la casa le falta mantenimiento, está reformada, pero le falta mantenimiento
• Yasmina (10/5): GEWELDIG! - Fijn dat het heerlijk ruim is, 4 slaapkamers elk ieder kamer kunnen 2 mensen in. Fijn dat de zwembad ondersteuner langs kwam om het water te verversen en bij te vullen. Ook fijn dat alles wat je nodig hebt in de woning te vinden is. Ik kan niks bedenken. Alles was top! De woning, de ligging, het zwembad, de buurt & de verhuurders. Super communicatie!
• Pascal (7/5): We hadden een aangenaam verblijf, maar zouden niet terugkomen. Er ontbreekt gezelligheid. - Het gebouw op zich is in orde, met 2 moderne badkamers, ingerichte keuken en zwembad. Het is zeer sober ingericht en bied enkel het hoogst nodige. Er ontbrak wat comfort, zoals een voldoende groot salon, stoelen met een beter zitcomfort, wat extra keukengerei zoals glazen, snijplank, keukenhanddoeken, een borstel om eens te vegen. De trapleuning zat los, wat gevaarlijk is. De douchebak zou voorzien moeten worden van een opstaande rand, zodat het water niet tot in de kamers loopt als je een douche neemt. Dit is ook de reden waarom de badkamerdeur niet meer dicht gaat, omdat hij uitgezet is van het water. Het mist een beetje gezelligheid en liefdevol onderhoud.
• Natalja (10/5): Superb! - Great, clean, modern. It dod NOT bother us at all, just a comment: its not far from the beach, BUT if u walk its not straight forward, you need to cross a train line and one road

Ha tanto spazio esterno con una bella piscina Il livello di Pulizia e in generale il livello di manutenzione della casa( porte torte, Cancello d’ingresso difettoso, mobili vecchi, giardino non curato, sedute esterne vecchie). Ha un potenziale altissimo ma andrebbe tenuta meglio

• Bertine (9/5): Genoten! - We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad, een super huis, met een heerlijk zwembad. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij de boulevard, en Barcelona. Calafell heeft een mooi strand. Het enige min punt was het comfort om lekker te kunnen liggen/zitten. Zou opgelost kunnen worden met kussens of lekkere lounge stoelen.

• Robert (10/5): Amazing stay at a walking distance to a beautiful beach. - House with a great pool, beautiful view and great facilities. Very comfortable for two families of 4. The facade could be refreshed, but inside the house is renovated and fresh.
