• Sjambina (3/5): Malaga ist toll, die Partyzone sollte man meiden, wenn man nicht feiern möchte. - Die Lage ist zentral und es gibt einen Lift. Der 1. Eindruck war gut, aber das hat sich schnell geändert. Es gab eine sehr professionelle Abwicklung mit dem Check in. Die Wohnung hat einige Mängel: 1. Das Wasser wird nachts abgestellt, ohne Ankündigung. Wir haben uns mit einem Eimer Wasser geholfen. 2. Man kann nicht in beiden Duschen gleichzeitig duschen, nur 1x warmes Wasser 3. Es gab nicht genügend Bettdecken 4. Es ist dreckig und ranzig, Ecken, Wände und Böden sind einfach nicht sauber. 5. in der Küche gibt es keine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter. 6. Die Lage ist super zentral, aber wir wussten nicht, dass Malaga ein Partyhotspot ist. Es ist nachts wie am Ballermann, nur dass es dort besser verglaste Fenster gibt. Party, Reinigungswagen, Müllabfuhr wirklich die ganze Nacht.

The apartment wasn’t clean, there were dirt and stains everywhere. We asked for early check-in and they said we would have it but eventually we didn’t. A lot of stuff was broken (toilet seat, many lights, the stove, dishwasher, bath tub, toilet’s water system) pots and pans where out of date and completely timeworn.

Der er kun 3 trappetrin op til elevator. Perfekt til at følge Påske procession fra. Vi var ikke generet af byens lyde.

Muy amplio, las dos parejas estuvimos muy cómodos. La cama del dormitorio en suite, muy mala. Debimos quitar tablas del clóset para ponerlas sobre el colchón… tienen que reemplazar esa cama.

• Rosemarie (10/5): - Location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and modern. 3 x good double bedrooms, large lounge and kitchen area combined, plus a study/ work space room which we used. I didn't like the wooden/plastic chair which was broken or the leather chairs as they were uncomfortable. The TV was flush with the wall which you couldn't see when sitting on the sofa. Also the hand shower in the bath didn't work.

Nejvíc nám vadil přístup-někdo se po zavolá - Jednoznačně poloha v centru, vzdušnost, prostornost a množství balkónků. Majitelé se o nemovitost vůbec nestarají-rozbité křeslo, špinavé dveře letitou špínou používání, výkaly po hmyzu(jeden incident se švábem), v kuchyni kávovar bez vybavení, ani jeden sáček čaje po příjezdu

• Luisa (4/5): Too expensive central apartment with 2 beds broken - The location Two beds were broken and the administration did nothing to fix during our stay, even though they said they would. One of the showers had no hot water during the day. The staff was friendly but never fixed the problems we informed. In the photos the property seemed way better than our experience was. The price was way too high in general. But for a flat that accommodates 6 and had 2 beds broken, it was definitely my worst experience booking an apartment via booking

• leon (3/5): Prachtige locatie, zeer matig appartement - De locatie is fantastisch en het appartement ziet er op het eerste moment ook zeer goed uit. Wel 4 hoog in de oude stad maar via de balkons heb je een prima uitzicht Veel faciliteiten in het appartement zijn kapot of versleten tijdens ons verblijf... De WIFI was tijdens ons verblijf kapot, de koffiepot was kapot, de koelkast was kapot, de stoelen in de woonkamer waren niet in orde, waardoor je ze niet kon gebruiken, niet alle ramen konden open omdat deze onbruikbaar waren. Stekkers van de nachtlampje lagen los in de slaapkamer, het water liep moeilijk weg bij de wastafel. We hadden 2 badkamers, maar wanneer er 1 gebruikt werd had de andere bijna geen water, dus je kon ze niet tegelijk douchen en het drukpaneel van de wc werkte niet allebei. Direct bij aankomst meldingen van gemaakt, maar dan komt er pas op onze laatste avond een monteur om te kijken, dus ik weet niet wat er uiteindelijk met onze klachten gedaan is en uiteindelijk lossen ze het niet netjes op met ons als huurders.. Voor ons nooit meer in dit appartement!!

• Frank (8/5): Super centrale locatie om het stadsleven te beleven. - Centrale ligging en heerlijke bedden. Weinig keukengerei om zelf te koken. De douches waren niet fijn (koud water en een zachte straal). Verder wel lawaai van de drukke straat voor de deur, maar hier hebben wij niet veel last van gehad.

• Antaine (8/5): Great location stunning apartment might be too noisy for families - The location was perfect for us as we were travelling with our daughter and her grandparents so everything was within easy reach. There was a lovely buzz around the streets. We didn’t anticipate how noisy it would be for the location. There was a carnival on the weekend we stayed there in Feb and there was singing and chanting sometimes until 2/3am. While the apartment was beautiful we found the mattresses on the beds extremely soft and I personally ended up with a really sore back afterwards. At checkin our apartment wasn’t ready and we had to chase the reception a number of times long after check in time should have been to get our key. This was a little frustrating after a long travel day with a toddler and grandparents.
• Éva (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The host helps in every cases that occurs. The place was in the center of the old town. However it is not too noisy because it is on th 4th floor. None.
• Nicole (8/5): Very good - Beautiful, spacious apartment located in the heart of the historic center :-) My family and I loved the apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it is worth noticing that it was perfectly equipped. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable for me. The apartment itself is truly beautiful. I felt super comfortable staying there. Yes it can be loud at night but that's to be expected being in the center of a city. With the windows closed you can still hear the light murmurings and chattering of the crowds and restaurants nearby but I have to say it didn't stop me from sleeping. If anything it turned into white noise. There's something very special about staying in the middle of such a lively area :-) Would stere there again 100%!! With a small amount of effort, time and money invested, this property would easily be a 10! As stated in other reviews there are a few complaints about minor things that could easily be fixed but for whatever reason haven't been. For example the toilet seat cover that obviously is the wrong size for the bowl and the shower curtain that has mold on it should have been replaced a while back. Another very annoying thing is the amount of hot water when showering. Because of the system they have you can't use hot water in two different places so it defeats the purpose of having two showers if anyway you can only use one at the time. Considering it's an apartment that can host 6 guests I don't know why that hasn't been improved. Also the sinks in the master bathroom were quite impractical to use. The faucets ended only a few centimeters after the bowl underneath it begins so it's close to impossible not to get the wooden counters super wet each time you use it. All of those things mentioned are not the end of the world just small inconveniences which is the reason I would still stay there again. They do drop my personal overall rating from a 10 to an 8. We were otherwise absolutely happy with the apartment and loved staying there.
• Mi (1/5): Disappointing stay despite a convenient location - One of the few positive aspects was the convenient location, and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was disappointing. Check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, but since our flight arrived at 11 AM, we asked a few days in advance if it was possible to check in earlier. They told us they’d let us know on the day of arrival, but asking at the reception on the morning we arrived, they couldn’t give us any estimate. To our surprise, when returned at the reception at 4 PM for check-in, the apartment still wasn’t ready, and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. The water pressure in the main bathroom was so low that the shower didn’t work properly (the diverter valve wouldn’t hold due to the lack of pressure). It was also impossible to use the showers in both bathrooms at the same time, as this resulted in cold water. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The oven couldn’t be used because it was missing a sensor to close the door. Even the Wi-Fi password they provided was incorrect. Overall, the apartment felt worn out. The bathroom door was in poor condition, and the floors and walls showed significant wear and tear. The shower curtain even had mold on it/was very dirty (can be seen in the photo). I would not recommend staying here.
• Chris (6/5): Looks nice, but a let down! - Well located - right in the heart of Malaga. Noise didn’t bother us that much. Spacious bedrooms, and beds very comfortable. Nice kitchen, done to a good standard. The decor looks impressive but lacking functionality. The second bathroom had no bath plug, and only a handheld shower attachment, with the shower function intermittent. This rendered it fairly useless and very disappointing- had I known I would not have booked this apartment. Also minor things, like an ill fitting toilet seat in the en-suite, no way of blocking out light from en-suite, Broken chairs, and broken light fittings in the hallway. Asked for the lights to be fixed but they were not.

• Cheryl (1/5): A nightmare - It was spacious and in the old part of Malaga. We couldn’t get in, despite arriving at 8pm at the address we were told to go to, to collect the keys to the accommodation. We had to wait over 2 hours to get the keys. Once in, we found 1 toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. 1 sink in the en-suite had a broken plug. The sink in the bathroom didn’t work and the plug in the bath didn’t work. The shower in the bath didn’t work also. So we had to use 1 of the 2 toilets in the bathroom and 1 of the 3 sinks in the en-suite. We had to use the 1 walk in shower rather than the bath or shower over the bath. We did ring and were told maintenance would fix everything on day 2, but this did not happen. We had to ring to ask where the cutlery was and were told it was in a secret, hidden drawer. What a bizarre situation. There were no details about the flat inside. No wi fi details either. All in all a disgraceful, completely disastrous situation. I have tried to ring and get some resolution but no one has had the decency to contact me. I had my 80 year old mother with me at the time and I had to leave her for almost an hour whilst I tried to gain access to the flat. Please do not book this accommodation.

• Jan (8/5): Enjoyable - Property was lovely and spacious. Good central location. The central location had a downside as it was very noisy at night. The noise was worse and went on for longer at the weekend due to stag and hen parties.

• Tracy (8/5): A beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. - The location of the property is excellent right in the heart of Malaga old town. The beautiful high ceiling and windows leaving in lots of light and views of the city. The spacious apartment and very well equipted kitchen. The office where we collected the keys were very helpful as we arrived early and they looked after our bags untill the apartment was ready. We arrived on Tuesday and there was no matteress protector on the bed in the room with the ensuite and the fitted sheet was to small. We informed the office and they send someone with a new fitted sheet whcih was smaller than the one on the bed. We did not get a matterress protector untill the Thursday evening. Also the matteress was only 8 inches off the ground with a 6 inch wooden frame around it , which made it very difficult to get out of the bed as it was practilly on the floor. It also made it difficutl for the cleaner to clearn under the bed as you have to lift the matteress to clean under and this was not done. Under the bed was full of dust and fluff. We photographed this and informed the office but no one came to clean. I would suggest changing the bed in the ensuite to a more practical one which can be cleaned. Even though the rest of the apartment was clean the paint on the walls and doors is mat finish and there is alot of dirty hand prints around the handles of the doors on the wall and light switches which make it look dirty. I would suggest a paint that can be cleaned.

• Carmel (8/5): Beautiful apartment but bring your earplugs - The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. Location is ideal in the middle of the historic Old Town. Arriving late after delayed flight found it difficult to find iloft office to get keys. Walking around the old town after midnight lugging suitcases and not knowing where we were was a bit daunting. Finally found office to get keys and then had to find the apartment. Not ideal that late into the night. No taxis allowed on streets of old town at night which we weren't aware of. Location is also extremely noisy. Great atmosphere but you definitely need ear plugs if you want to get any sleep. We were on the 4th floor and it's still very noisy. Also the coffee machine is a bit if a joke. Couldn't find capsules in any shops. Wouldn't cost too much to leave a few pods??

• Sally (9/5): Location, location and a balcony - We loved the location right in the middle of the town. Being on the fourth floor meant it wasn't too noisy with double glazing and air-con. We like to cook so better knives and kitchen utensils would have helped. More kitchen towels/gloves. Salt and pepper. None of the basins/sinks had functioning plugs.

• Susan (9/5): ideally located and very comfortable - it’s location was perfect in its convenience to all the local sites, shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms are plenty big. It needs some small touches to make it perfect. I think having tea bags and coffee filters and coffee would make one feel welcome. also, the kitchen floors and other area could use a good scrubbing. The kitchen floor looked stained and dirty and there were smudge marks on the walls in the bathrooms and bedrooms. I would also suggest that hooks be hung in the bathroom for the used towels.

It's close to everything. - The thermostat sometimes resets on its own so it sets another temperature - Being right in the city center, it's really loud outside at night, there are a lot of terraces full of people and performers with loud music. - A couple of things were missing: coffee pods and laundry detergent
• Juliet (9/5): A fabulous stay in the heart of Malaga old town. - We are a family with two grown up children and this was exactly right for us. The location was amazing and the apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including a washing machine. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Check in was very straightforward too. Although we were right in the middle of the old town the soundproofing was fab and we weren’t disturbed at all by the busy nightlife around us. We would definitely recommend.
