We especially enjoyed the 4th floor cafe where we had breakfast. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We loved the property and have no complaints.

• Joseph (6/5): Great location, clean, tiresome check-in and uncomfortable mattress with Motel 6 pillows - Great location across the street from Mirabell Garden Pre-check-in is ridiculously cumbersome and completely ignored if you purchase the room through Booking.com. What a tremendous waste of time. As for onsite check-in, the kiosk inside on the left was faulty. The one on the right worked. Only two non-decorative pillows were on the bed. So a couple gets one pillow each and tosses the decorative ones on the floor. Bed mattress was not comfortable

• Shen Hann (8/5): - The location is very good. You can start your city tour with Mirabell palace and take a bus back. Staff is friendly and helped with early check in. Not sure if it’s intentional, when we try to use the automated kiosk, I had to tap my room card with the kiosk next to us instead of the one I’m using. Was confusing and got me stuck there for a few minutes before figured it out.

• Franz (9/5): Würde in das Hotel jederzeit wieder gehen. - Ein sehr schönes, gut gelegendes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, mein Bad war ein bisschen klein aber das ist nicht ausschlaggebend. Und es ist schön zentral! Das Online einchecken hat gut gelappt, nur hat dass mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel nicht geklappt. Wenn keiner vor Ort gewesen wäre, hätte ich nicht gewusst wie ich jetzt in mein Zimmer komme. Angeblich lag es an der Kurtaxe - das hätte man am besten schon bei der Buchung erledigen sollen.

• Nadine (8/5): Das Hotel Andrä hält genau was es verspricht. Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig, direkt neben dem Schloss Mirabell. Es ist ein Hotel ohne Rezeption und ohne Gastronomie. Tagsüber ist im vierten Stockwerk Personal anwesend und kann auch bei Fragen freundlich weiterhelfen. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine Bar und morgens die Möglichkeit ein kleines Frühstück einzunehmen. Direkt in der Straße nebenan gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken. Für mich war’s perfekt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Ich hatte sogar einen preisneutrales Upgrade bekommen. Gebucht hatte ich den Cozy Room und bekommen habe ich ein deutlich größeres Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf Kirche und Berge. Ich bin mit der Bahn angereist, und der Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel war absolut in Ordnung. Das einzige, was ich etwas störend fand, war ein unangenehmer Geruch. Es roch, wie wenn Boden oder Möbel irgendetwas ausgasen würden.

• Birgitta (8/5): Mycket bra läge! - Framförallt var läget mycket bra med gångavstånd både från Haupbahnhof och till Gamla stan och borgen.Samlingspunkten för guidade bussturer låg alldeles utanför hotellet. Lugnt och tyst- vi bodde på vån 1 mot en lugn innergård, dit solen inte nådde,så det var svalt och skönt i rummet.Att det saknades utsikt gjorde inget,vi var ju inte på rummet utom när vi skulle sova. Vattenkokare och kaffemaskin med kapslar,tepåsar. Litet kylskåp. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet,utan köpte mat på SPAR /Hauptbahnhof,som var öppet sent. Värdeskåp. Egen in- och utcheckning men det fanns personal att tillgå. Vi valde bort städning och byte av handdukar,men en ung man knackade på och frågade,om vi behövde något och då bad vi om en rulle toapapper och fler kaffekapslar. Det fanns ett litet café på vån 4,som hade öppet under em ( vet ej hur sent,vi var inte där). Bra sängar och kuddar- men sånt är ju en smaksak. Stor vägg-Tv,som vi aldrig testade. Bra med elektriskt element på väggen i badrummet! Vi bodde 2 nätter. -
• Mae (10/5): Excellent value for money! Your go-to hotel in Salzburg! - Instructions were given well for checkin and checkout. Checkin kiosk and creating a key card was also easy to use. The room was huge and gorgeous and I could only feel much comfort just by entering it. For the price of your stay you get amenities like.a.4-5 star hotel (fridge, safety box, coffee with pods and tea, hair dryer, etc), and it even had a huge couch and the TVwas also big. It was clean althroughout and I everything was working properly. Location is a good but if you don't like walking, it's about 10-15mins to main sites. Mirabell tho is just across and the bus and trolley line is just a 1 minute walk away. Staff is not 24/7.on-site but was helpful and available if needed. Can just call the.number and someone answers at once. Place and area is secure, no problems.walking late at night. To enter the hotel on certain hours (late at night and in the.morning) can only be accessed thru your key card--so best not to forget when you go out. If you are lucky to get a room with a view like me, the view from my window was simply picturesque! Totally and absolutely good value for the price and I wish I had more nights. Very much recommended! A digital key was given thru email however it was never activated. This would have been really helpful for those who forgets their key card (like me😬). But as mentioned staff answered quickly and I was easily let in. Ot's not much of a big deal but I tried the TV also but I think the signal.was poor I hardly got channels.

После 20:00 вход в отель только по ключ-карте и если например карту потерять - то спать придется на улице. Никакого персонала…все технологически современно, но крайне глупо и неудобно. Людям старше 40 будет трудно и заселиться и находиться, ибо никакого контакта с администрацией нет. Крайне странные отверстия в полах…

We didn’t pay for a room with a view, but still had lovely views of the mountains and church opposite. The room was a really good size and comfortable for the three of us. I received an email in advance via Booking.com asking me to check-in online in advance. I was concerned this was a scam and so avoided this at first. However, the emails were repeated and when I reported to Booking.com, they said they would look into this but didn’t respond. I still don’t know if this was a scam or not, and that concerns me. There was no need to check-in in advance as the automated check-in was straightforward on arrival.

Nous devions nous enregistrer informatiquement mais il nous était demandé de payer la chambre que l’on avait déjà payé lors de la réservation. Avons dû appeler plusieurs fois pour obtenir de l’aide qui est arrivée au bout de 45'. C’est inadmissible , c’est un manque de respect évident
• Kinza (4/5): Good location but cons don’t make up for the benefits, especially considering the price. Not worth it IMO. - Location was amazing! So close to all the main attractions and good restaurants. It was extremely warm in our room (24 c) they didn’t have fans nor did the issue get resolved the entirety of our 3 night stay. They said a technician came the second day but the room temperature stayed the same :( it was extremely difficult to sleep because of the heat. The bathroom was also really small and the door lock was broken. The fridge was warm and our TV kept glitching.

My wife was thrilled with the breathtaking view from the window, and the gentle sound of the cathedral bells added a charming and memorable touch to our experience. The pillows were enormous and uncomfortable, but we managed to replace them.
