• Adam (10/5): Super lokalizacja, a dwie łazienki to petarda w tej cenie! - Duże mieszkanie fantastyczne położone w spokojnej dzielnicy, w 30 minut piechotą jesteś na soho, w dzielnicy teatrów, ale i w CITY. Bez problemowy kontakt z właścicielem, na prośbę o nowe patelnie (te zastane przez nas były porysowane) dostarczył natychmiast komplet wysokiej klasy. Bezproblemowo przedłużył nam gratis dobę do 13:00. Myślę, że jeszcze nie raz skorzystam z tego miejsca i będę je polecać znajomym. Dziwny system otwierania okien, ale nie stanowi on problemu. Nieco można by popracować nad detalami sprzątania (w szafkach kuchennych było kilka mocno przeterminowanych produktów ;)

• Michal (6/5): A very nice apartment in a great location that needed much more maintanence than what was provided. - A very smooth check-in process facilitated by proactive communication from the host, a great location with a tube station right around the corner and a short walk from Soho, and the apartment was spacious and cozy. We found the beds especially comfortable, with a soft mattress (though some might prefer firmer ones) and ample bedding provided. Unfortunately, some of the furniture and facilities seemed poorly maintained, and it looked like the apartment was not inspected and cleaned thoroughly enough after the previous guests. Regarding maintenance, we were disappointed to find windows with clearly broken opening/closing mechanisms, to the point where two of them could not be fully closed. I saw another review complaining about this, and I incorrectly assumed that the owner would have addressed it since then. The low-quality, malfunctioning windows also certainly did not help with reducing noise from the street. Additionally, one of the dressers was worn out to the point where a drawer was caving in, the door threshold in one of the bathrooms was partially detached from the floor, and one corner of the shower floor was damaged in the other bathroom. Regarding cleanliness, we found a used hairbrush with loose hair and half-empty cosmetics packaging on one of the bathroom shelves and an empty Pringles can in the living room. However, the most alarming find was a partially broken glass in the kitchen cupboard with the broken-off shard still left inside the glass. Had we not noticed it, it could have easily resulted in an emergency room visit.

• Julie (5/5): Passable - There was minimal That we didn’t like about the apartment that couldn’t be fixed. The location was very convenient close to Chancery Lane station. 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom was good for 4 people. The shower over the bath would be better if the shower was fixed to the wall, new toilet seat in the other bathroom. Review the pillows on the beds, terribly uncomfortable Unfortunately it was extremely noisey on the weekend with loud cars in the street, especially after prayers in the evening! It was very warm in London and only 1 small fan in the apartment. the apartment did cool down eventually but did make it difficult to sleep.

• Lisa (8/5): Cozy flat with easy walking to public transportation. - Cozy flat with easy walking access to public transportation. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen which was perfect for our family. Basic kitchen needs.
• John (8/5): Very good - The location was exactly where we wanted to be, about a 1 mile walk to most tourist attractions. Love the open market each weekday, right around the corner. The host was responsive and gracious enough to let us check in early since we were coming from overseas and arrived much earlier than check-in time. Just need to keep in mind that you are staying in an apartment in the middle of a residential area, so the noise is a little higher, but nothing that would keep me form renting here again.
• Deborah (4/5): Good location, but housekeeping did not do a good job. Also, if you need two property keys, make sure that is confirmed - The location is good. Two bedrooms and two baths/showers which is good for two couples traveling together. The contact person was friendly. Housekeeping was not good. The coffeemaker had a moldy, dirty coffee filter/basket. It was cleaned, but not replaced. There was still residue on the coffeemaker so it wasn’t safe to use. The towels were wet when we arrived and checked in. The floors were not clean.

• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - Super location. Few mins walk from Chancery Lane or Farringdon. You walk into kitchen/living room, and it has two bedrooms one on left one on right with each having a bathroom, one with bathtub one with shower. Nice way to separate and give privacy even for two families/couples. Has a laundry room off from kitchen and plenty of cupboards. Really good apartment. It's not negative, but worth knowing: Living room windows face off to a small office building, so during work hours you will probably want to keep pants on or curtains closed... Area is close to a lot of offices, so it gets quiet on the weekends and many places for food are closed, but Holborn and Covent garden are 15-20 mins walk away and a few nice cafes around. Apartment, could do with a few upgrades, like a shower curtain rail was a bit rusty, but honestly, didn't care about that.

Very good location The place had everything one needs for an extended stay in London. The beds were good but an investment here would go a long way to make this an amazing place. The flat was cold as I couldn’t seem to get the heaters working except for in the bathrooms. As it was snowing when we were there it was a very unusual circumstance and I didn’t ask for help so it was on me.

• Richard (8/5): Overall, this place was very good but a liuttle high priced. - It is in a great location. It is a modern two bedroom flat with good security. Lots of room. I was in one bedroom which was perfect except that there is a business, Enterprise Cars or something that functions late at night. i could hear them outside my bedroom window and they were functioning at 2 am just like it was a regular workday. The company seems to have a three garage storage area there and they were unloading cars in the street as late as 2 am. My son was in the other bedroom and he showed me how the shower rail was rusty, also there was a small hole on the floor of the shower and it smelled musty, of mold. He's a builder and said that water would leak there and damage the flat below. It was a great place but given these flaws a little high priced. It was worth it though simply for the safety, comfort and location.
