• Vicki J (10/5): Very new and clean suite! - It was 9 mins walk from the train central and 6 mins walk to the metro station. Easy to get around. Our room was brand new and clean. The kitchen is shared in a lovely and well-lighted space. The elevator is a bonus! The staff are responsive and attentive by texting. I have no complaint. None

• Ron (6/5): For a quick overnight stay after arriving by train in Milan-this place works just fine. - Close to Central train station. Awkward - multi step process to reach room on 5th floor. It did work for us!

• Ocean-Leigh (8/5): stayed for one night before commute to almafi. We caught the train down - room was large enough and comfortable. Modern style room easy to get settled in to. close to the train station short walk which was easy to get to with large luggage
• Malcolm (8/5): A very comfortable stay for one night but communication of access information needs more careful consideration depending - Very clean and comfortable room. Shared kitchen facilities were excellent. Accessing the property was an issue. Communication of access codes was sent when we had no access to wifi. We were fortunate to have neighbours contact Antonio on our behalf and that resolved our problem.

Schönes und sehr sauberes Schwimmbad, ebenso im Haus alles sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft war in der Küche ein grosser Früchtekorb bereit, im Kühlschrank der Prosecco und ein Limoncello! Caterina hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, sie war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
• xavier (5/5): dommage car il manque peu de chose pour que cela soit très agréable - Les photos sur le site portent à confusion il s'agit d'un appartement dont la cuisine est partagée avec les 3 chambres de l'appartement. La rénovation est de qualité, la chambre est simple et fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est rénovée et pratique. l'emplacement est idéal pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal de la gare Centrale Point choquant pas de lunette sur les toilettes ! étant donné la prestation c'est inadmissible. Les codes d'accès ont été envoyés à la dernière minute et aucune réaction face à la découverte de l'abattant manquant sur les toilettes

• Nancy (9/5): Great for a short stay. Not a lot of space for luggage - Excellent location and exceptionally clean The arrangement is very functional—with a private bedroom and bath coupled with a kitchen area that is shared by 3 units. However the bedroom is very small.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Very pleased with our choice of where to stay in Milan. - The owner( whom we didn’t actually meet ) was extremely helpful and accommodating. The unit was spotlessly clean,recently updated and exactly as promised. The mattress was fabulous. The location was a little complicated to find, and the concept of three locked rooms within a shared kitchen/entrance area shared by all residents of those rooms is somewhat unconventional. Fortunately the one other resident we met was very pleasant and helpful.

• Isabell (8/5): Very convenient - It is a very convenient location a couple of minutes from Milan centralisation. The fittings are all new and pristine. The kitchen is quite small to share between three rooms.

Apartment recently refurbished to high standard, we found the technology a bit daunting but it worked fine. The qr codes for the Internet and the coffee machine seemed unnecessarily complicated. We had a lovely stay.

The room seemed to be bigger on the photos and the building was really old. The elevator is old and the entrance and surroundings of the building were not that good (seemed to be dangerous at night).

Pillows options were limited. Coffee facility was excellent. The host was very communicative and also generously allowed us some extra time.

Huge bathroom, comfortable room and easy check in process. Was expecting our own fridge and kitchen in our room but found out when we arrived it was shared with two other rooms. It was a very clean and lovely shared space though.

There r 2 suits in the apartment. Each has a private bathroom. Though it was not big, but very clean and cozy. We have a shred kitchen and have coffee machine and can cook. Antonio was very handsome and nice.I arrived earlier and cannot find the apartment, he did not keep me waiting and allow me to leave my luggage at the apartment before check in. I would like to choose this apartment when I come to Minano again. Nothing
