• Laura Daniela (7/5): El ascensor es clave por ser 3ro piso y no funciona siempre. La habitación está renovada a nuevo y muy limpia. No hay do - Renovado a nuevo. Espacioso. Muy bien ubicado respecto a la estación de Roma Termini. Muy limpio. Camas cómodas. El ascensor estaba roto al irnos y tuvimos que bajar tres pisos con el equipaje por la escalera. Tuvimos que buscarnos el papel higiénico porque no dejaron repuesto.

• Grace (10/5): A 5 star stay and a 5 star host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - It was clear to us that the host takes great pride in her hospitality - the cleanliness and details put in to make us feel welcomed and comfortable were top notch. Clean & comfortable beds & bedding, clean & well laid out bathroom and a kettle, a fridge with 2 large bottles of cold water, lavazza coffee capsules, teas and sweets made our entry and the whole stay more than we dared to hope for (after staying at other accoms during our trip!). The unusual purple light in the listing photos turned out to be an additional light that changed colour - there’s also a regular light if that’s more to your liking 😄 Communication with the host was timely, helpful and pleasant. Location-wise, I had read to avoid staying around Termini, but this place was so close to the train station, the metro and bus station that it made getting around easy. Wide open roads & graffiti-free buildings made walking to and fro pleasant and when it was time to head to the airport, we took the SIT Bus Shuttle which was about a minute’s walk away. The host also provided a safe place for us to leave our luggage after checking out. Just wanted to mention the lift which I found to be quite similar to those in older European buildings; it worked fine during our stay there and we were able to fit 3 persons & 3 cabin sized luggage in. The lift gave us no problems except for one instance - and that was because the lift door hadn’t been properly closed, thankfully that happened on the 1st floor so easily resolved. Not a single thing!

• Panida (10/5): Nice stay in a good location. - Good location next to Roma termini. We did not meet with the owner in person when check-in and check out but they were helpful and communicated with us through whatsapp, giving us the codes to enter the building, access the lift and enter to the apartment. The room was set up nicely and we could leave our luggages before check in time in the room. The water in the shower is a bit weak, possibly because of the shower head.

• Michelle (8/5): Preis -Leistung passt! - Die Lage zum Bahnhof war unschlagbar! Alles über Codes geregelt, was das Handling sehr einfach machte! Das Bett war bequem, die Ubterkunft modern. Die Vermieter waren immer super schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Treppenhaus des Gebäudekomplexes ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und roch modrig, die Luft war stickig. Wenn das Fenster geöffnet war, war es draußen sehr laut. Geschlossen (Klimaanlage vorhanden) war es aber sehr schalldicht. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Zugang zum Luggage Room, was etwas nervig war, uns wurde aber sehr schnell und kompetent geholfen!

Though close to Termini, the room was also exceptionally quiet. Communication with the host was exceptional. The outside and public space is a bit older, but once you’re in the Centro Solferino space of the third floor and your room everything is brilliant.
• An-na (9/5): Just choose Centro Solferino - Everything was great: close to the main train station, shops, within a 2-3 km radius to important historical places. The building is vintage with a retro elevator which is kind of cool. Each entrance and the elevator works on codes so it makes it safe. However, the staircase isn't renovated, the stairs are comfortable to climb. The apartments are located on the third floor and are fully refurbished. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities: coffee maker, kettle, cups, teaspoons, tea infuser, wine glasses etc., two towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room is very spacious with a clothes hanger, small fridge with a bottle of water (daily), chair and table and the TV; very good wifi. The room we stayed in (103) faces the street but the noise is hardly sensed. I would definitely choose this place for my next visit to Rome. There's nothing to mention.

• Hyun Ji (10/5): - 테르미니 역과 매우 가까워서 다음 날 아침에 기차 타고 이동하기가 수월했습니다. 집 주인은 응답이 빠르고, 요청사항(싱글 침대 2개)을 잘 들어주었습니다. 호텔은 4층에 4개 정도의 방이 다닥다닥 붙어있었으나, 그날 투숙객이 두 방 뿐이었는데 센스있게 떨어뜨려 주었고 밤새 너무나 조용하게 잘 잤습니다. 방 청소 상태가 정말 깨끗했고 건물의 외관과는 다르게 쾌적했습니다. 그리고 침구가 편안해서 꿀잠 잤습니다. :) 로마의 평균적인 숙박비가 워낙 높아서 가성비가 좋다고 할 순 없겠지만, 그래도 이 곳에서의 숙박 자체는 아주 만족스러웠습니다! (현금으로 지불해야 하는 도시세는 체크아웃할 때 테이블에 두고 나오는 방식이었습니다.) 없습니다! 굳이 말하자면 가격 정도...?

• Alessandro (9/5): Ottima Esperienza - Sono arrivato alle 11:00 e sono stato accolto da Nicoleta, davvero gentilissima, che mi ha offerto un caffè e dell’acqua, oltre a darmi la possibilità di sciacquarmi nonostante il check-in fosse previsto per le 14:00 — un’attenzione molto apprezzata. L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Il bagno è comodo, anche se la tazza è un po’ troppo vicina al lavandino, ma è un dettaglio trascurabile. La doccia walk-in per me è perfetta, anche se ho notato che la pressione dell’acqua era un po’ bassa, probabilmente un piccolo problema dell’intera struttura. Il cuscino ottimo e il materasso forse un pò troppo morbido per i miei gusti personali, ma va bene così. Inoltre, dopo il check-out, mi è stata data la possibilità di lasciare la valigia nella struttura e riprenderla al termine del mio impegno lavorativo, un servizio davvero comodo e apprezzato. Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca pulizia, comfort e un’accoglienza davvero calorosa. Considerando che è una delle strutture al minor prezzo, è davvero consigliato! La pressione dell’acqua nella doccia era un po’ bassa, cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata per rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, nel bagno la tazza del wc è un po’ troppo vicina al lavandino, il che può risultare leggermente scomodo, anche se non è un problema grave.

• Durrant (9/5): A clean, freak, secure option near Roma Termini. - Location fantastic for Roma Termini, HOHO buses, airport shuttle. Very secure. Extremely clean and nicely laid out. New apartments. Good air-conditioning. Host very helpful and responsive and gave excellent instructions on the four codes required to access the rooms. Not a big deal to memorise these konce you’ve accessed once. The lift is quite small but still fitted six suitcases of varying sizes and one person.
