- Javier (8/5): Muy bien el interior pero mejorable el exterior - Está reformado y se mantiene limpio y muy cuidado. Además, tenía muy buena equipación (lavadora, aspiradora, plancha, secador para el pelo, etc. La cámara muy cómoda y se dormía bien Está situado en una urbanización o complejo de apartamentos un poco antigua. En general, las zonas comunes están un poco descuidadas o incluso abandonadas (algunas siguen funcionando como la inmobiliaria o un estudio de tattoo, pero otras, como el spa o el chiringuito de la piscina, no). Por ejemplo, no funciona la iluminación nocturna en parking por el que se entra, además, las puertas del edificio quedan abiertas por las noches, lo que da cierta sensación de inseguridad.

- Jessic (9/5): Nice and cozy - Egor is the nicest host and the appartment is very nice - it seems to have been renovated not too long ago. The walls are thin, you will hear your neighbours :) Added bonus: The apartment comes with a parking place which is really great as parking on the streets can get tricky. Across the street is a shopping mall which also includes a supermarket. The view from the balcony (which is spacious is nice, too. You can see the ocean :) The apartment is located within a complex which back in the days might have been quite nice. These days unfortunately it would need renovating.
- Delia (8/5): Very good - Clearly newly renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket. Balcony gets sun in the afternoon so can watch the sunset. Lovely big swimming pool. Exterior and corridors need some TLC.
- Stepan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful renovated apartment. Fully equipped. Parking in the enclosed courtyard behind the house. Great communication with Egor. We will definitely be back.
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - There's an amazing view at the ocean, plus there's a shopping center right in front of the building. It has even restaurants, which are opened from 1PM to midnight. A huge difference makes the parking - you have your parking place. You get a chip to the gate where the parking is. Also there's an amazing walk on the promenade, leading you to multiple restaurants and shops along the way.
